I am a second time cancer survivor. Dr. Crozier is an excellent chemo therapy doctor. However the reason I rated a one star is because No one in her office could give me an estimate on what my cost was for a prolia shot. I made several attempts to find out what my cost was going to be, before I had the shot., no one could tell me, even on the day of the shot no one told me. I received the bill and it was a 6000.00 shot! My part was $1200. I was in shock!! Someone should have told me ahead of time. I would NOT have received the shot. I feel I should not have to pay the bill, because no one told me ahead of time. I have tried to talk with her office about this but no one has followed up with me. I am so disappointed with her office. I have always paid my bills on time and have excellent credit, however I am not going to pay this bill and I am letting everyone know to be aware of her office and make sure you know how much your part is going to be before you have a procedure done.
