I just wanted to share with the world about auntie peaches tooth ache be gone.... yall its nothing short of a whole miracle... i had a abscess tooth that was swollen and pain that was sooooo bad.... i used her antibacterial tea and toothache be gone and it was literally instant relief....She is the truth and her products are the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help me God...

I called Auntie Peaches store and the young. lady that answered the phone was so helpful. I have recently broken out on my cheeks and she indicated to get the sunshine soap so I went onto the website and got the soap and some hormone tea and a detox tea and a couple other things. although tonight is the first time I will be using the soap Im soley making this review on the phone conversation the young lady was so nice and helpful. I hated I couldnt have a shopping experience due to I would only be able to do an experience after 530. All I can say is if you cant do an experience make the call and they will def advise you. but im sure its nothing compared to the shopping experience.

Does it work? My first question; met with joyous laughter and a well explanation. I had been using Proactive for two weeks before purchasing a Charcoal Soap, and Lemon Butter, the difference really was in two days, my acne opened up immediately and it has shrunk, without the peeling of Proactive. I will definitely be back once mine is gone, and if your willing; you will definitely feel the love & care from Auntie 😂

The absolute best. I use her body butters, oils, and herbal teas faithfully. Quality out of this world. The owner is such a sweet, humble God fearing spirit. She truly believes the power of medicine being giving to us through plants. Oh and PS the Fixation body butter and oil is to die for (thank me later) get it before it sells out bc baby it always sells out fast.

We absolutely love Auntie Peaches, yes we were stopped at the door because WE didnt do our research before driving by. Because of Covid it is curbside only. We knew what we wanted since my daughter uses their Eczema Salve. This stuff works wonders, clears her skin right up! The gentleman that helped us also gave us some eczema advice while we waited for our salve to be made.

I always love it here! Im such a huge fan not just of the spirit of the place but the spirit of the owners as well. Honestly the best place around. Walked in and felt like home. You can tell they know their stuff. The place was well put together, clean and they are very helpful. Cant wait to take a trip again! Wish there was a website though, or a list of all they offer in dried herbs and soaps.

Choosing natural products is a learning process and I made a mistake with one of my butters which caused it to go bad because of my own ignorance to all natural products. I went back to question it and the gentleman that helped with curbside service replaced the product and educated me on how to properly store it. Earned a customer for life.

Great experience delightful ladies there when me and my friends visited. I will be back. This time with my full list. I wanted to look around but it was curbside service unless by appointment.

Love, love, love the vibe in Auntie Peaches’ establishment. I came right in and told her what my skin issues were and she simply walked right over to the two items I would ultimately purchase!! Just called to inquire about the ingredients of a product before driving out to purchase and the man who answered the phone was not only rude and told me to call back in 15 minutes because he was on time constraints (whatever that means), but he also hung up in my face.Editing to Add: I just went through to read reviews and I see that my experience was not a one off experience. This type of treatment is common for this place. I’m also seeing that their responses to their reviews are completely defensive and they do not take accountability. Anyone can go into business, but not everyone should be in business. You’re not selling from your back door, you are open to the public and public trust is a necessity for long term business success. I suggest getting an experienced staff in place that has customer service experience. People will always remember how you made them feel and Google reviews go a long way. Your responses to people’s honest reviews say more about you than they do the people leaving the reviews. The energy you project in your responses are indicative of a person who does not understand business.

I love going there. The smell is so enticing and the products actually work. My skin is softer. My hair thicker and longer. Even what ails me is less. I love the store and I love the staff. They make me feel like family every time I come in.

I went into Auntie Peaches and the aromas immediately caught my attention. It smells delicious in her store! I loved seeing all the herbs lined up on the walls. For someone like me who has  taken a recent serious interest in holistic ways to heal your body, Auntie Peaches was heaven for me. She has pictures of her family up so you feel really homey and welcomed. Behind the register is a kitchen so I absolutely loved seeing them cooking up recipes that are good for your body. Auntie Peaches also had a student working with her at the time of my visit. What I admired about this is seeing that Auntie Peaches is not keeping all this knowledge to herself. She has such a welcoming and loving spirit. I cannot wait to go back again and again. One visit, and Im hooked and telling everybody I know.

My major concern is that I received conflicting information from the guy that sold me the product vs his assistant preparing the products. I went to get sea moss and didn’t know there was a tea version of it . The seller told me that it had to be washed and then the assistant said it was already washed . I just purchased 80 dollars worth of products but didn’t really know what to do with it because no one really gave clear information.

Me, my mom and my 4 month old daughter found this store last week and fell in love!! We first tried out the oil and lemongrass moisturizer but we had to come back again this weekend for the sugar scrubs and soaps. The fresh scents and the natural ingredients is why we will continue to be loyal customers!! And the customer service is amazing!!!

