I hate having to write this review especially since I am a business owner myself and I will gladly change it if I can get some kind of a response from this company.Here’s the context, thanks to Obamacare and Cobra I was able to keep my health insurance up to a month after my 29th birthday. My mother being the resourceful caring person she is recommended this company for me to call and get a quote for new insurance after mine ran out. Without hesitation I called the company the day after my insurance ran out and hit all the prompts to get connected to an agent. The voice recording said wait time would be 1 minute, I wait patiently hoping to speak to an agent, 10 minutes go by and the robot allows me to leave a VM. No problem understandable, things can be busy I leave a call back number with general info knowing they will call me back because it’s an insurance company of course they want my business right?!I called every single day this week wasting time of my life off of a recommendation from my mother whom also wants to go to this company after her insurance runs out.I leave a strongly worded voice message of frustration on Thursday if just how disappointed I was in their unresponsiveness and unprofessionalism. I still have not heard from a single person.I say all that to say this, don’t waste your time with this company. They are all out of sorts right now. Maybe they will call me but there’s no way I can give this company a 5 star review. I’m sorry but I have to be real.
