The therapists are very helpful and Hillary is so helpful getting you registered and in the schedule!

I just love Brooks and the staff at this location, but I feel they dont have any accommodations for rehab patients. They only give their patients 3 parking spots and somethings they not available due to people from the gym parking there a lot. Also the doors to get inside the building are so hard to pull or push on so thankfully the young lady that sits at the front desk helps.

Ive only been coming to Brooks for a short amount of time and since the phone conversation when scheduling my appointments the young lady Dominique have always been respectful and courteous. Today I had to cancel my appointment beside of financial reasons and she suggested the charity program. I came up there to fill out the paperwork and need assistance with getting my income information and she was willing to stop what she was doing just to help me. I just want to acknowledge her for her awesome customer service and Brooks for the friendly staff throughout the clinic.

Meredith is a very knowledgeable Physical Therapist. She took time to listen to my issue, realized my hip pain was partially caused by my feet, tested out her theory then developed a plan for working with me. My last session was this week and if I ever need help again my first call will be to her. Remember, you have to do what you are told for results! Dominique is the scheduler and receptionist always has a smile, is very efficient and perked up my day. Thank you both for all your help.

I love this place. Been going here since last year, for my shoulder.When I found out I had to have surgery,I went back to this location for my post op shoulder surgery rehab and I’m still here. Great team. My favorite person is Dominique Wiggins, she is very outgoing and funny. She will make a bad day turn good. I’m going to miss this place once I complete therapy. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back for future problems.

I just love coming to this location for my Physical Therapy. The staff is very friendly especially the Front Desk person Dominique, she always smiling, respectful and shes always greeting the patients even people just walking through. I highly recommend not only Brooks but definitely this location.
