Very quick! The registration, the nurses and doctor were all super friendly and understanding. Will definitely be going back with urgent needs!

I would never recommend this clinic. Someone came there while I was waiting to see the Doctor, the person looked like he was having problems breathing and for some reason they sent him away, no one was even bothered to assist him out , or anything. They just sat there.I was finally called in and a nurse quickly swabbed my nose for a covid test without even asking if I had been exposed. Even though they apparently did the rapid test, no one bothered to communicate the results, till I called in over 48hrs later to be told that my results were ready even before I left the clinic! I can never recommend this place. Am just waiting to see the bill in the mail!!!

Every time I had to be seen. Everyone has always been kind , compassionate, and very helpful. They have a smooth transition from time of walking in door until you walk back out. Youre not there for an overly long time, very short wait time all the way through process. Thank you for being there much nicer and quicker to receive treatment.

Dr. Raj is great and took care of my son. However, I have a 3 star rating because of the new hours at the Jacksonville location. It used to be open until 8, but is only open until 6 now. You have to get there by 5:45, or they won’t take you. These hours aren’t much better than my normal doctor, and I’ve showed up twice when I couldn’t get in. It honestly defeats the purpose of being there when they run the same hours as my own doctor does.

The clinic was clean staff were attentive to my needs.

This place is awful. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. First it took them forever to get me logged in. I wasnt mad because I understand technology. Stuff should of been in there already Ive been there. I get called back 10-15 minutes later. They take my vitals everything. Okay. Did what I was being seen for. It was 40-45 minuets before doctor came in. I peeked out to see what was taking so long. And thenurse said rude hell be there in a minute He came in laughing and was telling me why I was there didnt matter. And nothing would show up. I told him I was leaving for the weekend and wanted to make sure I was okay. And he very rudley said while he laughed it doesnt matter. While I was walking out I heard him say very loudly for the whole place to hear the reason I was there. Its not very urgent.

In and out in 20 minutes. Fast, courteous and professional.

My only complaint was they sent it to the wrong Walgreens we definitely said on Main and they sent it to the other one so it took me longer to get it

I went to springfield clinic who were awesome because my primary care physician dr Anthony Griffin would not see me today for ears plugged up and scratchy throat here in jacksonville, il. My doctor kept telling me I had to call the respiratory phone number for them to ask me the same questions they ask when you walk in. I was cleared by them to see my doc at memorial clinic but I called my doc back and was told I couldnt get an appt because even though the notes cleared me they couldnt see me unless I went and was tested. I was getting the run around from my doctor at memorial clinic trying to tell me I needed to be tested for covid before they would see me. Sad to say I wish dr. Coultas there had not retired.Springfield clinic got me in, were awesome, and told me I had some throat drainage and prescribed some spray for my ear and allegra....I highly recommend springfield clinic and there staff as they are there to take care of people. I will be looking for a new doctor with springfield clinic after the way I was treated at the memorial clinic in jacksonville, il. I highly recommend springfield clinic to anyone that would need to see a doctor.

I just returned home from Springfield Clinic Urgent Care in Jacksonville, IL and I cannot believe how quickly the whole event took place. I DO realize it was Sunday and 11:30am however, I was in and out of the clinic within 20 minutes total from walking in to walking out! Awesome! Dr. Raj called my prescription into Walgreens and I was home within an hour of leaving. Dr Raj seemed to be an efficient and caring Dr and the nurses were all efficient and preformed well. I would highly recommend this facility!

I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Dr. Raj is kind and efficient. The receptionist was very friendly also.

Our son had to get stitches right before prompt care closed. Everyone from the desk worker to the nurse to the doctor were so kind to us. The Doctor Who worked on my sons stitches on Friday evening did such an amazing job! Thank you for putting us both at ease!

I asked to schedule an appointment so i would not lose my job, the nurse stated that Your 80,000 per year means nothing to me. I said i might be dead next week. She laughed and said well if you are going to be dead, i suggest you visit the ER. Woman, women like you are why i have decided not to bring humans into this world. Thanks anyway!

I stopped in here for lab work today, and wow! The lady who took my blood, did it so fast and painless that I had to ask if she had the needle in. I have had blood drawn many times from people all over, and a lot of times it is painful and they blow my veins. Today was great. I would highly recommend for lab work.

My wait time was very short both in the waiting room and in the exam room. Everyone was very pleasant. I felt that the nurse and Dr listened to me and gave me a thorough exam. I would recommend.

This place is horrible!! I feel bad for all the nurses. I’m not sure what dr was working but they refused to treat me. It was just a tooth infection! All I needed was a antibiotic. Told me my dr can deal with it or dentists. It was to late to go in and they didn’t care. Also said if I wanted to be seen go to the er smh when will something be done about this place??? I called and reported them. Still waiting on a call back! This isn’t the first time this happened to me.

She listens, explains, & treats your ailment with careful consideration!All of the nurses are so nice, helpful, & friendly!And the receptionists are always welcoming, kind, & respectful of the patients.The facility is neat & clean.Finally, the service is prompt, efficient, & thorough, particularly with the new computerized booking/check in system.

