The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Carl, the respiratory therapist was incredible. Explained the entire process with empathetic patience to include answering my unending questions. I left feeling like great customer service still exist today!

Denise was AMAZING!!! She was determined to get the right cpap mask!! For the first time, we logged over eight hours last night with the new mask. We are also thankful for your quick response.

The staff there really listens and really cares. They were able to re-fit me with a mask that wont hurt the bridge of my nose. They provided excellent education on how the new mask works and plenty of supplies to get me through. I cant wait to have painless, restful sleep.

10/01/2021 Josh came out yesterday to make some adjustments to my wheelchair to make it work better for me. He explained what he could/would do for it and made changes. It has helped with the issues I was dealing with. He is very patient, understanding and thorough at his job, which he really seems to enjoy. Such a nice young man and a pleasure to work with!

This medical supply company is by far the worst. Years of dealing with them, my mom. My sister, myself currently, Everyone I’m affiliated with has always had a slow response, a long delay, billing insurance companies, and patient received no merchandise. These google reviews that spoke positive of fletcher medical, got to be employees, paid reviews etc... Fletcher medical should not be in business with getting peoples life saving supplies to them. Customers/ patients are treated as though their life is not important enough to get those supplies out to extend or make comfortable. This company should not be in business for this long, allowing patients and their families to suffer by fraudulently billing their insurance companies, move extremely slow when it comes to getting those life saving supplies out. Fletcher should be marked for Scam alert. They care nothing about your families, whether you get your supplies or not, does not matter to them. If you wait on them for help; there is a possibility you may not make it to use the product your insurance paid for. You will be dead if it’s life saving equipment... please find another company, because this isn’t it. This is my true statement; my years of family members and dealing with this. This is true.

The nurse Denise was wonderful and friendly. She explained everything to me on how to work the machine. Denise did a great job.

First off, the staff was great. Very thorough. Secondly, the facility is huge. The equipment provided is great so far.However, the signage for customers in where they need to park to get to the different departments is terrible. I drove around the entire building to park where the sign directed, entered the door for customer service, waited until my turn only to discover that I had to walk completely around the entire building, passing 4 other entrances, to get to my department and then walk completely around the building again, passing 2 other large parking lots,to get back to where I started. A simple fix would save a lot of first time customers aggravation and frustration. I can not imagine someone with mobility problems having to do that.

The training for my CPAP machine was pretty good. A lot of information in a little time. Good idea to read the manuals... A laminated cheat sheet of things to do daily, weekly, monthly, etc. would be really helpful for beginners.

Service was good but my new machine is NOT left handed friendly. When I put water in the water tank it either pours on the lid or I cant see the level indicator. Level indicator should be on both sides so you can pour water left handed.

The appointment was arranged flawlessly. The staff were prompt and courteous. Lenore did an outstanding job with explaining the details of the equipment.

I had to use Fletchers for some equipment for my grandmother when she was released from the hospital , I dealt with Paige and she was so helpful and polite . This company has become an absolute joke!! We will be making sure my Husbands cardiologist no longer does his supply referral through this mess of a business. He has severe sleep apnea and has been waiting over a month for his new mask and headgear. These are life saving supplies!! First, he was told they would be sending them in the mail. One weeks later he was told there was no record of his order. Was ordered again. A few day’s later was told his insurance hadn’t approved it. The same day he gets the insurance provider on the phone, they contact Fletchers and okay the order, while he was on the line! A week later he checks the status, he’s told that they don’t use the mail service anymore but will have it delivered. As of yesterday still no supplies we contacted insurance company who stated they were definitely approved (and were extremely surprised he had yet to receive them!) We today still have received nothing, they have delivery drivers and it could be brought here but yet we continue to get the run around! So, tonight we will set an hourly alarm to make sure he is still breathing because the mask is so worn it doesn’t stay secure on his face and head for proper breathing!! This is beyond frustrating and I hope no one else ever has to go through this! Shame on them for pretending to care about any patients!!

Both the receptionist and the trainer were very pleasant. All my questions were answered and I felt like thorough explanations were provided.I have only picked up my equipment, haven’t had any experience beyond that so far.

My husband had a stroke in April and needed a wheelçhair before rehab would release him. Fletcher medical employee called and told me medicare paid for a chair but there was a balance due Id have to pay before my husband could get achair to come home.The employee had my husband sign paperwork, even though I told him I had power of attorney for all decisions made.I got an invoice almost three months later showing I owe a monthly rental fee on a chair medicare paid for..Fletchers is telling me its a monthly co- pay and then they called it a rental fee. Charge started three months after chair was paid for.I told them he had another stroke Wed. the 8th, I cant leave him home alone, come get your chair!Im still waiting for them to pick up our wheelçhair.

