Similar to a whole foods market, has organic fruits and veggies. They stay fresh for days in my fridge. Also have a diy peanut butter and almond butter maker. Best thing.. they open till 10pm. Also love their bakery section.

This store was very clean and it was easy to find the major departments. Employees were so friendly, the person in the vitamin section seemed very passionate about his job. He know the vitamins, supplements and could tell you about everything. He special ordered a few products for me. I also noticed he greeted everyone, who entered his department and asked how he could help. Made me want to come back, except I bought enough vitamins for the next few months so I probably wont be back soon. Well, maybe to the other departments, the seafood, meat and produce section had great looking food.

Perfect store if you have special dietary needs. Huge selection of gluten free items. Reasonably priced too! One complaint would be the check out area is too small. Cant really social distance.

Great Farmers Market! They are a little pricey, but their food is such great quality. The staff is so nice here and very helpful. The store is so clean as well!

Very rude employees. Grateful to the butcher though who was the ONLY nice one. Cashier and deli were not. So surprise because this is our favorite store.

Decent prices and selection. Employees were generally pleasant and helpful. Seafood (particularly the salmon) didn’t seem overly fresh (brownness). Be mindful of selecting fruit (raspberries and blackberries in particular) as some of the ones I selected appeared to have mode. Still, it’s a welcomed addition to the area but I still would love to have a Wegmans in the area.

Still an awesome grocery store. Cashier today was more concerned about breaking her six inch nails than ringing my purchase. Move extremely slow and appear to not want to be at work today.

Seriously the best store. You know those very small children that are 5 and obsessed with Target so their parents throw them a birthday party at Target? Im that kid except Im 34 and I want my birthday party to be at Sprouts. 100% serious.They have a cup holder in their buggies! The prices are SUPER!there are tons a vegetables but theres also a great beer and wine selection, a ton of spices that you can buy by the gram, bulk bin section, protein powder and supplements ( I highly recommend the Sprouts house brand) they have candy in the bulk bins theres a bakery and I highly recommend the Irish soda bread as well as the cinnamon bread that is directly beneath the Irish Soda Bread. They have lots of meat and dairy and regular packaged fods. There are some very good deals in the chip aisle. They have a peanut butter grinding station and bulk coffee that is VERY well priced.You can even bring your own containers to put the bulk foods in. You just need to have them weighed up at the registers first or you can weigh them and label them at home. The quick and dirty route to this is using very light weight plastic containers it weigh basically nothing and you dont have to deal with taring but you still get to bring your own container. And you get a 10 cent credit for bringing your own bags!

It is a grocery store filled with healthy choices. This store is your source for special dietary needs. It offers items to satisfy a vegan or gluten free sweet-tooth. You can buy everything for a meal of a special needs diet. Plus you can get good ole fresh fruit and vegetables that are organically grown. Great store.

Such a nice atmosphere inside the store!But its more niche, heatly food type of products. You still have to go to your local grocery store for your regular weekly grocery shopping.

Sprouts is the only place I know of to get no sugar added probiotics. They also very consistently have good produce.

I always go to sprouts for my groceries, but my last two trips at this store have been awful in terms of interactions with store associates. i never write bad reviews but for two weeks in a row ive had bad experiences at this store.september 25th i checked out with Eric N and he put all my items in ONE bag (frozen, bulk, produce, glass etc) with no regard for their weight or temperature. once i went home the majority of my items were smushed.october 2nd i checked out with Cindi who did not greet me at all, her first statement to me was telling me i needed to bag my own items. i thought this was odd as no other associate has told me to bag my own items before at this store. as i began bagging my items she asked me for the codes of my bulk items, and when i expressed my confusion she rudely said that when i get bulk items there is a code and she needs it for the transaction! i am certain that no grocery store ever asks a customer for the codes their associates should know.i love the selection at sprouts but the past couple weeks shopping here has been ruined by the poor attitude and disrespect from its associates

Get all my Walden farms salad dressings there. They have many selections of waldens farms. They also have the best fruit and veggies with awesome weekly sale items. I also love their pistachio muffins.

