I worked there for a short time many years ago. Its terrible, there is nothing positive for me to say at all! The late Eartha White would be sickened over how this facility has turned out. Please do not bring your family member/loved ones here!

I would not even give it a star. This building is awful for our elderly family members. Soon as you come in the front entrance it has the smell of pee. 3 patients to a room is unexceptable. The staff is great, its just what they are working with. Not enough activities for the patients who has better mobility and does not have mental issues. I will recommend state come in and take another look at the roaches that be in the halls and patient rooms. I have to get my loved one from here soon.

I Love The patients and the staff..We have changed ownees and are now Jacksonville healthcarw center..they arw not shady.like the previous owner.Im a nurse .LPN..Every one helps ..we are a team. We are family and theres only a couple of us that are white but no one is prejudice..they are all nice to me..we are family..staff and the residents

The base of what I know about my job I learned from working here. I learned how to make a way out of no way, and how to have love people who have nothing to give you back but, their sincere appreciation and love.

VERY RUDE AND DIDNT HAVE A WEBSITE FOR ME TO SEE THE FACILTY BEFORE SENDING FAMILY MEMBERS THERE WHEN I SPOKE TO THE MAN HE SOUNDED HALF ASLEEP AND HUNG UP IN MY FACE. DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE !!
