I initially came in to try the lash extension for vacation. I told Pammy that this was a one time thing. She told me then, I would get addicted to the look, and she was right! She provided me with an option that would not only enhance my natural lashes, but protect them as well. Im completely happy with the staff and service every time I come. I’m not really a spa kinda guy, but my girlfriend insisted I go for my birthday, and, I must say, I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and cheerful; the atmosphere was calm and relaxed, the price was cheap, and the treatment I received left me feeling like royalty. I would definitely return in the future. Not doing anything this weekend, come to think of it...

I have the opportunity to speak with Eliana at the front desk while waiting for my wife having her eyelashes done. I tried the product they recommend and it really works great!! I love the staff at Taylor Lane. Elaina is wonderful and greets you with a great smile. The staff is always courteous. Lisa is a wonderful massage therapist and Pammie, well I think she is the best. I highly recommend them to anyone.

The fact that this spa moved from Baymeadows into the mall should have been a red flag. This place was extremely unprofessional from the front desk to to the actual massage therapist. We booked a couples massage and when we arrived on time they were running at least 15-20 minutes behind (and out of wine on a Saturday). They gave us the options of separate rooms which would get us in about 10 minutes sooner supposedly. We agreed and then they scrambled to get there rooms together which was all very hectic and not at all relaxing. I cannot speak for my husbands massage, but mine was awful. The massage therapist literally left me with bruises- not exactly the type of deep tissue I was looking for. After beating me up for 45 minutes or so with no relaxation in sight, she stopped the treatment early asking me if it had been an hour. Really? Clearly I was not meant to get any relaxation for my birthday massage.

I love this place! Pamie and Elaina are absolutely wonderful and my lashes always look amazing thanks to them!!!

Great service...! The best in town. Great product quality, the staff is super nice and very professional. I am extremely happy with my new set of lashes... they also offer other services like facials, micropigmentation/microblading and hair. BTW... I have booked another appointment for a different service at Taylor Lane Studio. I definitely recommed this place.

I called and asked for a same day massage and they got me right in! The massage was a full hour and it was probably the best massage i have every gotten. Smiling staff that is excited about the work that they do and services they provide!!!!

I have yet to step into the spa -but was not impressed with the receptionist Kim when trying to schedule an appointment. She was very unpleasant and even said to me your name sounds familiar, youve not shown up to your reservation before. I responded, Ive never even been to your spa. So much for customer service....

AVOID at all costs!! They are WAY overpriced for their services. (You can go down the road, not even a mile, and get 2 services done for the price of this salon s one). Their nail techs are not nail techs (no licenses hung) and do the bare minimum to call the service a manicure/pedicure. Save yourself the disappointment and don t come here to get a manicure or pedicure, not worth it!!!!! Worst mani/pedi I ve gotten in 5 years.Sure the receptionist is nice but the managers are RUDE and difficult to deal with it! Not the type of service you would expect for a high end day spa .

I came recently for a deal I got on Groupon for mani/pedi/reflexology. I was expecially excited about the reflexology part after a long day of work. I sat in the waiting area, no one offered me any refreshments. I waited for a little while, before my nail lady received me. She said I didnt know you were waiting for me... really? Why else would I be sitting in the wait area? I was still not offered any refreshments, and at most spas I am, so I was expecting this. The nail lady was very nice and patient. However, my nails are already starting to chip (less than 72 hours later). She answered her cell phone while in the middle of doing my nails, and I find that very unprofessional. Especially because she told whomever she was talking to on her cell shes going to try to get done real fast. That made me think that shes not really taking her time on me. In fact, she only did one coat of polish on my feet. Additionally, the reflexology part was a joke. I called ahead of time to ask about it, and they said it was a 30 minute massage on you feet. Ill be lucky if I got 10 mins. All in all, definitely not worth the money, Im glad I had a groupon deal. My nails get better treatment at the local Asian nail place.
