I have been to Brooks for both my ankle and my knee injuries. Monika was tremendous. Living an active life and playing with my grandchildren is my main priority. I wouldn’t be able to exercise without her help! The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I always felt welcome and at home. Very professional and courteous. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my therapy!

Ive had PT at several other places in the past, and I was just amazed at how different, and better it was here. The place is spotless clean and every one of the staff is amazing. Patrick Pham was my therapist, and the care and patience this guy shows is truly over the top. There is no way I would go anywhere else in the future. Thanks, Patrick and all the rest!

After I had the misfortune of having surgery for a broken femur bone, I was sent to Brooks Rehab for my therapy. The entire staff was very professional, friendly, and they really care about their patients. The facility was very clean and they were always keeping the equipment wiped down. My therapist was Patrick Pham and he was amazing. He was the upmost professional, explaining the exercises and having great patience with me. Patrick always had words of encouragement for me, and for that I will always be grateful, as he helped me to walk again.

Make sure you get a full disclosure on how much services cost and how they are charge prior to using them. I was under the impression that the $85 dollars I was paying for each 30 minute speech therapy session for my son was the full price of the service and would full under my deductible. Now Im getting a bill in the mail that reflects that they were ALSO charging my insurance an additional $95 per session and now they are asking for even more money out of pocket for what the insurance didnt cover.Also worth noting, if you show up late for an appointment, its best to reschedule for another day. One of our appointments ran less than 15 minutes long due to us arriving late. They charged full price for this session without disclosing that the appointment duration would be cut by over half. Had they told us first that this was the policy we would have rescheduled to receive a session that was inline with what we were paying for.

My PT helped me recover from recover from my torn meniscus and also gave me exercises that I can do at home and at the gym. Everyone seems to care about helping their clients and their needs I would highly recommend them to everyone

Where do I begin to sing the praises ofBrooks Rehabilitation? A hip fracture brought me to Brooks and was blessed with the most professional and patient therapist one could pray for. Patrick Pham not only has the patience of a Saint, but took the time to ask how I was doing in general. Not only was he focused on my care, he generally cared for me as person.His guidance and thorough explananation of work to do, got me up and running in no time. What can I say. Patrick is just The Best. Have I mentioned you leave with a smile on your face?The entire facility is run smoothly and professionally from start to finish.The entire team joins in to assist others so that patients and staff have a smooth and efficient experience. Exercise equipment is pristene and wiped down after each patient. The entire area is kept clean and tidy with loads of smiles and encourgement from the entire staff.I will be forever greatful to all at Brooks, but especially to my awesome therapist and now friend Patrick Pham. As they say, Hes da Bomb! And so is Brooks Rehab!

Brooks is an amazing place for rehab. I was sent here for PT on my foot and couldnt have been happier with the treatment plan and positive results. The facility is clean, employees kind and professional. My care team was awesome and engaging and were always prepared to challenge me to work harder to be successful. Brian and Sarah were amazing. Highly recommend.

Ive had several great experiences at Brooks! Teresa at the front desk was kind and helped me find an appointment before work. The womens health PT set me up with a home exercise program to keep me confidently exercising and working throughout both of my pregnancies.The pediatric PT, Kate, taught us positioning strategies to help with my daughters mild torticollis. Both of my parents loved the orthopedic PT team and were thrilled with their therapy results (for a total knee replacement and ankle injury).

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have done everything to keep their facility Covid free for the four months that I have been going there!

I love Brooks Therapy. I had home therapy at first and am now going to the outpatient services.It is a new facility, very large in the back and has many working stations for the therapists.The people seem concerned and really worked with my bad leg. I have multiple sclerosis and my legs are very weak. I would recommend Brooks home Therapy and the outpatient services.The only complaint I do have is that- I never see the same therapist. When I had Brooks coming to my house. I had the same therapist every time and she worked with me for an entire hour. She charted after she worked with me. She worked with both sides, my right and my left legs. The brooks out patient only works with my left side and does not have a set time. They also chart the entire time I am there. They are very nice though.But if I had a choice I would rather stay with the Brooks home physical therapist.

I’m working on a persistent hamstring problem that Monika diagnosed and designed an exercise plan to assist in strengthening my lower back and alleviating the stiffness.

Chris and Brian have been great in helping me rehab my shoulder following a labrum and rotator cuff repair. Very knowledgeable, encouraging and patient.

The entire team at Brooks Rehabilitation, San Pablo Clinic, is highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. Brian Hagist, Center Manager, should be commended for a running such a tight ship.

My wife is being treated there and her therapist, Brian, is fantastic. All the therapists seem to be very involved with their patients, working very carefully with each one. Great people!

My daughter was treated by Mrs Amanda. She was so helpful with her needs both with sensory regulation and overall developmental suggestions!
