I have been going here for several months 6/20. I took the Nutrition Response Test. I recieved my supplements and i feel 100% better. I have seen a tremendous change in my body and appetite. Not exactly a Health facility. I went for a massage, the staff wore no masks nor did the client sitting in the wait room nor did they take temperatures. I asked the tall dark hair woman behind the counter about masks and she just looked at me like really? The place where I get my hair cut and publix does a better job of trying to safeguard customers health than this Medical ???? facility. I turned around and left the woman behind the counter said nothing obviously clients health is not important. Stay Away.

Initially upon being hired, I had an eerie feeling about it, but wrote it off as me just being apprehensive about being back in the working field after COVID-19. The first few days were fine, I was learning how to do the job I was assigned, that being the Aesthetician. 5 DAYS into the working for Breakthrough, I arrived to work one morning to discover the energy of Jennifer to be overwhelmingly uncomfortable. Once again wrote it off (as maybe her having a rough morning as we all do sometimes) and tried to steer clear, as Im not yet familiar with her. I was very booked up the entire day, back to back, and was thankful for that so I didnt have to sit around Jennifer with her horrible energy. More than halfway through the day, Im passing Jennifer in the hallway headed to grab the folder (because theyre strictly paper ran, which is extremely unorganized) for the next pt. Upon looking for the folder, I discovered that Jennifer has grabbed the folder and walked toward the back where I was to perform my services. I can only guess she pulled this move because she just needed to say something to me, as I had been busy all day (thankfully so) and hadnt had a chance to speak with her much. As Im walking back she says in such a nasty passive aggressive manner, Yeah, can I speak with you? Ive been trying to get your attention. Guess it was weighing heavy on her heart or something. We step into the room where I service pts and she shuts the door behind me and proceeds to ask, Whats going on today? Seems like theres a lot of bad energy. Mind you, when I walked into the office that morning and spoke she was very dismissive as if she didnt want to speak. So proceed to tell her, When I came in this morning and spoke to you it seemed as if you were upset. Even the pts noticed and asked me what was wrong with you because it seemed like you were stressed. I told them i didnt know, and left it at that as to keep things professional, something Jennifer should learn a thing or two about. She then says in a nasty manner, I said good morning and there was nothing wrong with me. with her face all frowned up. She then goes on to say, I had to come in this morning and do your job for 30 minutes because you didnt do it. I then say, Yes, I did do my job. But if you had an issue with something I didnt do, why didnt you just explain that to me? to which she responds, I dont have to explain anything to you, Im your boss. At this point I am very offended and beginning to become upset, because mind you, I am 5 days into this job (in which the training for said job was confusing and extremely unorganized) as to which she tried to have me do the receptionist position and the Aesthetician position. She tried pushing those duties onto me from what it seemed, without outright asking. So I tell her, then I dont have to explain anything to you. she says, Yes you do. You know what, give me your key. To which I gladly did, gathered my things and walked out the door. She followed me, and watched for a while as I prepared to leave. I turned to her before getting in my car and said, You will never keep an Aesthetician or anybody else for that matter acting like this. The manager was the most nice nasty aggressive person I have EVER met. Im so glad I only wasted 5 days working for this place. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT recommend working here, let alone allowing this manager to practice anything on you, as energy is heavily involved in the practice, and hers was HORRIBLE. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I originally came to Dr. Haas when I was in my last pregnancy and was able to heal quite a few things on a regimen that he put me on and just recently two months ago brought my middle child to him with lots of health issues and he was able to put him on a strict diet and a regimen and within two months we have seen a major difference and have seen his health regained and his hair has grown back from hair loss and we have seen really great improvements in all areas. He is going to be 6 years old and hes being able to live a full life again which he was really struggling with to begin with so we are very thankful for dr. Haas and his ability to know how to heal all of these different issues!

The doctor is wonderful! No complaints there, but his front desk lady, Jennifer was a nightmare. She became very mean and hateful to me when I asked her a pretty simple question. She yelled at me in front of other patients, including a child! I was so humiliated. I understand the office can be busy at times, but she should learn how to handle her stress and not take it out on the people around her! Shame on you! No excuses!