A friend and I went in today on our lunch break. I Purchased some soap and some cream. We received the best customer service. The owner came out from behind the counter and greeted us, and explained her products. She was very friendly in an authentic way.

Atmosphere: great, clean smell good, warm and cozy. Its herbs all along the wall, and skin/hair/nail care items throughout the store. Its calming and relaxing. Its fresh herbal tea on the counter waiting for you. A lounging chair in case you need to rest a little. on Wednesdays its a LMT there doing chair massages.Attitude: welcoming, professional, and fun

When I walked into the shop I was immediately drawn into the calming atmosphere and relaxed by the aromatic scents. Dr. Eshanda gave me several teas to help with my health issues and I picked up some oils just for fun. The pineapple infused water was an unexpected bonus. Looking forward to feeling better soon. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer.

I was first greeted at the door as if I was family! I noticed right away the earthiness and warmth of the atmosphere. My senses were overloaded. I immediately became overwhelmed and intrigued by the selection of herbs and oils, soaps, salts, scrubs etc, beautifully displayed in apothecary jars. It was too much for my inquisitive nature to take in all at once, and will require multiple visits. I was excited by the wealth of knowledge and passion displayed by Auntie Peaches and listening to some of the success stories from her customers, needless to say, I will definitely be going back!

Customer Service is a lost art but here it has been found along with a heaping helping of Southern Hospitality....I bought Sunshine Soap, Apple Cider Vinegar and Sea Moss. I will give my reviews on those products later

Very bad customer service, drove all the way from Georgia and the man working in the store said i had to leave because i had my emotional support dog. Mind you she’s only 2lbs I’m my arms not walking on the ground AND I also showed him her ESA card and he was not educated the least bit about service animals. Will not be giving this place any business due to the lack of service and education about ESA dogs. This place could get a serious fine for denying ESA or service dogs.

Poor service . We drove 30 min to support this business and we was greeted inappropriately the Black Man comes out with a face shield on and did not offer us to come in treated us like we was not welcomed in his living room . We are a family and acted as if only one person was in front of him not to mention that we all had on masks . Just close down permanently if you can’t respect people with masks while you are in a face shield . Either you’re open for business or you closed but if you’re open then open the door .

Love the atmosphere and vibe of the store. The only thing that I did not like was the attitude of the guy with the island accent. Being that this was my first time there I wasnt sure how things work. I saw a book on the table with recipes and I looked at the book (didnt even touch the book) and he gets aggressive and ask me why was I reading the book. ( Well how about because I didnt know I wasnt supposed to.) I actually think they should have a recipe book for customers too see, so we know whats in our teas. Because I have one for pain but dont know what the ingredients are. Unless im missing something.😒 (Auntie Peaches the book wasnt red, and its still how you talk to customers) There was no indication it was for employees only ( hence that i didnt pick the book up and it was wide open for customer to look at on a table where products were.

Cant speak highly enough about the proprietor. Her and her husband were very helpful and explained every product in their store. They allowed me to browse, look, smell and sample without feeling the need to purchase. This is a place everyone should stop in at least once.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.... I recently visited this store to pick up some herbs and to show some support. However, after talking with Anthony Ajuzieogu Nwamara (atleast that was the name on the card he handed me, how else would I be able to spell it correctly?) Anyway, I was GREATLY displeased to say the very least. He treated me like I had ebola and I owed him money. Mind you that the entire time I was there I showed him the utmost respect only addressing him as Ser the intire time. I still ended up spending like 65 dollars because I didnt feel like having to find another herb store. But now that I think about it I should have gone somewhere else. Zero customer service and zero home training from this person. I would rather die than to go back there again and be treated so poorly.In addition, the response to this review only further proves how bad the service is here.... Why not just take responsibility for what was done and apologize rather than making up a sorry excuse. HORRIBLE.

Auntie Peaches is a great place to buy organic raw materials as well as all natural products! Everytime I go in I feel like family and it always smells great!

So I came in because my doctor couldnt figure out why I was having skin discoloration. Auntie Peaches made me a tea and with in a couple weeks my color came back clear. I will definitely always come here when I need an all natural resolution to any problem in my body.

I called an hour and a half ahead of time to ask if I could set up a 10 minute phone interview for a school project. The owners husband told me to come down and he would be happy to answer any questions. I spent 30 minutes online familiarizing myself with their products and services, drove 23 minutes and even purchased one of their products upon arrival to show support for their business. Then when it was time for me to ask my questions, she came up and explained to me that she doesnt do interviews. Incredibly disappointing as I spent money and time that I didnt have to waste. While this experience left a bitter taste in my mouth about their business, the patchouli oil I purchased is genuinely heavenly and highly recommended.When the people helping you run your business are not on the same page, it is the duty of business owner to make exceptions and smooth things out. It would be much more business savvy to not deflect the fault in this situation, seeing as the fault lies in the employee who misinformed a patron.
