Since beginning the diet plan with Medex clinic in the beginning of April 2019 I have lost 60 pounds I have stuck to the keto diet recommended and I take both of the medications provided daily I also do intermittent fasting 2 to 3 days a week with all that being said I have still had cheap weekends but got right back to it if you were looking to lose weight and you’re actually willing to put in the work and apply the diet plan there is absolutely no reason why it would not work for you

I am almost done with my 3 month weight loss program, and the results are GREAT! This program is affordable, all aspects of the diet, along with the program are explained thoroughly. I go in weekly for a weigh in and shot, the staff is friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking into a weight loss program. A++++++

Been going 2 months and in the first month I lost 21 pounds. The program is great and its works if you stick to it. The staff is friendly and very encouraging.

Love the Doctor, and the staff. Why the 3 stars? I have driven twice now (30 minutes) to this clinic as I dont need a appointment prior to visit and made it well before listed closing time. To which they were closed. Called today at 5:20 to see if they were open, she informed me they were closing at 5:30. Apparently, it goes by last patient. When am I suppose to know that? Whats the point in posting business hours? Thats a little frustrating.

I love medex clinic!! Not only is everyone nice and helpful but they also are helping me achieve my weight loss goals! Would recommend to everyone.

I have signed up for one month weight loss.The appetite suppressant pills gave me side effects(blurred vision,dizziness),when i addressed this issue to Dr Nouman he said he never heard of such side effects with his patients and sent me away.Now i just spend all these money for nothing because i cant take these pills.I had to go to another clinic and they gave me different pills that work great.I dont understand why they couldnt give me something else at Medex Clinic.Plus their 3 month plan is around $300, i pay $120 for the identical plan(but much better service) at another clinic.

I have been a patient of Dr Nouman for about 3 years. Front desk is nice and friendly. I have lost 20 pounds through the weight loss program. Dr Nouman is a great doctor. I have no complaints.

I love the staff, they are very knowledgeable and your appointment does not take all day. They are Drescher issues and get you out within a reasonable amount of time. Their weight loss programis amazing. You cut all of my cravings for sweets which includes candy, cakes, even some sugary drinks. Ive had to go out and purchase smaller clothes which has never happened to be on any of the program Ive tried. I highly recommend giving them a try. Within a week you will notice how much your cravings are reduced.

I started coming to the Medex Clinic about 2 1/2 months ago. I have lost over 30 lbs on the program so far and feel so much more healthier, than I did before I came. My BMI is down and the biggest thing that I have noticed is I am no longer bloated in my stomach and I am not retaining water in my ankles and legs. I have tried many other diets and have never had that happen to me. The staff has been so wonderful and helpful and Dr. Nouman really explained how the program worked and said it will change your life and that it has. Dr. Nouman performed the Fractional CO2 Laser Resurfacing on my face. I decided to get this treatment to look younger and diminish the signs of aging. I was very pleased with the results. After healing, my friends and family noticed a difference right away. Dr. Nouman is Board Certified and he took his time explaining the procedure and the recovery time to me. I would highly recommend this procedure for anyone trying to fight Father Time.

Beyond the dirty facility and screaming children - this doctor insisted onupgrading my weight loss plan to almost double the price then became belligerent when I told him I could not afford that. He insisted multiple times until I assured him I was NOT paying that much money. I left with my wallet intact. BEWARE - hes all about the money!

In January of this year my health insurance changed and I had to change my primary care doctor. I went through the list of providers and each doctor we called said they could not take me for some reason or another. When we called Dr. Nouman’s office he said he would accept me as a patient. I felt this was a blessing for me, because I have needed to lose weight for over 10 years because I need knee surgery. When I walked in his office they were very nice. When I met the doctor the first thing he said to me was “you need to lose weight and you’re taking on too many medications.” He took me off some of the medications and asked if I could afford his weight loss plan, which I could. I joined the plan and started losing weight and I’m still losing. He taught me how to eat the right foods and live a healthy lifestyle. Since I started working with Dr. Nouman I take less medications and my blood pressure is under control and is the best it has ever been, 110/77. I was used to taking metformin for my diabetes and now I don’t have to take it anymore. I only take two pills for my high blood pressure now. When I started with Dr. Nouman I was taking about 15 pills a day. I have lost almost hundred pounds. I feel so much better since joining the program and I even get around better. Absolutely love the results of IPL from this office, my skin looks amazing!! Dr. Nouman does a wonderful job explaining what to expect during the visit and gives an accurate timeline for the results you will see. IPL is relatively painless and made a remarkable difference with fading sunspots after one treatment. The office is straightforward with pricing and does not attempt to oversell you more than exactly what you need. Dr Nouman is a wonderful dr. As long as he is in practice, I will never see another dr. He takes his time and really gets to know his patients because he REALLY cares. His office staff are friendly as well. I have seen him since around 2012. Whoever said they push you to buy weight loss medicine is lying. They have never tried to talk me into it. I tried it because I wanted to try it and had brought it up to him. I had lost about 15 pounds. But he would NEVER try to make you buy anything, Thats ridiculous! He recommend vitamins to take that will help with my ailments-I buy them at Walmart or natural food stores. All in all, he is just the best Dr in Jacksonville and the surrounding areas!! I recommend that everyone goes to see him!

I have had remarkable results from the IPL treatments. My brown spots have faded, and the rosacea is so much improved. I have 90% less stinging and the inflamed appearance from the rosacea is markedly diminished. Dr. Nouman administers the treatment himself, and explains the treatment protocol and anticipated benefits thoroughly. I highly recommend this clinic.

Due to problems of being heavy, after looking in the mint magazine for months I decided to try Medex Clinic on cassat ave due to i live in orange park. I scheduled an appt and it just so happens it was my birthday month and I was alloted 30$ off. The first day I filled out the paper work and where it said how much do you want to lose I put a question mark(?). I had no idea if it would work or if I could even stick to a diet plan.I walked in @ 250 lbs size 20 and at the end of my 3rd month (platinum Program) I was 220 size 16. I had never been more happier, I thought I DID IT! Im finally losing weight, eating healthier, working out regularly.