Dr. Haas and Jennifer are amazing. They have helped me so much. Ive lost weight, got myself off 4 rx drugs, and sleep so much better. Ive never seen practitioners care so much. Jennifer listens to all my concerns and always has an answer to my questions. She is amazing at running that office, even though Ive personally saw people try and walk all over her and the office girls. She puts up with none of it. I had battled anxiety for 13 years and learning how to nourish my body has reduced my symptoms almost completely! After years of suffering from hypothyroidism and its terrible symptoms (fatigue, depression, weight management), I came to Dr. Haas out of desperation. My friend told me he had healed her thyroid and he would heal mine too. I was not convinced, but at that point I was willing to try anything.First month, I went off my prescription synthetic thyroid because I wanted to know if the treatment was really working and I felt better... Dr. Haas has many years of experience and his practice is a combination of chiropractic and nutritional components unique to him. I have been helped by his techniques without the usual chiropractic expectations that leave you hurting afterward. My diagnosis was a re-herniation of a disc post surgically. His assistant Jen is a great asset to the practice. I would recommend Dr. Haas to all I know and in my profession as a registered nurse. I have been a patient of Dr. Haas since 10/15.

I came in with serious hypothyroid issues and after 3 months with Dr Haas, I am off thyroid prescription medicines all together. My thyroid is strong and healthy and I have energy and no weight gain! In addition, I was suffering severe jaw pain after major dental work and Dr Haas noticed that my jaw had a subluxation and performed a chiropractic adjustment on it and then the healing began!!! My hands were red and swollen with arthritis. I took the supplements doctor and his very knowledgeable assistant accessed I needed. My last appointment with my rheumatologist, she said whatever you are doing, keep it up My inflammation markers on my blood work results had dropped from in the low hundreds to single and double digit numbers. I am happy with these results. This works!

After spending 6 months off my norm (paleo, clean eating, exercise daily, high stress, etc.), I knew something was off and was in need of some help. I researched local docs and came across Breakthrough Healthcare and Dr. Haas. Since I have been in the holistic world for quite sometime, I knew what to expect. Nutritional Response Testing is just a tad bit different than what I was used to, but was hopeful nonetheless.I signed up for 12 visits up front, which saved a bunch of money! After the first few visits, I had already started to see improvements. With a few MINOR diet changes and regiment of supplements, I started to have more energy and felt better. I also had a persistent leg/butt/hip issue that Dr. Haas addressed. It hasnt completely subsided but has been improved.I look forward to continuning with Breakthrough Healthcare for NRT treatment...and live my best life. No need to live in pain, hurt, distress or always tired. No time for that!

Purchased their services through groupon. Groupon posted that services were redeemed. But they were not. Called the company made appointment. Learned you had to be screened to receive the services.they ask you to submit to a nutritional exam. Waiting on a refund as after I agreed to exam..the office manager refused me the exam. The office manager should really treat prospective customers and from what I read in reviews even existing patients with more courtesy and respect.

I was so scared to come here because of some of the negative reviews. I’m so happy it didn’t deter me from getting in. Ms Jennifer Is one of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met. Maybe I caught her on a good day but I’ve been there 3 times now and she’s always so pleasant. She is very firm in what she does and will be very straight forward and honest, which in reality is actually what we need. There was also a lot of comments about the groupon so I decided to call them directly before purchasing and i recommend thar for everyone so you can better understand exactly what you’re getting. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a healthier lifestyle and help with reaching your weight loss goals. Will always be my first go to.

I had been in pain for years. After about 3 months of treatment by Dr. Haas, my pain is dramatically better. Dr. Haas and Jennifer are great, and obviously care about their patients a great deal. They also have a wonderful massage therapist, Barry.I recommend this practice highly. Dont continue to live with pain like I did for too long.

Dr Haas and his staff have been able to get my life back on track. I was experiencing horrible migraine headaches, stomach problems, inability to sleep and function. I am now having no headaches, sleeping well and functioning more effectively and feeling like I am getting back to enjoying life!

For years I have gone from doctor to doctor for tendinitis and inflammation and nothing helped. Within a couple of months Dr. Haas and his team had me moving again and feeling great! I highly recommend going to see them for any problems you might have.

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. Needs a new manager!! I understand this isn’t a real doctors office but this is the most unprofessional place I have EVER been to. So unorganized. Such snobby people. The esthetician that works there is so good and I loved being her client but I feel for her having to work for that horrible manager Jennifer. I can tell she just puts up with it but i could never!! Every time I would come in for an appointment there would be new employees!! Obviously she outright fired them when she didn’t like them or they quit cause they couldn’t take it. From day one jennifer has been so arrogant and so passive aggressive. Not only was she rude to me but she was very rude to my mother and my sister who were clients for breakthrough. You can be rude to me because I can take it but when you’re rude to my family., that is NOT okay. If something didn’t go her way she would yell and chew you out, over the phone too. I DO NOT recommend becoming a member here.

