If you buy a house from them make sure you use a realtor & get home inspection. If youre buying a home thats going to be built get every detail put in the buyer contract from flooring, cabinets, grass, appliances etc....... Hire a home inspection company that will inspect at different points of house being built. Make sure you get home warranty in writing. Protect YOUR investment.
