Excellent deep tissue massage! Helped relieve a bit of pain in my lower back that I’ve been dealing with for a few months. I was able to schedule a massage the same day I called which was way better than Massage Envy that has a good month waiting before an opening.

I am very happy that we now have a quality massage studio on our area. The communication from the time of booking and after my appointment was perfect. Tatiana was my massage Therapist and she was very attentive to areas that were in pain. I walked in with a pinched nerve in my elbow and now the pain is gone! So wonderful. I started going to Hedge Life a few years ago and have NEVER had a less-than ideal experience! I’ve been massaged by three different therapists since I started going, but they each have been so professional, so helpful, and so genuinely kind and caring about my well-being - they even have gone so far as to make suggestions to me and show/teach me a few techniques to help manage my pain on a day-to-day basis, which has been extremely helpful to me. Regardless of who massages you, the overall techniques used by each therapist are consistent, which ensures a well-done massage, regardless of which service you choose and who completes your massage. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hedge Life to anyone looking for a great massage, and a super-relaxing, zen environment... I have NEVER left Hedge Life and NOT been completely relaxed. Enjoyed my visit. Very professional and relaxing environment. Was greeted by Charlie while accompanied by the smell of sage. Very welcoming. I purchased the Mind, Body, Spirit package because I was pretty desperate for self care. First reading ever, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but definitely answered questions I didn’t know I had and gave me direction. Tatiana was awesome with my massage! My Reiki session was an awesome experience. The singing bowls at the end of the session brought you to a peace I’ve never felt before. So much lifted off of me in about two hrs of these ladies working their magic. They explained each part of my session in detail and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Most of all, I got what I came for which was relaxation and solid energy work. I would definitely visit again.

My experience at Hedge Life was wonderful. I did the the Mind, Body, Spirit package for my birthday. They were so welcoming when I showed up and Charlie was amazing! I’ve had Tarot readings in the past, good and bad and Charlie was by far one of the best! She was honest and sincere with the messages. It left me with peace and comfort. My massage was awesome, Tatiana could recognize the tension in my muscles to work them out and yet kept the session so relaxing.

I thoroughly needed a massage thats for sure. My husband had died by suicide and the days following , my muscles started twitching and seemed to be just exhibiting the stress I guess. I had knots in places I didnt know could get knots. Tatiana was amazing, connecting, understanding, necessary for my sanity! The appointment was east to get, the atmosphere was professional and calm and comforting at the same time. Im definitely going to schedule again.

I have been here a few times for massages and Reiki. Every time I leave feeling so relaxed. Today I had a massage with Tatiana and it was amazing! She really worked my muscles and relieved so much stress. Prior to the massage she asked what areas I wanted to focus on and she made sure to pay attention to those areas. The pressure was perfect. Charlie is very professional and made me feel completely comfortable on my first visit to Hedge Life... After an assessment of my needs, we decided on a relaxation/deep tissue combo massage. Charlie’s massage technique was spot on and delivered exactly what I needed. The establishment is clean with wonderful aesthetics and the massage room has the perfect ambience for relaxation. At the end of my massage Charlie gave me a sample of the sound bowls which was amazing.

Charlie is very knowledgeable and was a super fun instructor. My class was something I looked forward to week after week. I met several like minded people and we have remained close since. Charlie taught us the basics on Tarot and more. By far one of the most exciting things I have done in my adult life. If you are hesitant, make the leap, you wont regret it.The facility itself is warm and friendly and sets you at ease as soon as you walk through the door. Ive also had a massage with Charlie and she is excellent. You definitely leave the place feeling better than when you walked in. I would give this 10 stars if I could.

The energy from the moment you walk into the front lobby is amazingly peaceful. I was super nervous and excited to be attending my first Tarot Class. I took a 6 week course with Charlie, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve done in my spiritual journey. I had absolutely no knowledge of tarot, but by the end of my 6 weeks I was feeling confident. Charlie broke down each tarot deck and provided us good notes to use in our course. The class met every Thursday 6-9. I have to say I love each of the women in my class. I felt safe to be myself and ask questions and truly grasp the understanding of tarot. I highly recommend this class to beginners and anyone looking to expand their knowledge in tarot. Looking forward to taking more classes in the future!

