I enjoyed my time at the Exercise Coach. The equipment was well maintained and was making a difference in my overall physical health. My coach, Brittany, was knowledgeable and friendly.

I can’t even with their attitude! I had to reschedule a trial due to being exposed to Covid. The instructor texted me “I’m not sure how you will ever reach any fitness goal if you keep putting it off and making excuses.” I’m sorry that I didn’t want to expose everyone at your facility when I don’t have test results back. Be aware that they clearly don’t take this virus seriously and will belittle you. Not the people I will ever spend a dime on.

Great individualized program. Amazingly good benefits for 20 minutes twice a week. Just my style of exercise.
