We were given the Wrong medicine one should have a red cap for pain with a RX number 108773 and one has a blue cap which is RX number 108774 that is the actual medication that heals we went back to pharmacy since both meds had the same prescription number and the lady there was very rude and with an attitude and she said that they had run out of the red top and didn’t tell us about it. My husband wasn’t getting any better since he was putting on the wrong medication. I would Never use this pharmacy again.

This is absolutely my favorite pharmacy. I have a couple only few minutes from my house. I go out of my way to drive here for the amazing service and care. Everyone is pleasant, friendly, and great at their job. They know me by name. I never have to wait forever on hold on the phone or for my prescription, like the frustratingly expected experience of a chain pharmacy.I just went thru a insurance plan change. I received personal customer service as they patiently walked me thru the process. Thank you for being exceptional!

I actually just went in to borrow the phone to see when the next bus that i was waiting on would be arriving at the bus stop just outside their store. The woman behind the front desk was so warm and sweet. It made me wanna switch pharmacies to theirs. I just may. They all seemed very nice. But i just adored the woman behind the counter!

Very helpful in getting information on new medications. The staff is friendly and personable. I have been coming for awhile and they know me by name, which is nice compared to feeling like just another customer. Reminds me of my small hometown pharmacy which I miss dearly. While Im waiting I look at the great card selection. They also carry old products that my grandmother swore by and have offered to try and order stuff they dont normally carry.

I have been going to Halliday’s & Koivisto’s Pharmacy for over 30 years. Unlike all of the chain pharmacies, where their pharmacists come and go on a daily basis, Halliday’s personnel have been there for me over all these years. They know me and my medical history. If there is an issue, they won’t hesitate to call my doctor to get clarification or to consult with her on my condition. I have trusted the professionals at Hallidays to provide me with the right medications and they have never let me down.

This is a great place to go for anything you need for medical assistance. They are known for their pharmacy but they also have all kinds of medical equipment. They have a lot of products specifically designed to help elderly people.

These folks really care about customers. I think it is part of their small neighborhood pharmacy culture. They want to help you and they want your business. They’re not there to just sell you something; they are there to be your pharmaceutical resource for the long term. Great customer service!

There are a lot of hard to find products here. I thought Mercuricome and Methiolate were no longer made. My mom swore by it when we were kids. She’s a nurse and it was always her first go to. Also a certain baby rash powder is available. Love the pharmacy staff!

It’s like taking a step back in time when you go to Halliday’s. It’s a friendly place where the pharmacist knows your name, you can use their little post office, they have a variety of products like greeting cards, and you can even get a bottle of pop while you shop. It’s nice to find a place like that today.

Rude lying staff!!I have tried to use this place twice because it is close by and, I like to use small businesses. But this place is a big NO! They said they take my insurance but the first time I went in with 2 prescriptions and they said we can only fill 1 thru the insurance and you have to pay cash for the other (never heard this anywhere else) so I declined and went to Winn Dixie, where they filled both thru insurance without question. The next time I went in some months later with 1 prescription and they said it would have to be preauthorized by my insurance beforeThey could fill, I askedIf they had even tried to run in and they said no they just know these things (preauth. Take 72hrs this is a medication I need daily) so I asked if I could split it up and buy a couple days with cash and come pick up the rest when the insurance came thru the rude woman scoffed at me and said no they could split it but I would have to pay cash for both parts (and their cash price is double everywhere else) I declined and went to Walgreens. Where they filled me one weeks worth thru my insurance in 20mins and said I could come back next week when the authorization was done and get the rest thru insurance. No cash needed at all!!This place is a scam they lie about things to get you to pay cash. Which paying cash is fine but it should be stated upfront! And they need to improve on their attitude.

I walked in to pick up my prescription and the lady behind the counter is eating Doritos. She then starts coughing, walks to the back and starts handling medicine. Meanwhile she is standing next to the pharmacist and continues to cough as she process the pills. I asked if that was ok and I was told they would talk to her. He seemed indignant and said She just went in the back and cleaned upMy skin crawled and I made sure she didnt touch my prescription. Now I am going to make sure none of them touch my prescription and not return.Im not germaphobic but the thought of someone coughing around medical equipment is disturbing. Someone with their hands on food, in their mouth then touching someones pills is alarming.

1/3/2018 Really like this place, been going there about 6 months with no problem untill today when one of my scripts was 23 pills short......called & was told by the pharmacist that they were counted twice & it had to be my fault.....I didnt expect them to give me the difference ( cause I noticed later at home ) but didnt expect to be treated like a liar either.....Thought maybe they had a daily count or something that would have to match at end of the day........ Im going to request a count at the register from now on!!!!!NEW UPDATE........NEW UPDATE......NEW UPDATE......NEW UPDATE......Update 2/2/2018.......I e-mailed the company from their website asking for some one to call me & they did 1 week later on about 1/10 2018,I was told that 2 people counted these & signed off on it but she would further investigate this.I was told that I could request a count in front of me to make sure if I chose.I went back to have my prescriptions refilled for the month after this incident on 2/1/2018 & was told they were out of what they shorted me 23 pills of last month. I told the clerk that was nice since I had been out for several days since I was shorted 6 days the month before & was told to come back at 11:30 am the following day. When I came back & requested a count like they told me to do she came out with a bottle & 20 pills on a tray,I counted the 20 & was showed a bottle that she said was a full bottle of a hundred pills but didnt uncap it.She put the 20 in another bottle & then proceeded to tell me not to talk about this any more in the pharmacy, which all I had said is I requested a count as I had did the day before. I was told if I talked about it again that they wouldnt fill them, she then walked back around to the pharmacist area with me only seeing the 20 counted, I just chuckled & she then loudly ask Whats so funny which I replied that wasnt a very good verification. Then the man pharmacist said that the bottle of 100 was from the distributor & they count it 3 times before shipping it. Mind they did not show me it was sealed and they were also going to transfer it into their own bottle with the 20 I counted, all of which I could not see this being done. He then handed the clerk my written prescription & told her to give it back that I could just TRY to get it filled else where ( the one they had shorted me & I had been out of for 6 days ) but planned on filling another that I had brought & 10 others that I had called in that were already filled. I asked for my other written prescription back & left the store, I went down to their competition & filled those & had them contact Hallidays & transfer my other ones. They were going to punish me for calling them with this problem, as I said I never expected them to make good on the shorted ones because I noticed at home 1 to 2 hrs later, mind no one was in my car or at my home, only me. I wanted to inform them so they could check on this & hopefully make sure it wasnt going to happen again. This could harm some one, that was 6 days worth of meds. They suggested I could request a count & when I did she wanted to mommy me & scold & threaten me in front of every one who she didnt want me to say anything in front of, then when the new pharmacy called them to transfer. they told them something about me because I heard her say I thank you for that input So they can talk but not any one else. But I learned a lesson for sure, Cant trust no one.....Even down to your pharmacy.......& thats a shame!
