It was very easy to set up an appointment with VIO Med; their team is very communicative and customer service oriented. I got lip fillers done with Lana and she did an amazing job. She walked me through everything and explained her technique and made sure to let it be known that she would accommodate me if I wanted anything focused on more/touched up on. I didn’t have to though because she did brilliant job and I was extremely satisfied with the results. Will definitely come back in the future!

I had a great experience here when I got my forehead Botox done a few months back. Lana was so professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain the difference of all the Botox products. I had the MOST AMAZING spa experience at V/O Med Spa!!! The staff is very polite, respectful, and accommodating! The environment is clean, beautiful, and very welcoming! I got the Geneo Revive Treatment for face, neck & chest. The esthetician I saw was Breanne. She is very sweet and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions very professionally. She customized the services to my needs. The delivery of services was exceptional! I loved not only how my skin felt after the services, but also how I felt throughout the entire experience -- welcomed, relaxed, and pampered! I would go back to V/O anytime I am in town, and I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to look and feel their best!

Best experience yet at a medical spa. I absolutely recommend them 10/10. I know I will be returning. My injector Tempestt was extremely gentle and left me with no bruising at all. I made an appointment with Jana for a consultation followed by dermaplaning and a hydrafacial. Jana was attentive to my skin concerns and so helpful when explaining what services I may need. Jana continued to educate me on my personal skincare needs throughout the services provided. The price was affordable and they are having a special this month which made it even better. They offer memberships as well if you plan on going often. The entire staff continued to educate me when I had more questions as I was leaving. They were all so friendly. Highly recommend VIO!

Had an amazing experience at VIO Medical Spa. Upon arrival, manager Jillian brought amazing energy and excitement that allowed me to feel at home and comfortable. My esthetician Kallie did a great job on my first time micro-needling service. She was very informative regarding pre and post service procedures. She left my skin feeling rejuvenated and smooth. Overall a great experience, and cannot wait to come back for my next micro-needling session.

I got botched. They told me I needed a follow up and might just need more units. Instead, I visited a plastic surgeon hoping to have it corrected but theres nothing you can do about botched Botox except wait because I was injected in an area that should never be injected......... I never heard from them again. Surgeon said it could take up to 4 months before im back to normal. I also got filler as part of the deal and saw zero results. 2 months later and Im still waiting for my face to go back to normal........surgeon said to look out for places running crazy deals bc it means they cant get business any other way. Im so embarrassed. I keep unsubscribing from their emails and they dont stop, always a new deal in my inbox. These reviews cant all be real, I am so messed up and theres nothing to do but wait.

I went for the first time last week and all I can say is WOW! All of the staff is so friendly and professional, you can really tell they care about their patients. I got two different services while I was there and couldnt be happier with my results. I will definitely be coming back .

I am new to Jacksonville and I was looking for good spa when I found this promotional on the Facebook from VIO spa and looking at the reviews a decided to go there .Well on my first appointment I was frustrated with the wait time and them not communicating it well to me .My appointment was 10 I checked in about 10 min early and they told me that lady that will see me was with the customer and I will be next in 10-15 min.Then they sent someone else in that came after me and kept telling me 5 more minutes .At 10:40 I was very frustrated and ask them to tell me exactly how long wait will be when I found out that I needed to wait another 15min at least .Got really disappointed and left thinking that I will go somewhere else. After a cool down little bit a figured that everyone can make mistake and looking at their 5 star score i decided to go again .On my next appointment everyone was really friendly and helpful and it was almost no wait which make me comfortable. Just to mention I was in for Botox treatment which I was doing for at least 6-7 years very successful. Treatment was done in less than few minutes and I left home with follow up appointment in 15 days. Unfortunately after so many years of doing it first time I was totally disappointed .My frown line was even more visible than before visit and couldnt see or feel any improvement in my appearance after treatment .When I went back to follow up again they were really friendly and no wait but when i toll technician what is the problem she looked at me and asked what do I want her to do ? I told her that I wanted her to fix the problem which I came in for and she gave me not Botox bot I believe she said Dyesport but she didnt explain well and she said it works faster and in 2-3 days I will see the final results .I think it is enough to mention that nothing changed ,my frown is still here and looks more stubborn than ever. I kinda new from my previous tech in Chicago that she always put so much attention to thinks because she said a lot of staff cant be corrected once you mess it up with Botox .Also at my first visit I mentioned to the tech that we usually do 50-55 units and according to what I pay ( I asked for price when I made appointment ) it looked like they charged me for 50.But on my second visit they told me they gave me 45 . I am sorry that I ever decided to go there and will never ever go again and would not recommend to anyone .Mirjana LinicSorry for you comment that was not correct at all . I am happy to be able to pay for what I need and all this was not about money at all .I refused your offer to get paid back for overcharges and I am not looking for any kind of free service but I am looking for service done correct .I just posted a review of my experience with actual service and my big disappointment. I know that you are trying to say that everyone reacts different to it but again from 20 or more times done this is first time it was this poorly done and also if you review all of your phone lines am sure you will find that I was right in every word I said but again this wasnt even my worry at all and again all this was just about your performance not about pricing but looks like you are trying to turn that into me looking for free service instead of looking into what wasnt done correct .

My daughter gifted me a facial at VIO. First facial I ever got. What a great experience. Very professional. Was warmly greated by Alexandra. She was great, explaining the process and what to expect. She then introduced me to Deniz who did the facial. Cant say enough about the great job she did. It was relaxing and my skin felt and looked great afterwards.
