CBG is an awesome company that helps find the best employee benefits for our companies needs.They are very professional and courteous and great customer service. They brought the Employee Navigator to our company and it has been the easiest and best desicion weve made.

We have been with this firm for 3 years for our small group health and life insurance benefits, and we literally only speak to them once a year a couple months before renewal to possibly ask for a quote on additional benefits, so we are very low-maintenance. This year, because of Obamacare, our premiums went up so much that we asked them to help us find a new carrier. Just DAYS before our renewal, they sent us a 2-line email saying they were no longer representing us as a client because they arent making enough money off our small business. They have completely left us high and dry without an agent in the midst of a very important plan/carrier change that could leave us improperly insured. The people in our group have serious chronic health conditions too. Ive never seen any insurance agent behave this unprofessionally and with such a complete lack of concern for a client. Its truly mind-blowing.UPDATE 2013 Because we got stuck with them as our agent of record for another year: Beware of this company Coordinated Benefits Group, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL. They have failed to provide the very basic duties they are legally bound to perform as the agent of record on our life and health insurance for our small business because as the owner stated, they do not make enough money on small businesses. Although Humana sent them quotes for our renewal on 4/11/13, they failed to provide those quotes to us. When we asked for them today, they tried to use extortion. Because of their negligence last year, we nearly lost our health insurance, and I wrote a negative review on Google. They told us they would only perform their basic legal duty as agent of record if we first removed the negative review of their company. Instead, we called the Florida Department of Financial Services and reported them for extortion. Unbelievable.

Lying, cheating, dishonest.........???...................dont get victimized by their Shady practices. Look at the other reviews. Their reference letters arent dated. I wonder why?
