Dr. Cruz and our nurse Mark K. gave us by far the most excellent experience I or my wife have ever had in healthcare. Attentive and caring every step of the way. I truly want to thank them both for being there for us in our time of need.

Never will I be returning to this location I advise you not to bring your babies to the kids er the wait was Ridiculously long especially for babies we waiting almost an 1 hour before getting called back and my baby cried for almost the entire time. Second they miss diagnose my child I’m up upset like never again will my children be going there don’t go horrible service 😡😡

ER wait times are unacceptable. Simply inexcusable. No excuse but indifference, privilege, entitlement, and a flawed system. You will always hear that ERs are slow due to non emergencies and the like. They never mention the other problem ... the staff. Ive seen more hustle at an Applebees ... for a tenth of the pay I bet. Instead of a sign about aggression put up one that reads our paychecks look the same regardless. Honesty is the best policy!

Been waiting for 3.5 hours. People that came in after me are been called up.the desk nurse gone open her mouth to tell me they were there before me.

I broke my foot. It was a long wait, no available rooms in the back, matter fact I was treated in the hallway. If you are looking for friendliness in staff, my advice is to get a ladder and climb up to heaven. Your waiting time will be very short, love, kindness and friendliness will start at the Gate! Not here atthis Hospital........ Its attitude of the world... Bad!

The worst hospital I have EVER visited if you value your life and privacy don’t go to this Baptist Emergency room they break HIPAA laws by discussing patients conditions in front of other patients also if your in pain you will be sent out the same way you came in no Blood work no IV just assumptions and guessing in my opinion they need to close the doors if they are not willing to help sick people

I’d just like to thank nurse Tina for the reassurance she constantly gave me and taking care of my son ! I brought him in, being really worried about him and once he was omitted, Tina made me feel better. Of course, I’m grateful for the other nurses and doctor but she was mainly with us. Nurses really matter !

They are the slowest hospital I’ve been to

My daughter just went up their to get stitches and I didnt have to wait very long. And they was very good with her. Very Happy !

Not even busy and have been waiting over 2 1/2 hours in the ER with my husband that sliced his finger open. While 6 people sit at the desk laughing and carrying on about random things (food, the weather, etc) we were waiting for a tetanus shot and for them to bandage his hand. Dr was nice and efficient. The insurance coordinator was nice and funny. However the remaining staff should at least keep patients informed why they are sitting in room for so long unattended. Maybe they were going to get the bandages from a store... not sure as we still sit here waiting.

I sat in the hallway for 2 hours and had a different nurse help find my paperwork so I could get discharged. The Dr didnt really look at my symptoms and told me something and then I didnt see him again. Worst experience

The worst er i ever took my daughter to. Not even busy and we waited an hour in the waiting room. And 4 hours in the back and not once was my daughter seen. This place seriously needs to step up and get better doctors and nurses.There is no reason a child should sit for 4 hours waiting just so you can play on your phone. Uf health is better than this place...

It was so clean. Quick . And everything went so smooth. This really was a good experience. I was only sitting in the waiting room for like 5mins.

When I left my house my blood pressure was 200/123 my pulse was 102. I live about a 10 minute drive from the ER. I waited for close to 2 hours just to be triaged. When I was finally triaged, my high blood pressure was confirmed. Back in the lobby to wait another hour. I finally left.If youre looking for a good ER, go somewhere else. If youre looking for an ER like the old University Hospital days, this is definitely the ER for you.

Most likely wont be back to this location. Not very kid friendly. Kind of make you feel like a burden. I mean first off this is the profession you chose so be people friendly and secondly when my kid fell and busted his face (first time) & when my kid has a high fever and is sick throwing up and you dont let me speak and express my concerns then i have a pretty big issue with that.

It was only 3 people in the ER when I entered my wait time was 2 hours!!! Finally they called my name and literally sat a whole other hour waiting for the Doctor. Im NEVER going back its way too many new people and its understaffed & Unprofessional. Dr.Duncan was Awesome! Thats about it. Which is sad.

Everyone was super sweet and friendly ! Got in and out quick all test were done in timely manor . Nurse didnt hurt me at all ! Best service Ive had in years !

If no stars could be given then I would have selected that option.At midnight we went to check our 3 year old into Baptist. We waited two hours and never seen the doctor. We would check with the nurse and her response would simply be we don’t have a bed or someone with a greater need maybhave came in. Which isn’t the first, but this time in particular, my daughter had a temperature of 105.3, which very dangerous.We eventually went home after the two hour span and said we’d try again, at 10am the following day we went to Ergent Care Dunn Ave, we were checked in and seen right away.In conclusion, my daughter was diagnosed with the flu!! We then decided to get my youngest checked out while there and she had the flu as well. We would have known that last night and started meds that same day, but we didn’t have that luxury at Baptist.This is unacceptable and my daughter could have seizured or died. If it’s an emergency, please choose a different location, other than Baptist, if you value your life or the life your bringing to ER, let Baptist not be your first choice.

Base this on i expected long waits...its an ER. Granted, Thursday 930am should not be high volume time but who knows when accidents happen.My husband was admitted within 10 mins of arrival. Seen by PA & nurse within 3 mins and Dr another 3 mins. Labs, x-ray and CT all done with in an hour or so. Never felt left aside. Waiting to be transferred to downtown hospital....over 2 hours but thats red tape for you. I cannot say enough about the staff and care we got while here.Changed to 3 stars. Yes, another 6 hour wait to get transferred. Nearly 2 was after the room was confirmed.... waiting on the ambulance to get him. Ugggg!!! 9 hours and counting with no food or water.

Kinda fast . WORST ER MD EVER, Had a piece of metal in my eye and he poked at it for atleast 5 minutes while his NEW assistant watched. He was trying to show him but failed horribly. If injury like this happens to you, go there for meds and antibiotics but dont let them touch you! Waited 20mins even though no one else was even there. Not even 1 car.

The lady in the room next to us was in pain and once in awhile she would let out a slight scream on pain because no one could get an Iv on her and would not treat her untill they got an Iv I watched several nurses go in and try and all of them failed ! The doctor on call treated her very rude and refused to do any test on her for the three hours we were there. We over heard a nurse tell her she had to stop being loud. Her response was Im sorry I cant help it. When we walked by her room you could see on her face she was on pain and crying! I will never go back to this hospital ever again for the reason they treated this lady !

Took my one year old in for fever and sat in waiting room for hour while there was only two other people there and then got sat in room for another hour and half without a nurse even coming in.then rude nurse walked in for two seconds to get equipment and was rude when we asked her if a nurse was even going to come in...will never go back..nurses were the rudest I have ever been around expecially for a childrens hospital

I took my daughter to this location because its not supposed to be a long wait. However, we are the only ones here and have been waiting for now an hour. Why are er still waiting, probably because the staff is playing around in the back and not talking the fact that is an ER and a party.Very angry right nowThis is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Dont go here unless you want to die nice hospital but ive came here twice and hope that something changes staying here for 5 plus hours and they get nothing done the only thing they get done is bringing a blanket when it gets cold even in my dying pains no cures
