All the staff are wonderful! They are kind, courteous, and generous. The doctors are thorough and listen. What more could you ask for? *The front desk works with our schedules and are very flexible and thoughtful. I love Pam! We have been coming here for a couple of years now and they are like family! The doctors have no problem giving referals if a situation requires a specialist and are very informative! They take out the time to listen because they really care!

I just recently switched to this practice. I saw the PA Smith. Shes was great. She took her time and listened. She was extremely genuine. They were great about referring me to a specialist and I had no trouble getting labs or test done. The front office staff were great as well. From checking in with Pam to checking out was nothing but smiles. This is the first office that Ive been to where they were welcoming and felt like a family. I highly recommend this office. Ive heard Dr. B is amazing as well!

I recently returned to seeing Dr Blissenbach after a number of years. She was just as compassionate, professional and thorough as I remember her being before. I cannot recommendation her more highly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Blissenbachs for about 14 years now and I wouldnt trade this doctor for a million dollars! When I was REALLY sick from 2008 to 2010 and I went to 14 doctors of EVERY specialty trying to figure out what was wrong with me, it was finally Dr. B and some common sense research on my part (together) that came up with my very complicated diagnosis. Even the so called geniuses at MAYO had no idea what was wrong with me!!!Once we knew what I had, we could then start an aggressive treatment plan where I was seen in her office every month, I had home IV therapy and she kept a watchful eye on me for the next 5 years of intensive treatment. The staff there treated me like family even on my worst days when I came in emotional, frustrated, in extreme pain, short tempered or had a list of things I needed that was a mile long. They always did their best to accomodate me and never made me feel like I was being demanding when I know that I really usurped a lot of their time.In particular, she has had a patient care coordinator, a check out woman and 2 MAs out back who have been there a while now and without their assistance on a regular basis over the years, I dont know how I would have survived everything that goes along with managing such a complicated illness because they do it ALL to keep that place running like clockwork.Also, I will not leave out the receptionist who has come on more recently but is still phenomenal at maintaining a positive demeanor when being pulled in 62 directions at once and is simply a kind hearted person to everyone who walks through that door. Dr. B has a well oiled machine right now, a fantastic team of women and one man working there at present and I hope they all stay on for a long time because it breaks my heart when the good ones leave.Back to my relationship with Dr. B...this is one of the most intelligent physicians I have ever had the pleasure of working with during my own career in medicine and it is a true joy that she collaborates WITH you in regards to your care. She incorporates common sense into her treatment plans taking into account your financial ability to take a medication she may want to prescribe, your home life situation when she wants you to maybe go to physical therapy but someone will have to drive you or other factors like your overall lifestyle such as your diet, inability to sleep or your safety at home. She is not just treating you with blinders on for the solitary complaint that you came in for but she is thinking at a rapid-fire-speed and taking into account 20 other possibilities that could be causing your issue, which you never even considered, all in the 5 minutes that you have first told her your story. This is quite rare to find in a physian these days. Many doctors get so used to seeing the same cases over and over again that it is easy to label something out of habit and not really take into consideration ALL of the possibilities the longer they practice. That is what makes her so special.She still has that love for medicine and inquisitive mind that doesnt allow her to become complacent. No matter how challenging the case, she will keep digging until she exhausts all possibilities within her wheelhouse and then she will seek out the assistance of a huge group of professional colleagues that she has built up due to their great respect for how she practices medicine. One way or another, she will fight for EVERY patient so they get the answers they deserve and the treatment she feels they are warranted by putting their lives in her hands. As you can tell, I have a great professional respect for how she performs her duties as a physician.There is only one drawback and you should be aware because it is only fair to be 100% honest when writing a review. You will almost NEVER be seen on time. Although wait times are getting better lately, it is not unusual to sit in the waiting room for an hour before being put in a room so come prepared.