The receptionist greeted me in a very kind way. I hardly waited more than couple of minutes when Kristin came to get me to go back for my fitting for my CPAP. Kristin did an awesome job of instructing me on how to use my machine and choosing the correct mask. Overall great service.

I read the reviews then I had a chance to experience the visit. Carl made me feel like I was at home. They educate you well. From the time I walked in the building until I left everyone was very pleasant. They get a 10 stars.

The advice is the advice... any tech could have done a good job at it, but the tech Lenore was incredibly rude.She was nice to me-tgis was the second time I saw her, but I had my 11 year old son with down syndrome with me and she was incredibly rude to him.I was almost brought to tears (granted I acknowledge I am very sensitive about my kids and the way people speak to them- especially tone).He interrupted me while I was answering a question and before I could correct him she jumped in and told him to be quiet while she spoke with me.

Everyone from the first person who answered my call, the scheduler, the man who processed insurance and Lenore, the technician were very professional. At a time when a recall has just occurred and I was leaving on a long-awaited vacation, my needs were expedited and treated with priority and understanding.Thanks to all who made my frantic week much easier.

After almost 2 months of phone calls back and forth between Fletchers, doctor office and myself, they called to set a day and time to get my son cpap and O2.I called the insurance company while we were there and found out Fletchers had not gotten the clearance from the insurance. If I hadnt called, they would have issued us the equipment and billed my son for the entire amount

The receptionist didnt bother to help my wife and I. When we finally got her (Anesicha?) attention she wasnt very helpful at all. We told her we are here to rent a knee scooter. We gave her drivers license and credit card info. Waited like 15 minutes and then she gave us paperwork to sign without informing us what we are signing. Then, we asked are you going to explain the use or some kind of briefing? She talked through the glass behind the counter which we couldnt hear her. We asked her to come around the counter and explain again. She stared at us and rolled her eyes and it felt like she didnt want to get out of her seat. We had to ask when do we return the scooter? The customer shouldnt have to ask those questions and she was not professional. Its disturbing to write a horrible review on a first time experience. We hope you receive this message and correct and provide proper training your employee.

I have had the pleasure of working with Fletcher medical on numerous occasions, from equipment needed that was prescribed by my doctors for various things such as a torn rotator cuffs, crutches, wheelchairs etc. I went there for my sleep apnea testing and treatment, the staff is outstanding and very knowledgeable. All of the supplies are new and very durable. Most recently my wife and I had been diagnosed with covid 19 at which time I had to be hospitalized. During my stay I had to have oxygen to be released and sent home after treatment I called my representative at Fletcher and he got the oxygen there for me to be released and set home. He also provided us with oxygenation equipment so that we can be treated at home. Thank you very much Fletcher medical for your professionlalism your promptness to deto detail with care for your your patience without You and your staff I do not believe things would have turned I turned out as quickly as they have in this best possible direction

CPAP machine was set up except the water. No distilled water was put inside the water holder. Suggestions: bring a small bottle of distilled water to fill the Reservoir. Enough to get someone started for a day until they can go buy more water. Otherwise appointment was great. Thank you Felicia Morris.

This company is getting worse every time I call. They obviously do not want or even care about their clients. I just hate the fact the this is a Medical Supply Company . This can be a very serious situation and they seem to act as if you have to beg them to get the proper service or even answers to why the protocol keeps changing. I have called 3 times today alone for answers for my babies supplies, Ashley (very sarcastic) keeps telling me shes gonna get Megan to call me back. Apparently shes too busy. So I asked for a supervisor and she mustve just put me on hold and left me there.Badcustomer service and terrible representative for this company.

Today I called and they say no scooter because the weight limit.Are all Fletchers scooters weight limit 300 pounds or 350 pounds as advertised?????At least to call us back and not wait for 2 days dor nothing.

Went to Fletchers yesterday to get fitted for a CPAP machine, first time user. I had a wonderful experience dealing with the respiratory therapist, Kristen! She was so positive, knowledgeable and thorough in going over all the details for the use and care of the machine and in picking out my face mask. I am also happy to report after using my CPAP machine last night for the first time, for the first time in years, I slept through the entire night without waking up and felt wonderful this morning. Also, my severe sleep apnea events were dramatically reduced from a severe 54.9 events/hour down to just 4.3 events/hour (just above 1 - 4 normal) for my first night!!! Thank you, Fletchers!!! I cant wait to see my health improve more and more! Update, now after 3 nights of good sleep, my sleep apnea events kept declining and dropped to 1.0 events/hour, normal, for last night! I am thrilled!