I love this place! We moved in nearby in August and I cannot stop shopping here. The staff is so kind and helpful and encouraging. I asked for zucchini noodles and a staff member went to the back and pulled them out for me. I told the cashier I was walking and he suggested and proceeded to double bag everything for me. Whatever you guys are doing for customer service training needs to be implemented worldwide!

I purchased a product today and Im very interested in seeing how it works bc the salesman said if it doesnt work I am welcome to return it for a full refund even if Ive used some of the product.

Extremely impressed. The selection they have in a small space is really surprising. Lots of pre made options. Its like a trader Joes and whole foods had a baby. More selection than a whole foods. More brand names than a Trader Joes. The meats looked amazingly fresh, especially the fish.The prices are pretty typical for the high end niche stuff and the every day stuff is close to a Publix price. Parking situation is wide open since the space next to them is vacant.

This was my first visit, and I enjoyed it. The prices are great on produce, which was the reason I stopped in. They have a nice selection of health goods, and plenty of variety with grocery options. Definitely will stop in more.

Sprouts never disappoints. Picked up a barbecue flavored roast chicken from their deli. The smell all the way home just made me hungry. The taste did not disappoint. Their mashed potatoes with gravy and the cornbread was really good also.Their prices are not too much different than Publix but they have more natural and/or organic choices.

The front end staff here is horrible. The produce and selection is the only pro.The manager seemed aggravated, although the produce manager wasn’t. But whoever the black man was, rolled his eyes at me and sounded unmotivated. Thank you to the produce manager for helping me find Chinese eggplants!

One of our favorite, first choice (along with Central Market, which we dearly miss!!!) Austin food stores now in Jacksonville where we are temporarily stuck. Great produce, wide variety of vegan and vegetarian options, bulk food, and supplements at a fraction of Whole Foods prices. My only complaint is that there is no location near Riverside/Springfield/San Marco. MUCH needed over here!

We love Sprouts for our groceries and other items such as roses (which I purchase weekly). Produce fresh and tastes great. Helpful and friendly staff. The vitamin guy is always nice and helpful when asking about supplements for certain conditions. I feel so lucky to live right next to the store where I can go all the time. They also have great hours. 😎

I enjoy shopping here a very good section I was disappointed to see the change of personal at the meat and seafood counter they’re not as friendly or professional as the gentleman that was there use to be more helpful then theses new guys .

Went here for the first time and I was very impressed! Not only was the quality of the produce incredible, it was very affordable too. The reason I am leaving my review though is because of the amazing customer service. I have never been to a grocery store before where I felt so welcomed by ALL of the employees. Three people stopped and asked me if I needed help. Not only that, but they engaged in conversation with me and it really showed that they care for their customers. I was VERY satisfied with my experience here and will be coming back regularly.

I would have given five stars as this is the “go to” place for great produce. Plus their departments are well stocked with loads of great products. So why not five stars? In this time of COVID, with stores mandating face masks (as they should), some of the employees seem to think that it is appropriate to wear their face mask on their chin, leaving mouth and nose exposed. We had to ask an employee to put their face mask up so that we could access the area he was stocking. Really? I think they can do better.

Love shopping at sprouts! The employees are so nice and friendly. They always help me and smile when they see me. Especially Nicki, Kimberly, and Sarah. They also have decent prices, and I feel like the quality of the food is a step above everywhere else.

We walked in with no expectations, but as an almost gluten free, clean eating family we were blown away! Price tags were all labeled as gluten free or vegan or anything else. Very happy and impressed with the store.

I appreciate the smaller store footprint, sometimes I just dont have the energy (physical and mental) for a large supermarket; it isnt as busy/chaotic as Trader Joes. I always feel good after shopping here because everything is great quality. Yes, it is more $$ than other grocers but I dont feel like its marked up just because like I do at Whole Foods. Looking forward to when bulk section isnt all prebagged (COVID).

