We are so thankful for Dr. Ozdemir, Dr. Achar, and the entire staff at Pediatric Associates. We needed a quick appointment this week and got right in. My son is always comforted by the welcoming experience and now says, Dr. O! We are grateful for their wonderful care.

Dr. O has helped me more than any other doctor Ive been to. Where almost ever other doctor did nothing to help me, (or made my health even worse), she was able to quickly identify what was really wrong with me and give the the treatment I really needed. Her knowledge and experience is amazing to see, and its completely changed my life for the better. Ill definitely be going to her for anything in the future.

Dr. O literally saved my son’s life and helped my family put a huge medical puzzle together. She and her staff are amazing. I don’t mind waiting to see her because good medicine takes time. She gives the same level of attention to each patient. If I need my child seen for a same day sick visit, we can be seen immediately often within an hour or two by one of the ARNPs. Dr. O continues to study, train and learn more each year. This is what you want in a physician...not someone who completed their residency twenty years ago and thinks they know it all. I will forever be grateful to her and her staff. She’s incredible with a medical mystery.

I’m a patient at Dr. O adult program and Obtain Health. To say that she is a saving grace is an understatement! I have a serious bouquet of health issues and have been around the world to get answers! If you have chronic illness you will understand what I’m talking about! Her knowledge and expertise is beyond anything I’ve EVER experienced! If you have Lyme disease or any other mystery illness you have to talk to Dr O. I feel so blessed to have her as my doctor 💞

Does not even deserve one star, went to the office in Sutton park Ct, staff was not friendly and the doctor at first he started being religious and that the umbilical cord didnt need to be treated but then he started all about medicine and didnt support breastfeeding that my baby was not eating well she had lost too much weight since birth and that she had tong tie and I needed to fix it the next day and to give formula. I was not happy on how he consulted my daughter nor how he treated us went for a second opinion and guess what she doesnt have tong tie and she is perfectly fine. Will not be back to this doctor or office

Dr. Ozdemir provides the kind of care and in depth knowledge that is extremely rare and difficult to find. I highly recommended her and her practice!!! She’s been taking care of my kids for years.

We have had a wonderful experience! I finally found a pediatrician office that perfectly balances natural methods with a traditional approach in treating my children. They make my children and me feel comfortable and listen to my concerns and dont push like many other doctors.

We have known Brooke since the day she started at the Ponte Vedra Office. My daughter is an asthmatic and has struggled for years. Brooke had such a way of figuring out the best combination of meds that would work for Cami. She took time with us and no question went unanswered. She really cares about her patients and their parents. I feel so blessed that my children were so fortunate to be cared for by Brooke and Dr. O. My son is 23 now and he still goes to see them when he comes home from Spain. I really feel like they are part of my family. We love Dr. O and Brooke and really appreciate them. They are so innovative and encourage nutrition and vitamins, minerals and probiotics. I truly can’t say enough about Brooke and Dr. O😘

I love this office. When you have children, you will always have satisfying and unsatisfying moments with your doctor…but with Doctor Bakir, I NEVER felt this way. He is very professional and detail orientated. Even if I forget to mention some symptoms, I dont ever have to worry, because he will notice everything even without me telling him.

We had the most terrifying experience with Dr. O. She put our baby through SO much because of a common cold. She completely overreacted to a fever and the scene at their Ponte Vedra office was like out of a horror movie. We were sent to Wolfson’s because of - again - a common cold and the staff at the hospital looked confused not knowing why we were sent there, especially by ambulance. There was nothing wrong with our daughter but, guess what, a common cold.I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. She’s very unprofessional and could not keep the situation under control. She freaked out and wasn’t telling us what was happening. Screaming at staff, going absolutely crazy, injected our daughter with an antibiotic shot without letting us know (nobody knows what for), gave her two doses of Tylenol back to back (thank God she threw up the second one). It was the craziest thing we’ve ever experienced.Please stay away from this practice.

After watching Dr O help one of my family members child with autism, I went to their adult practice and was fully satisfied with the care provided. They actually take the time to listen to you and they go beyond just prescribing the typical meds to put a bandaid on your problem. I highly recommend you take your children or yourself and check them out.

The staff is friendly and nice....But their calling methods rival the worst Telemarking companies. My children do not have appointments, yet I will get 5 to 6 phone calls a day saying they do.Beware is Right!

Be Aware !They asked to fill up forms online, give all information , SSN etc. , and after all they say cannot accept self-paid patients and only accept certain insurances !They should say that at the beginning, on the web site , before ask for all information.Wasted my time and they got all my personal information !

Ginny hung up in my face twice after they cancelled my appt. After explaining the situation to the staff and Dr. O, I was called a liar. I told the situation on FB and it was removed. I used this office for 18 years. Ginny should be fired. I dont appreciate Dr. O calling me a liar. I have no reason to lie. I should be disappointed because disrespecting the patients parent is alright. Removing my review on FB doesnt change what happened. The facts are the facts. Ginny hung up on me because she wasnt giving me a replacement appointment that was accomodating in any way. Poor customer service.

My husband and I brought our newborn after recommendation from the OBGYN. At our visit we had to wait over an hour in a cold room with a naked newborn as the first appt of the day. The dr told us she was on a phone call and busy. During the visit she immediately wanted to switch his formula to one with less calories because he was born large (almost 10lbs). It felt like we were chastised for having a large baby which is mostly out of our control. Later we learned through our ongoing pediatrician there is no calorie restriction until after age of 2 for developmental purposes such as adequate brain development. We kindly left and did not schedule another appointment and found another ongoing provider. For over a year we continued to get emails asking to rescheduled (no opt out available) and I called at least 4 times asking to be removed from the email list and was told I was each time it was done. The last time I called (over a year sine the original appt) I was forwarded to the HR person who said that I was finally removed and then she hung up on me before I could say thank you. I would not recommend this office for poor customer service and bedside manner.
