I am not happy or comfortable with her.

I simply adore Dr. Betty, she is compassionate, takes her time with you to make sure every area is taken care of and I also want to give a shout out to her assistant Chrissy!

Dr Panampally is not only extremely knowledgeable,but also very caring and concerned. She takes her time and discusses issues in detail. She is a superb listener and I always feel she understands the details I am trying to convey to her in non- medical terms. I never feel rushed with her , although I did with other physicians. I would strongly recommend her without reservation to anyone looking for a great PMP.

I am going to Dr. Betty Panampally having multiple health issues. I feel that she always covers all my health issues and always listens to me. Imnot as fast about things I talk about and she has never made me feel like I was in a rush. Dr. Betty has referred me for several tests and Specialist to further care. I think all of the assistants are very nice and so polite. I have never had a long wait to see her even with the Covid procedures. I always have gotten a handicap parking space by the front door. I feel that Dr. Betty Panampolly cares about the patients she sees. I dont have to drive very far my appointments but I have to say that I would drive alot further if need be. I think the only downside would be that the traffic light to turn into the Urgent Care is so long.

Please, do yourself a favor and go to this doctor if youre looking for one.She is an amazing physician!I have seen very few that are so genuinely caring about the well-being of their patients.I wish I found her (and her whole staff) earlier!I cant say enough about them :)

The office is large and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Betty is thorough and takes time to listen to our issues. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking kind, compassionate and knowledgeable care.

I needed to find a new PCP due to a change in insurance. I came across Dr. Panampally, and decided to give her a try. So glad she did. To start off with, very short wait in the waiting room at St. Vincents on San Jose. She is very thorough... very kind...and very up to date. She recommended a change in medications from one I had been using to treat my diabetes to a newer one. Yet she was well aware of cost and formulary issues in prescribing the new meds. Something not all doctors take into account. She listens well and seems to only have her patients optimal health in mind. Have a few doctors in my family, and can say that she is top notch. Highly recommended.

Cares for her patients, goes above and beyond to make sure she can resolve your issues. wonderful doctor!!!
