So I call this doctors office and Dolores was awesome at taking care of me then I go into the. Room to wait for the doctor and she walks in and says why are you here ? I explained I made an appointment with another nephrologist but wouldn’t get in until may 10 that I guess she knew and she basically blows me off and doesn’t even continue to talk to me and walks out of the room not even giving me directions on what to do to pay my copay even. I think she is in it for the money since she works at like 3 dialysis centers and 3 hospitals. She didn’t have really any personality or compassion. Maybe having a bad day but I would never go back or recommend her to anyone. Not even worth your time . Find someone you can count on and trust will be there when you need then. She is not that person.
