As much as I would have loved to given a 5 starts I think that the staff has a lot to do with how patients are treated. The doctors and their staff are freaking amazing!! Been a patient for over 10 year! Unfortunately their receptionist Joan needs an attitude adjustment! She’s rude and nasty!! She doesn’t take responsibility for her mistakes and when she’s wrong she takes it out on you!!! So hopefully this review will alert the doctors and fix the problem immediately. I will continue to see my doctors but I will not tolerate ignorance and attitude from her!!

Dr tran is very rude as is the front desk reception team. When i call them to make an appt they act annoyed that im even calling. I dont even understand why theyre always in such a bad mood but its very off putting i would not trust these people with my wellbeing. Especially not dr tran with any procedure. Dr anika is very nice though. Very professional.

The first time I called, they hung up on me. I called back and was immediately put on hold. When the representative came online and I explained why I needed to make an appointment. I was told to hold on, which I did and the next voice I hear was a recording asking me to leave a message. Will not be bringing my mom here.

I was referred to Dr. Emas following a car accident. Unlike most other medical establishments, the process here was very quick. The staff are very professional and caring. The paperwork concluded quickly. Dr. Emas was very thorough in his examination and answered my questions professionally, without getting impatient or becoming condescending.Subsequent visits have also been an excellent experience. They run on time which means no waiting for long time past the appointment time.All in all, an excellent experience. Kudos to the entire team.

I had a good experience today usually I see Dr.Bill which i enjoy but today I was seen by Dr. Emas both have excellent bedside manners. As I was getting my shot by Dr.Bill we talk about our pets and I barely felt the shot but Dr. Emas is allergy to pets so we didn’t have that conversation so it was quiet and I didn’t feel the shot WOW! What a great visit.

Probably the best Pain n neurology practice in Jacksonville! I was thoroughly happy with the excellent care I got n then the doctor did a neck injection that eliminated 90% of my nagging headache I had since the accident last year. He told me it would reduce 1/2 my headaches , really exceeded his own expectations. Dr. Tran is truly a miracle worker. Highly recommend this practice!

Terrible Dr.Tran and his staff are the worst very unprofessional they see you have good insurance and want to run the bill up and expect you to be pleasant and friendly when your hurting and being taken advantage of thats a recipe for disaster... I recommend going to the Mayo clinic if you can they actually care about the patients...

Everyone in the office is professional and polite. Have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen.

I have been going to Dr.. Emas for 2 years, he is a great doctor, concern about his clients, the experience would better if he get a NEW staff, unable to answer questions, drive a long distance to find out they cancelled your appointment, a lot of waisted time with staff.

This doctor did absolutely NOTHING for my daughter after her car accident and had the nerve to take $15 thousand dollars in un needed test.

Dr. Emas and his staff are outstanding!My son suffered a concussion during his high school football season this past year. Dr. Emas personally called me on my cell and asked me a series of questions and advised me to go directly to the hospital. The following day Dr. Emas evaluated him and reassured us that he would make a full recovery.I cant explain how grateful I am to him and his staff. I would recommend him to anyone of my friends, family and strangers.

They all are extremely nice & caring & try very hard to help you although in some cases like mine the damage is to much but they all showed me such great compassion in trying to get my injuries & pain under control I would highly recommend them

Docter Kristen Greene is my favorite at Doctor Emas office. Doctor Mark Emas is the head doctor and is really good with the trigger point injections to help with swelling. Doctor Bradley Tran does the painful shots, he is very considerate, but I dont want any more of the injections he offers. He put a needle into my neck, between the disc, steroids and other meds, hurts like hell. As soon as he injected my neck my arm and shoulder got real hot. For a week after that my condition worsoned. Couldnt sleep at all and pain in my legs increased.Im sure this procedure is good for persons with injuries lesser than mine.All the staff were professional except one guy in the beginning of my treatment were he tested my left leg, when my right needed the test. They must have got rid of the guy who did that because I havent seen him since.
