Dr khan and his staff are amazing! I needed to have a doctor I could trust because I was carrying MO/DI twins and he was confident and took care of us well! I had to deliver early due to having covid at 31 weeks pregnant while on the ventilator and he played a huge role for why I’m still alive and healthy and my two twin baby girls! I will recommend him to all my friends and family who needs services! (He always calls back promptly for any after hour emergency’s as well)

Dr.Khan is great!! He has delivered 2 of my babies which were my 4th and 5th caesarean. He was the only Dr. I could find in Jacksonville that would take me on as I was considered high risk. Never had a bad experience with the office staff!!!! Would definitely recommend!!!

Waiting an hour and 15 minutes to be seen past my appointment time. My appointment was at 2:00. I ended up leaving at 3:15. They didn’t open the doors until 2:15 pm! Guess they like to see their current patients before new ones even though I was scheduled!!!

I felt rushed and Dr.Khan did not explain anything to me during my ultrasound. He just said this is ur baby and printed out pictures and told me when to come back. I don’t want to come back to an establishment like this.

Dr Khan has been my OBGYN throughout my last two pregnancies. He has kept me healthy throughout both. I do not think he likes birth control because he didnt offer me any at my 6 week postpartum c-section check. He just told me hed see me back in six months for my yearly exam. He didnt want to tie my tubes 5 years ago when I asked and he didnt offer to after he delivered my twins 10 months ago. 5 kids and no mention of birth control. Ill be discussing it with him again at my next physical. Still a great doctor! Sometimes you will wait 20 minutes or more to be called back but his nursing staff appears very busy and I work in a clinic too so I understand what goes on behind the scene that most dont understand. I refer/recommend all people to him.

I came with my daughter for her ultrasound visit. I had been told to please refrain from comments due to the front desk girl on request of my daughter. We walked into the office with our masks as instructed . The girl upfront did not have hers on , when asked about it she rudely stated I am too hot and dont worry about it . Her belligerent and condescending behavior continued with each question my daughter was asking in regards to finances and upcoming appointments. Her comments were so rude and inappropriate. I run a medical office in Jacksonville and if one of my staff ever spoke to a patient in that regard, they would be fired immediately.Another issue that bothered the both of us is the uncleanliness of the office. There should never be a dust build up on the counters or the floors.This has been a common complaint since she started . This is a shame my daughter loved the Dr. Khan and his one MA. We moved offices due to the actions of the front desk .I would only recommend this office, if the young lady has been replaced and let go. She is not fit to be in customer service.

Dr Khan is great 5 stars , but Elvisa front desk staff is horrible, worst front desk staff I’ve ever experienced - super rude and unprofessional. Trying to yell at you in front of everyone all for money. Told her I would pay and to take a breath Because she was super super rude and loud and she got worse and started yelling worse.

I was Misinformed by the front desk staff on a procedure that needed to be done was unable to get it done still had to pay the office fee but was reimbursed half but doesn’t justify that it cost me $100 for them to rub my arm I was there for three hours to get nothing done and Was there to get a birth-control implant removed by referral under the impression they had an ultrasound machine that would be able to find the object Front desk staff and nurses need to communicate a little bit better on the procedures and how things are supposed to be at the office what Can and can’t be done Especially when it’s self-pay

Bottom Line: I had an awful experience and they just want you in over and over again for money. I scheduled a procedure after my primary referred me to Dr. Khan after an abnormal pap. Upon arriving on-time, I checked in, paid my $80 copay and waited about 25 minutes before being called back by the nurse. The nurse told me that the doctor was not there and would be arriving shortly and that I would be seeing the ARNP and that they would be doing a pelvic exam and not the procedure I scheduled. I told her I would most likely not be coming back because I just had my pap smear and pelvic exam so there was no need for them to do another one (medically unnecessary). It sounds like they are the type of doctor to pull you in for every little thing just so they can get a copay and bill your insurance. They told me they never received my referral by the doctor or paperwork and that they must do a pelvic exam and swab before the procedure could be done to make sure I didnt have any STDs or infections (But wait if you never got this information from my MD why are going to do pelvic exam, wouldnt you do a pap smear?). I told the ARNP that I just had my pap smear with pelvic exam with the MD 3 weeks ago and Im positive nothing changed. She said its their policy and procedure and it must be done. Upon debating back and forth with her, she got frustrated and said that I can refuse it and she apologized for the schedulers not telling me that I had to come in for a pelvic exam first. She remained firm that they were not doing the procedure today and that I must reschedule and pay another $80 copay for the procedure and that my money for today would not be refunded. So I told her to go ahead and do the redundant pelvic exam and swab. I told them I had fibroids and had questions about was debating procedures and needed to speak to the doctor. Dr. Khan came in and asked how I was and I told him that I was irate. He immediately got an attitude and I told him dont ask me how I feel if he doesnt want the truth. After that, he said he doesnt want to take me on as a patient and I told him that is okay because I already told the nurse I was most likely not coming back. I further told him my personality is direct and blunt and if he has to get over that obstacle and I already paid for my session today and unless he wants to give me a refund then he needs to go through MRI results and answer my questions. He half-heartedly and smugly answered my questions. He told me you can get Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE) and eventually you will come back to me for a myomectomy anyway because UFEs dont last long. All he had to say was I recommend a myomectomy because UFEs dont last long often resulting in a second surgery or a myomectomy. He also tried to make me seem like I was dumb by asking how do I know I have fibroids, and who ordered my MRI if my primary didnt order it, and he could have ordered my MRI for free. He said he would like to see me again, but I doubt Ill be back.

I have been seeing Dr Kahn for year. He is always professional, listens to your concerns, takes his time to explain everything where you can understand them(not just doctor talk). His staff is amazing and friendly everytime I go in im always greeted with a smile and asked how I am doing. His nurses take their time to explain all procedures that might be happening that day. The whole office is amazing!!!

Weve been seeing Dr.Khan since the beginning of our pregnancy, at first we felt he was unpersonable but as time went on we realized he is just very to the point and at the end of the day he delivered our beautiful baby boy flawlessly and I would definitely allow him to deliver my second child if that so happens
