My appointment was rescheduled from Friday to Monday. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told by the receptionist, I was just calling you at home to let you know the doctor will not be in the office until later that morning. I was asked to return to the office or, I could reschedule the visit for another date.I found this to be inconvenient. Why did the receptionist wait until the time of my appointment to try calling me to let me know the doctor was not in.I find the office staff at the Normandy Center unprofessional.They change medical assistants often and they appear to be very new and sometimes do not appear competent. It makes me question the quality of care I’m receiving.I love the care I receive from the APRN I routinely see. However, I question why this office is often without a doctor. There is room for lots of improvement at this office. It is not nearly as professional as a Care Center could be.Update. I received a survey for my 9/24 visit.As noted I visited the office for a follow up appointment on 9/24.I have no issues with the service I received from the office staff , medical assistant and nurse practitioner. They were professional and competent.However, the associate at the checkout desk was awful. I stood there for over 5 minutes without her even acknowledging my presence. I have had issues with her before. I was in the office the previous week for lab work. Everything was fine until checkout. She was asking we what she needed to to do. Again, I was there for over 10 minutes. She asked me the same questions over and over again. Then told me she was giving me information to enter an account on line with Conviva. I told her I was already online. Later that afternoon, I received 2 emails from Conviva. One, confirming my next appointment and the second welcoming me to Conviva online.When I tried to get online to review my information, my user Id and password information was invalid, so I changed my password.Now, I have 2 accounts!Conviva should make sure the staff is properly trained in customer service.No one likes to visit doctors. They don’t need the aggravation of incompetent staff.πŸ˜•πŸ˜•πŸ˜•πŸ˜•

I didnt have any problems with this visit. I usually do not have any problems with this the staff. I do have a lot of problems getting authorizations. I have to cancel appointments because the auth. wasnt received when they requested it over 2 weeks. This is not acceptable. With the previous referral, it took only 1 to 2 days.

Worst staff ever. They never call back . Extremely unorganized. All they care is for your money. Wouldnt get any services from them even if its is life or death situation.

I just called to make an appointment. I was put on hold, transferred and put on hold again for nine minutes. I hung up, called back and was TOLD to hold again. Loudly, I said dont put me on hold again! A woman spoke to me. They have lost the only decent Doctor. I shall not name names. The other one is HORRIBLE. PLEASE BELIEVE ME. He hurries into the room, talks over you, tells you ,no to all questions and leaves. Please choose a different location. The Normandy location is an awful experience. It looks like I am stuck there, at least for the time being.

Worst place everrr Lena or lina I think thats her name the front desk agent was no help at alllll around 12:20pm 9/13/2019 I went in the building to ask couple of questions about what they do and waited for about 20min just standing there and she finally acknowledge me and then completely ignored me and started answering phone calls instead wow I never felt disrespected in my whole life I wont recommend this place to anyyyyyy one go some where else ...........................................................

This is not a good office they dont listen tonothing they all ways try to convince you that nothing is wrong with you not one doctor in this place is worth going to see you could be seriously ill and they wouldnt know it beware of this office they just want to get paid do not care nothing about the people 🀬🀬

I’ve had over 30 surgeries on my back & neck. I live in pain,everyday, all-day. I was referred to Dr.Antiporda & my life has changed. I have stopped taking Dilaudid & Xanax, as I don’t need it anymore thanks to the medical marijuana oil & vape. I can’t thank her enough for helping me in this journey of pain. Dr. Antiporda,and Dr Florete , have given me a new lease in life. I may be trapped in this body but thanks to these incredible Dr’s I can actually enjoy life again instead of having to take opioids all the time. God bless you Dr Florete & Dr Antiporda, you are both at the forefront of medical marijuana and pioneers of pain. Gracias