You have to be careful.I was walking around the produce department when I seen a few green onions on the floor. The worker that was on duty pick up the green onions off the floor and put back on the shelf without washing them. At this point in my mind this is called contamination they need remove all the green onions off the shelf. I would hate for someone to buy this and dont clean them before they cook or even eat them. I reported this to a manager and they didnt remove all the green onions This would be my first and last time in this store.

Very bad experience, will never go there again. They instruct their employees to act as if they were in 1930s Germany. Waiting at the door to harass their customers as soon as they walk in, and then chase you around store for not wearing a mask.Saw many items with expired dates, food was NOT fresh at all. Avoid this place. Do NOT waste your money here. Very expensive 2nd rate food.There are many other places to shop, without being harassed. Publix, Greenwise, and Winn-Dixie are all better options.

This is genuinely my favorite grocery store and I am so happy that there is one located in the St. Johns town center area! The quality of the products are beyond satisfactory and the prices are exceptional for a health food store. Everything is FRESH, and the staff is always amazing; specifically the head butcher working in the meat department. He is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what he does so hes wonderful to talk to and is so very helpful! I am just delighted with my experience. Definitely check this place out!

You can get a lot of organic products you generally wont find at other stores. Prices are ok if youre careful about what you buy.

Its regrettable that I have to leave this review because until today Ive only had incredibly positive shopping experiences at this Sprouts location. However, today I was perplexed to see that not only were there only two registers open in the entire store (thats normal), but the only two registers open in the entire store were literally right next to each other thus causing two separate customer lines to check out literally in the same checkout lane - One group at the right counter and the other group at the left counter. That makes it indisputably impossible to maintain 6 ft of distance between customers.No store manager with any semblance of competence would allow this to happen during the pandemic. I shop at this location AT LEAST 3 days a week every week since opening, and this is incredibly unfortunate and inconvenient because now I have no choice but to reevaluate where I purchase my organic foods because clearly this location has no regard for enforcing social distancing for the sake of the safety and wellness of its customers. I hope they rectify this.

I have always loved Sprouts but had a bad experience recently at the one at the town center. I have COPD and cannot wear a mask for very long. Anytime I think I might be within 6 feet of someone I put it back on till we pass and then I have to take it back off. I was approached by an employee who told me I had to put my mask back on. I told him of my medical condition. He told me the store did not allow for medical exclusions and if I couldnt keep mask on that I would have to leave the store and commence my shopping online. I was so upset and very embarrassed. I said something to the cashier who said he was wrong for what he said to me and apologized but the experience left me not wanting to shop with them anymore if they are going to allow employees to treat the customers that way.

Awsome. John and I stopped in while we were waiting for the other stores to,open. It was a real eye opener. Their sense of visual display is excellent. I was drawn from display to display. I basically do all my grocery shopping here. It’s smaller than your regular Publix so there are less options but they have what you need without the filler.I’ve been here countless times and appreciate this chain of grocery stores.

Two staffmembers of the vitamin aisle and cheese/prepared foods aisle offered to help today and they were so nice! I love Sprouts. I usually go to the Beach Blvd. location but today I was in the Town Center area and decided to check out this location. Its very clean, well-stocked, well-organized. Cashier and bagger were very pleasant as well! Keep up the good work!

We love it here! The produce is always amazing and cheap, and the app has great coupons for the weekends. I wish the vegan options were more heavily stocked, because they frequently run out, especially if an item is on sale. The staff are always super efficient and friendly at checkout

I didnt even know we had this store here in Jacksonville it was recommended to me by a friend. And I have to say I am in love only been there once but I am very impressed with what they have. The produce is great and they had everything that I usually order online from Amazon.

Nothing special about that Sprouts market,except for the girl Alexis she’s with vitamins department she’s always helpful and very friendly and most of the cashiers are very friendly but make sure you have plenty of time for waiting in line , but seafood/ meat department very unfriendly butchers !