Beginning Tarot Class was AMAZING. There is so much that goes into a Tarot reading that a common lay person as myself never knew about. Charlie has a way of bringing the cards to life. They become people, and personality traits, and situations. The intricacies and ease that she can read a card is inspiring; allowing her to help you navigate the bumpy roads of a full spread. I signed up to have a fun weekly class but I came away with new friends, a new insight, and a confidence and understanding of myself I didn’t even know was lacking. Definitely going back for round two!

I recently booked a Mind Body Spirit Package with Charlie. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to escape for 2-1/2 hours to relax and find some clarity in their lives. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a feeling of peace and invitation. My package started with a Tarot Card reading where Charley offered me a bottle of water to enjoy during this hour long portion of my visit. During my reading we covered the topics of Career and Love Life, I enjoyed my reading very much & I feel like I have lots to look forward to in 2020! After the reading I had an hour long massage and 30 minute Reiki session. It was a great experience & I left feeling rejuvenated. Charley gives an amazing massage! I hope to visit again soon :-)

The beginning Tarot class is excellent if you are a novice or if you want to brush up on your skills. Charlie will cover all the cards, with a through explanation. The atmosphere is fun, and inviting. Charlie is fun, but straight forward, she makes the class enjoyable.

Charlie is exceptional at what she does. I decided to give this a try today after many years and I don’t know why I’ve waited this long. During my session I felt so relaxed and at peace. She not only gave me an incredible 1 hr relaxation massage, where she focused on every part of my body but, she right away noticed all the tension and knots in a few areas of my back and applied a gentle pressure to them. The room felt very tranquil and just the perfect mood and setting .After walking in feeling sore and tense, I walked out ready to book my next session and feeling energized. I highly recommend Charlie. I had such profound results with my first session. I will be back for more.

The Coaching sessions are phenomenal. She will take you from where you are and guide you as far as youd like to go, in whatever area of life you need. If you are willing open up, she will definitely take you the distance. If you need to change it up mid course, she can definitely do that too.Love this place. Massage and Reiki combo was incredible. She was able to focus in on my heart problems, my physical problems, and others. Felt like waves of the ocean leading me into to a deep trance.

Got home a bit ago from my 1st of what I feel will be many visits with Charlie. Ive been having lower back pain and the usual tension knots in my shoulders, I am assuming from stress. Charlie helped loosen my knots and gave me probably the best massage Ive ever had. With just the right pressure, she made me feel so relaxed and peaceful. Yes, I believe I fell asleep. So I did a mind, body and spirit package with Mrs. Charlie and it was great or more than what I thought. The deep tissue massage was definitely needed at the time and the Reiki was something new to me, something I had never tried before. In areas I was feeling warm and tingly and at times I was seeing vivid images and color. The reading that she had given me for the week that was to come is starting to show truth in it. So far everything that she had explained or told me has come true for the work that I do.

Charlie was amazing from the time of scheduling all the way through leaving my deep tissue massage appointment. I have been having a lot of tension in my upper back and specifically my right shoulder. She helped tremendously relax my muscles and over all help my pain. I contacted her Wednesday night and was in for an appointment on Thursday. Highly highly recommend her she is professional and knowledgeable. I will for sure be back!

I found this place by chance. I was looking for a reiki healing and I was at a point in my life that I also needed clarity, so I wanted a tarot reading as well. Everything went perfect. She did an amazing job with my reading, bring up things she couldn’t have possibly known. The advice she gave was some of the best I’ve received in a long time. After the reading she did a reiki session and cleared some blockages I’ve had since childhood. I haven’t felt this light in a long time. I’m ready to move into 2020 with a positive outlook and mindset, thanks to Charlie. She’s amazing and I highly recommend her.
