Protect yourself and DO NOT SHOP HERE! Purchased from the online site from this store 45 days ago and still have not received what I purchased and paid for. They will not reply to emails, customer service tickets or phone calls. I’m out $150 with no product. I wish I would have read some online reviews before shopping their site, could have saved me a month and a half of reaching out unanswered! As of today, still not resolved, product still not received, emails and phone calls still ignored. This is my first non-5-star review for a company. Consumers beware and protect yourself! There are plenty of other places to shop that will fulfill your order and actually provide customer service.

A purchase a male sneaker from goodwill industries of north Jacksonville lenox, upon receiving my package is a female sneaker. I have to returned the package to them, goodwill industries of north Jacksonville lenox told me that they refund my $33.40 and write not as discribe! They dont like to give refund. A went to my bank they told me that there is no money sent from goodwill industries of north Jacksonville lenox. Customer be careful. If you shop at this Goodwill industries of north Jacksonville lenox you will lose your money and also you goods and dont get anything like what happened to me. When you email or call no answer they ignored you . DONT SHOP AT GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF NORTH JACKSONVILLE LENOX. THEY ARE NOT NICE PEOPLE.

DO NOT buy from the online auction from them. They are not supposed to sell fakes but they sold me a fake pair of Gucci sunglasses with no indication in the description. When I messaged their customer support about it they never replied back. Its been a week now.

Do not buy from this location.I bought a Bose Sounddock item from them online and it arrived in non-working order. I contacted them to see what could be done and they stated -All auctions are SOLD AS-IS with no warranty or guarantee.Unfortunately, based on that we will not be able to take the item back or issue a refund.So, they knowingly sell broken or defective items. They should have marked it Parts Only like all the others do when they can verify it works.This has never been the case with the other Goodwills I have bought from, they have always issued a refund.Very disappointed.

I come here nearly every week. Kenny is fabulous and very nice when I come to pickup Auction items. The entire Goodwill Auction Website has some quirks, but at NE Florida, the people make it pleasant. Thanks!!

It is ASTOUNDING that you are even open. I assume some of your employees might be at risk re medical conditions etc. To have them handle dirty donated items is despicable. GOODWILL should be ashamed of itself. It goes to show GOODWILL is as greedy as any for profit business!

Won an item on Shopgoodwill and it arrived damaged. Some damage was directly caused by them putting their own label on it with scotch tape, which left permanent marks on the surface.I sent an email with pictures of the damage and a description within an hour of receiving the item, and didnt hear back until 4 days later.They said they cant help me without pictures of the box and packing slip, which was already gone because the refunds/returns policy says nothing about that, and just asks for photos of damage.Whoever responded even acted as if I somehow missed the bit about attaching pictures.Fun fact, every response they have sent has been 4 days after my replies.

Came to write a very similar review and see he has covered the grounds detailing the ZERO customer satisfaction skills their employees and especially management have. You would think any intelligent human might realize that spending your time and money giving your customers the run around and fighting with them isnt worth it. NORTH FLORIDA TAKE SOME LESSONS ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IMMEDIATELY! The more time and money you spend on a transaction you screwed up is $$$ your throwing away. Heres your new policy: Send me what I order, if you screw it up, refund and move on (psst a little secret, you didnt lose anything cause the wrong item you sent me you got donated to you for FREE, remember).

THIS GOODWILL IS THE WORSE!! My mother won an auction and paid the same day. This was 12 days ago, however, she is still waiting for the package. She has written over 7 emails asking for the status of the package and none of the 7 emails has been answered. It is a shame that such people are aloud to work there. Especially being a donation center that benefits a cause. Such as paying for them to work !! I mean, if it werent for us, they would not have jobs. SHAME ON YOU!! Especially management. The manager in this place should be fired !I am reporting this issue to the Department of Agriculture (USDA) Office of Inspector General. Because to me this is fraud. Taking money from customers and not shipping the goods is fraud. PEOPLE BEWARE!! DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THEIR AUCTIONS. At least in this shop which is the one at North Florida shop in Jacksonville.

How does this store stay in business? The reviews are accurate, if less than 1 star was possible they would get it. The online department of this store charges $15.05 to ship one pair of mens jeans from Florida to the Midwest. Are you kidding me? DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE THIEVES. APPALLING!!

Pathetic. Dont expect your purchase to arrive without damage. My online purchase (shop Goodwill) from Goodwill Industries of North Florida arrived with damage due to inadequate packaging. It arrived a large box without enough packing material to keep the heavy item from banging around inside the box. Obviously they dont care about your purchase arriving safely, a child could have done better packing this item. From the reviews, this Goodwill is creating nothing but ill will.

Purchased a turntable online, paid for it, the shipping and Handling fee. They shipped the turntable on its side with all the loose parts inside the dust cover in a box barely larger than the turntable itself. The dust cover was smashed and cracked, the headshell and cartridge were broken as well. I requested a refund - a week later they offered $2.80 to compensate me (a good used dust cover would cost over $25). I filed a claim through PayPal and got a full refund that way and threw the turntable away. Now, almost a month later they offer an apology?DO NOT BUY FROM GOODWILL OF NORTH FLORIDA - THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!

My story is too long so I will begin and end my comments with my conclusion concerning the ethical foundations that this store and others in the Goodwill chain operate. Basically forget being treated with respect and believing any variation that the customer is always right or or that customers come first, it is so much hiperbole. Even though you know you are in the right and explain your situation truthfully in order to receive a refund or discount, well forget it. Once customer service has you money, its gone. Management can be cruel and uncaring and in truth bites that hand that feeds it. This Goodwill, and especially customer service and management exhibit such greed and focus on the almighty dollar that it would be better if the name was changed to GreedWell. Never expect a break in an organization where the dollar is king with the management being so top heavy Im surprised it doesnt topple over.

They shipped me an Item online thru shopgoodwill they shipped within two days of payment they replied quick to my question. Based on the reviews I read I thought I was going to have a bad exprience but I did not. I did have an issue with shipping but it was thru FedEx end and it was resolved thru FedEx.
