Dr Naseri was very professional, explained the procedure thoroughly and performed the nasal surgery in a timely manner. The results were better than I expected, I can finally breathe properly through my nose and all my sinus issues are resolved, first time in over 65 years! I agree with several of the comments, docs are great, office staff needs a little training and only once have I spoken directly with a person, always forced to leave a message, several of which have still not been returned.

Dr. Naseri did a balloon sinuplasty on me in like 3 minutes. Man is an absolute champ, would recommend.

You will never get a message to a nurse or doctor if you have to go through the girl that answers the phone. Sat there for 35 min today just to sign a piece of paper, when I saw the nurse she had no idea I was there. Doctors and nurses are great, the office staff are far from satisfactory

It took over 10 years and at least 6 ENTs to find Dr. Bolger. Hes the first one that knew what he was doing, explained everything VERY well and I was able to have surgery and resolve at least half my issues. Now we can focus on the rest.

I have called now 3 times to try and schedule an appointment- had to leave messages all 3 times. And even though their answering machines says they will return your call within the first 10 mins of the next business I have yet to receive a call back to schedule an appointment.

First, Dr. Bolger is an exceptional surgeon. Coming straight from Mayo Clinic with the reputation as the best ENT, he has decided to open up this private practice. He is obviously doing what he loves and he was 100% focused on my best interest and outcome.The office is clean and the staff is very friendly. The whole experience was pleasant from start all the way through healing of the surgery.. I had severe chronic nasal congestion. He reduced my turbinates and fixed my deviated septum. I was back at work 2 days after, and only took pain meds the first day post op.Now, 6+ months later, breathing well through my nose consistently, my quality of life has improved dramatically. I havent gotten sick, I sleep so much better and Im in the best shape of my life.Needless to say, I am very grateful Dr. Bolger has opened up this practice here in Jacksonville and I highly recommend.