Most personable and friendly staff!!!. I have been very sick for the past 7 years, and I have went to many specialist for my problem with no avail. But this place found out exactly what the problem is, and I have made more progress in the past two months than any other treatment. I feel like I have gotten some of my life back, and Im on the road to recovery thanks to the help of Breakthrough Healthcare.

Ive been to a chiropractor for 4 years and still had the same pain. When I went to Haas finally, they did a full examine and found that my right leg is shorter than my left. Dr. Dave has helped me tremendously. After 2 visits weve seen outstanding results. My pain levels went from a 9 to nothing now. Haas has been the best place Ive been too. Were all very pleased with the results we have gotten.

Dr Haas has made a major difference in my life since I started here five years ago. Besides keeping my back problems in line (I have a bulging no. 5 vertebrae), I had had a nagging pain in my leg because of the nerve being hit at times by my disk. The pain was most noticeable in bed at night, making it very difficult to turn over without almost having to lift my leg with my hands because of the pain when lying down.Dr Haas suggested the special insoles for my shoes that he provides in his office. They balanced my legs and spine and in one day my pain was gone and has not come back! I can now sleep pain free, turn over as much as I want, and have no pain during the day either. Dr. Haas has been a tremendous help in my life. I have been a patient of Dr. Haas since 12/2015 and the staff is amazing. I knew about the values of nutritional functional testing. When I first came to his office I was having lung problems among other problems. Using his testing method he was able to identify the root cause to my sickness, something that very few doctors are able to do. I gave up on conventional doctors several years ago because they could never find out the root cause and they would always give me medication to put a bandage on it. My immune system could not handle it and I would get sicker and sicker. It was so bad that conventional treatments often became life threatening due to my immune system and the attacks the drugs had on it. The time spent in the conventional doctors office became increasingly time consuming with no real solutions. Whoever read this review I really hope you give this office a chance because you will be amazed about what you will find out about your health.

I purchased a Groupon for 6 sessions of laser lipo and the skinny lady in the front, Jennifer, said that it should only have been for 3 sessions and the Groupon was incorrect. I went back to look at the Groupon and it was CORRECT and it never stated 6 mini sessions-which was what Jennifer claimed. After rescheduling me 3 times I came in for my appointment. My file was COMPLETELY wrong since the assistant had me down for arms and legs. I was there for my stomach...the assistant went to verify with Jennifer and then she comes in the room and attempts to tell me I told her my arms and legs. I told her that she’s never heard no such thing from my mouth. She was extremely RUDE and condescending. Therefore I decided to cancel any business with this office including my nutritional screening. Jennifer also told me this was the only facility in Jax with this technology-that was also a lie. Advice: if she still works at this office, find somewhere else to go.

I had an appointment scheduled and even left work early to get there on time but the office was closed when I arrived. I was looking forward to going here but Ill request a refund from local flavor. This was really uprofessional and a waste of time driving there.

Ive known Dr. Haas for several years, but just recently became a patient at his office. He is calm, caring and thorough. Ive taken the nutrition response testing (very interesting-words cant describe) & now hes outlined a personalized health improvement program based on my results. Ive always know he was a chiropractor but wasnt aware that he offered this type of alternative health practice. Although I suffer Fibromyalgia, severe chronic insomnia, C.F.S. and adrenal fatigue, he assures me that if I stick to the outlined plan that I will find my way out of this misery to better health. Dr. Haas is very knowledgeable, and I agree with his assessment. The staff there was very helpful.

I brought my son who was 13 to Dr. Haas. My son is Autistic and i was at my breaking point. I couldnt control him anymore. It was heartbreaking. But Dr. Haas and his nurse made us both feel so comfortable, and welcome. And then he tested my son. It was strange to watch but i cant believe the difference it made in my sons life and in my life. We chelated him of toxic metals, cleaned up his leaky gut, and GREATLY improved his diet. He now eats nothing white, and he enjoys at least one salad per day. This is something i never thought i would see. He is now doing 12th grade work at school (hes in 10th) and learning to drive. He is still autistic, but he now has such a bright future. Thank you Dr. Haas for giving him a real chance of a beautiful future.

I had a very bad experience. The doctor front desk nurse have been rude to me . She said that the doc is not going to take my case . Very rude because of ethnicity.
