So previously had two different in home nurses come in to my home and both where great even after explaining we have two 5 year old special needs twin boys that have our house looking like a tornado of toys hit it both kind as can be.The 3 week of care for my wife we get another nurse that come to home and was great so we thought.Her third trip after calling us telling us she would be late I arrive in my driveway after taking my 70 year old mother to store she is parked in driveway earlier than time arranged and I get out and only concern to me is that I had her waiting a long time and she said no she was just finishing up paperwork! I let her in like normal and she is same nice and polite to me and does what she needs to do to my wife and leaves.Two hours later we get a knock on our door and there is 2 police officers at my door asking to see my and speak to my wife and I am like okay just one second she just had hip surgery let me make sure she is dressed and you can come on in after speaking to wife we ask what this is about and the said the nurse called and said she was worried for Kristins safety and husband was aggressive.So police do what there job was to do and comment well this was a waste of time! Ive never more my wife has never been so embarrassed and upset in our lives for this lady to start something like this for absolutley no reason needless to say be careful who you have in your home from CORUM!

Currently getting PICC line care at my home through Coram & they have been extremely accommodating & helpful throughout the whole process & the nurses make it 1000x better. THANK YOU!!

One word. Incompetent. From top to bottom. Nurses incapable of placing IVs when no one else has had an issue before. This was an issue at multiple visits. Not just a one time experience. Nurses also unfamiliar with the drug they were giving me and the protocols. Clinic looks like a cluttered, dirty, free health clinic in. Constant issues with billing as well. And God forbid you have to call billing with a question. They outsource to India with people who are unfamiliar with American insurance billing and dont understand what they are talking about. Just a repeated the balance is your responsibility without being able to explain why. Btw...I have 2 insurances and a patient assistance program that picks up all deductibles, coinsurance, and copays so I do not have to pay anything. I have given them all of this information MULTIPLE times and they still cant get it right. Horrible company. Would give them 0 stars if I could.
