Theresa E. has always given me exceptional care- she has made me feel comfortable throughout this entire process and I finally have answers! I visited a few other specialists and I am very thankful I found Florida Urogynecology.Teresa is very knowledgeable and passionate about patient care. I dont write reviews for medical providers unless I would recommend the location to a family member. I have no doubt Id refer my family members here. They also have pelvic floor PT in the office which allows for seamless care. Thank you all for what you do!

More than a bit upset. The staff are great and my PA was very warm and informative and I felt very competent. So no issues with the actual care received at all. My problem is that they had me fill out about a half hour (literally) of very personal information prior to my appointment. Get to the appt. Pay my copay then go over another 20 minutes of questions in the office. All ready for the appointment, which by the way has taken me years to get up the nerve, only to have the nurse pull out one last form. An arbitration agreement. So basically if anything goes wrong during the course of treatment/surgery regardless if it’s a mistake or due to incompetence, me/ my family r not entitled to a jury trial. The nurse tells me it is required in order to be seen and that people who don’t sign r usually just looking to sue. I understand the principle behind this paperwork obviously, and if this had of been included in the original paperwork I may have just been like oh well, but to have this sprung on me at the last minute…I felt was very poor judgment on the behalf of the practice. I signed it because I felt pressured to do so. Now I have an office I really like but can’t go back to because I don’t feel like I can trust them to be honest.

Quick to make appointments and not clear out with you insurance. Did trigger points waste of time and money. Teresa is quick to send you for text without seeing if insurance will cover it. They told me my trigger points would be covered along with pelvic floor rehab for a phone call today they are canceling my appointment and they cant help me. They never asked me if I wanted to pat cat. So I wasted over a year and half of time and money. Then come to find out they knew the trigger point injections wouldnt work and still proceeded to put me thru it thinking if they did that then my insurance would cover what I needed. But they gave up. I would not come here is a waste of time and money.

I have been seeing Dr Thompson for over a year now and he has preformed a few surgeries on me and in office procedures. He is a great Dr and has your best interest in everything he does! He’s very caring and listens and makes you feel very comfortable and answers all your questions. Lindsey Mason is also amazing alone with the rest of his staff! I highly recommend him for all your female problems!

Staff is extremely friendly, professional and thorough in every test or study Ive had done so far. They are very nice!

Dr Thompson was very thorough in evaluating my situation and then sitting down with me to explain my options. His office staff is very kind, and they do an excellent job at telling you what to expect while doing procedures.

Dr Thompson is the only one who has actually tried to help me. Every other one just prescribed antibiotics as a quick fix, but. Things got to a point that the antibiotics didn’t work well any longer. He did tests and worked up a game plan to see if it was going to work. So far so good.

All experiences with Dr. Thompson and his staff have been very professional and informative. Wish I had known about his practice years ago.
