Im looking for a new Vascular specialist for some complicated issues. I sent a request to make an appointment through there website on April 1. I was promptly responded to via email that a scheduler would contact me. 5 days later I was never called. There is nothing more aggravating then when a business does not return phone calls but for a Drs office to completely disregard new patients - thats an issue. Poor management and arrogant of the practice to not call someone who NEEDS to see a vascular. First impressions are indicative of how the practice operates.

Dr ok if and when you get to see one there office help thats another story. Keep putting you on hold

Dr. Clark saw my wife in the ER at Orange Park Medical Center for a small cut near her radial artery on Sunday. Instructed my wife to call her office ASAP to schedule follow up. We received paperwork During discharge stating the same. Called office two days in a row. Orange Park Medical Center intervened to help in scheduling and Dr. Clark’s Office required a referral from PCP even though our insurance does not require it. Dr. Clark’s Office said they had no record of my wife as a patient and would not accept faxed medical records from Orange Park Medical Center showing Dr. Clark performed an examination. Had to schedule a consult with a vascular doctor 37 miles from our home to have a follow up visit. Maybe this review is directed more towards the staff at Dr. Clark’s office because Dr. Clark was otherwise very knowledgeable and accessible, but unfortunately professionals are sometimes only as good as who they employ and how much they train common sense out of those employees.