One star because zero isn’t an option. I’m an RN at a walk-in clinic in a different town for a different organization. This place sent my step dad home in a SLING when his arm was broke in two places because they were closing and the radiologist hadn’t read the XR. So either the provider can’t see a fracture on an XR or they flat out didn’t care. Not sure which is worse. When he went to ortho the provider couldn’t believe they sent him home in a sling. This isn’t the first time they’ve completely botched care for my mom or step dad. I’m the first person to defend healthcare workers when some one is complaining about a negative experience, but this isn’t just a negative experience. This is negligent.

The nurse practitioner at Jacksonville Amy Haefeli was awful to me today. I came in with a sore throat and it took them forever to do a strep test, once they finally did she came back in the room and told me that I “infuriate” her and was rude the whole time I was there. Once I left the room to leave no one would say a word to me and didn’t even give me any papers for my visit. She never did apologize to me or give me an antibiotic for what was going on. Patient care was awful, I will never be going back to this place.

I have always received great care here along with my family. The staff is welcoming and friendly and every physician has been fantastic. They have listened to our needs and are concerned for our health.

Be careful of this place. I was a cash patient and called the clinic to ask the price for a cash patient. I was told $120.00 over the phone. When I arrived at the clinic, they had me sign a paper saying if additional procedures were done, the price could be higher. My visit lasted 2 minutes, no procedures were done (I was from out-of-town and asked for a prescription I accidentally left at home). When I got back home, I had a bill for $346.00. I have spoken with this clinic several times about the bill and they wont do anything. A two minute visit with a nurse and I get a bill for $346.00, insane! And, this after being told the cash price was $120.00. I will never go to this place again, extremely deceptive!

I have gone here twice now on two separate occasions for two separate illnesses. The first time was for symptoms of strep throat. The doctor never swabbed my throat, looked at my ears, lungs, etc. I got told if I was recently around anyone with strep throat then that was what it most likely was. The doctor then never spent longer than 5 minutes with me. I recently returned for pink eye. I was welcomed by a nurse who was extremely short and rude to me. I was followed up by a male doctor who spent no longer than a minute. He walked in and left all within one minute. He did not look at my eye, simply asked if I had previous experience with an eye infection. I said no & he said it most likely was just an eye infection. Didn’t ask for my symptoms, how long I’ve had it, etc. Not only did he only stay in the room for a minute & not properly ask me questions/look at my eye, he walked out without any further information. The nurse hands me a paper and said I was free to go. As I was leaving, I realized the paper they gave me said nothing about prescriptions. I had to go to the front desk to ask if I was even prescribed anything.They will not give you the time of day & are very rude.I would rate them a 0 if possible. I highly recommend you do not go there.

Took my 8 month old in after being told by other doctors he just had a virus, we got in right away after we checked in. They were fast and kind and actually figured out what was wrong with my son! A whole month and I found a place who can actually diagnose within a timely manner, I will no longer wait it out like memorial physician services says to, urgent care will be my go to from now on!

I got hung up on twice after calling. Got lied to about why they were kicking me off the property. Front door lady said it was because of my temperature. Went to the hospital like she said and they said I had a 97.1 temp. Talked to a nurse at prompt care and she accused me of lying and argued with me right before hanging up on me.

Horrible service, the nurses were nice but the doctor rushed us out without even checking my husband over . Has to beg for him to do a influenza swab on him. My advice try to get in with your primary don’t waste your time and money here.

Took my daughter in for a productive cough of one week, sore throat and a other symptoms. Dr Hendricks focused on her nose that was not running and asked 3 times if it was. After confirming it was not a runny nose he diagnosed her with an ear infection ( no ear pain) and allergies. He never examined her throat or mouth ( both symptoms). Did prescribe an antibiotic for the ear infection but dismissed her cough and chest pain.

Horrible, went for an emergency because I was sick and I saw a doctor. I was in there for 10 minutes didn’t do anything , didn’t give me a prescription or nothing. 2 months later get a bill for $800 for a strep A test and they billed it as an office visit instead of an emergency. Now my insurance might not pay for it because it was out or network and they billed it as an office visit. Urgent cares are a rip off. They are emergency rooms in disguise. Do not visit here if you do not have to

After my daughter was exposed to strep by ALL of the family visiting from out of town, her throat began hurting, and she was running a temperature. I told the doctor the quick test does not work on my girls for some reason. My oldest is 30, and has never had a quick test come in positive. The 24 hour culture will show positivity. Doctor acted very condescending, but did finally agree to treat her for strep. I was extremely irritated with his attitude.

Sign on door says open until 4pm on Xmas Eve. Its closed. I am in urgent need of a doctor today. I called and they tell me that main Springfield offices are open until 4. All others close at noon. THEN DONT PUT ON YOUR DOOR YOU ARE OPEN UNTIL 4 THANKS

Checking in to a Springfield Clinic location has become a slow process. I feel bad for the reception staff having to deal with the nightmare and headaches the new system is causing.

They were very prompt. They got me in on short notice. Dr. Hendricks/staff was friendly. I would choose them again.

I was very happy to see that prompt care was almost empty when I went in for terrible earaches. I was out in fifteen minutes with a diagnosis and sent to walgreens to pick up my prescription. I went to walgreens and was told that they had not heard from prompt care, but it would be soon. After hours of waiting, Walgreens informed me that prompt care had never called them with the information for my prescription. Very frustrating and a waste of a day.
