This home health agency is the best your going to get. I have been with several home health companies and Nurse Spring is the ONLY agency that is going to actually staff a case 24/7. I love my nurses that come to help care for my daughter. The office staff do everything that they can do to be sure she has a nurse. Mr. Skip is AWESOME. He cares for the families Nurse Spring service AND the employees!

The team in the office is great, they are very respectful and sweet and make you feel like part of the family. I love my job and the clients that I have been lucky enough to work with. My experience with nurse springs is phenomenal. They are a great company to work for. They think about there employees whether it’s work that is out there or celebrating there appreciation for you. I used NurseSpring to take care of my brother and they were extremely professional and caring. We were able to call them at all hours and they were quick to help in anyway you can. This company don’t care about their employees. Management sit in the office & talk about all the employees to each other, HR is sorry & don’t pay you for all the hours you work & think she can talk to you like you is beneath her. This company is joke!!! The on call people are liars because they don’t have to see you so report lies to the office & of course they’re gonna believe them because they work together..The only good is the pay is ok!!! When they pay you right!!

I have worked fore NurseSpring since it was Nursefinders. I love the ability to pick my hours and be off when I like. The staff try very hard to met everyone’s needs. The owners and big bosses are easy to talk to and are concerned about their employees. Great place to work.

Very unprofessional. Try explaining that my level 2 background is on file with Florida Board of Nursing and thry got loud and belligerent on the phone say the Florida Boatd of Nursing is incorrect. Respect isvdue to anybody and they need to be more professional because you dont always deal with people over thevphone. Eventually youll see a person face to face.
