Travis is a great guy. I go out of my way to go the southside location just because of the customer service. This guy is the running the entire store by himself and still has time to know his customers and their normal orders. This guy needs a raise!

Hands down the best Vapor company in Jax...particularly the New Leaf on Southside. It is the only place I will go. Jackson teaches me something new each time I go in. The knowledge he has with vaping is amazing. Jackson does what I like to call a 1:1 each time making me leave feeling more than special. Its takes a certain person to provide great customer service and he is a perfect example. Because of the great product, juice variety, and the customer service I spread the Southside New Leaf news to everyone. 2 of my friends have since gone and purchased and they feel the same way. Thank you all, as it is a group effort to be this good, but thank you Jackson. See you all soon!!!

These guys are truly incredible!Every time I come here I am treated so respectfully and spoken to like a good friend. They are not going to swindle you out of money by any means! On my last two visits I came in knowing that my smokey tank was done, that Id have to buy a new one, already came to terms with it. The first time I told them the tank wasnt working and that I was there to buy a new one. They spent at least 20minutes helping me and explained everything to me as they went along giving me the knowledge and security that they knew what they were doing. They ultimately discovered that it was not my tank at all and fixed the problem with my battery and sent me out the door having spent nothing but they took so much time helping me so I wouldnt have to spend any money. The second time I came in I was helped by Nick and Taylor, these doods were on fire! They not only were incredibly kind but yet again I went in positive that my tank was done and that I had to buy a new one, (these events are months apart and different employees each time as a great testament to all the workers there so it seems to me) not only did they spend quite a bit of time chatting with me happily, but Taylor actually took the entire tank apart and thoroughly cleaned all the parts in a machine and actually got it working perfectly again, once again saving me quite a bit of money and helping me out so much in the process.I really appreciate these guys,Check them out, Im positive you will too!

Terrible customer service. Only in it for the money. There have been several issues in dealing with this company. First is the quality of the product and second is the quality (or lack their of) of friendly customer service and the attitude with which we have received from management is unbelievable. We were treated like our business didnt matter even though we have sent several customers to their stores & spend 100s of dollars there. Their stores have a very HIGH turnover rate of employees, so its hard to get to know the staff. 2nd issue - their ejuices. We bought the same juice for years & up until last year it has had issues in leaking. Also in the first year we were trying flavors and buying different ones to try & would get home & after a week or two that flavor wouldnt sit well with us, being that we are sensitive to certain flavors. Their policy (at the time) was that you could return the juice, as long as it wasnt like half gone. We fell in love with Tradewinds. The problem? U can only buy it in 30ml at $17.99 and we needed to buy a 3 & a 0 at once so to mix them bc NL doesnt sell nic packs. WHY? IDK. They havent swapped over most of their best flavors into 60/120s but what was more disturbing was every bottle we bought would leak. Some of the time we wouldnt get out of the parking lot before wed be back inside returning it. Most of the time we would get home and find out and we drive from St. Augustine to get our juice and devices at New Leaf, so driving all that way and then finding your juice has leaked all over your purse or car is a huge issue or having to get back there to swap it out only to be met with suspicion like we did something wrong. We were told that we werent allowed to return juices. We decided we would no longer buy any juice from them, until they decided to change their bottles. Problem #2 - We bought a new vape device & returned it under the 90 day warranty, not once, but twice. It had several issues with charging and melting, but its got such a great vape we fell in love it. On the second return (under 30 days) we decided to get her a newer device, so as not to cause any more problems. We switched, and sure enough less than 90 days later we had more issues. It stopped charging. We brought the device back to the store and instead of getting the same new one (it was about a $80) we then decided to go back to the original ones yet again ($55 each, so we got two and paid the difference), at the recommendation of their staff since we liked it. Like clockwork, the two devices went out in less than 90 days due to one having battery issues and one melting, causing the charger to pop loose. We tried returning it yesterday, you guessed it, under the 90 day warranty. We bought it in Jan, and were told by the first guy that it was passed the 90 days and so there was nothing he could do, too bad, so sad, he put it. Funny, seeing as I bought it 1/8? I ended up not backing down. I called 3 separate stores. I was told by one they werent doing returns, which means that since Im so close to the 90 day mark that by the time they would allow that to happen it would be null & void anyway... It was all a run around. Then, I talked to a sweet woman named J who worked with me, saw everything in the system & told me to come over & shed swap them out, in less than 10 mins into my drive there (after going to two stores) I was told that I wasnt allowed to return the device because once you buy a device, and return it back, then that new device is now null and void and has no warranty whatsoever. Then I was told there was nothing they could do & that i should contact the manufacturer. I asked for them to send me a receipt of the devices and it has been 24 hours & I still have not received an email or even a phone call, better yet, I didnt even receive an apology. So, be warned, if you buy your device here and something happens to it (it probably will, I swear they make the devices to last 90 days) if you end up swapping it out for a new one.... apparently youre SOL if something happens to that one.

This place is absolutely incredible! I know little to nothing about vaping but they are extremely helpful and patient. Pat was extremely informative as far as what we would need to set up with mod boxes and Kyle made picking out juice flavors the best experience! Will for sure be coming back! I just quit smoking and the employees are super helpful! I did not know anything about vaping and they made sure I know everything I needed and hooked me up. They even called me a week later to check up on me. Great customer service!!!

This place was Awesome! Just Started vaping and Taylor made it a breeze, ended up teaching me everything I needed to know and treated me like a friend. Gave me the grand tour of a bunch of flavors, will come back for sure! Taylor is the man! Got the Chateau Juice, mannn is this good!

Best vape shop. Not because of the large selection of mods or massive amount of similar flavors. Because they have the greatest customer service. Parker is one of the greatest customer service employee I’ve ever met. He went above and beyond to make sure I fully understood what I was buying and the value of it comparitively. I even spilled my CBD oil in my car and he instructed me that i could get the stains out with a little bit of dawn and water because it was coconut oil based. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly is an understatement. They care, and most places don’t. It’s refreshing.

Love this place! Southside is my new location cause they are closer to me (yeah!!!)The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the product.Kinda makes me feel like Im Norm on Cheers.... no natter whos there, they remember my name! First time at this location and Nick and Valerie were quite accommodating for my needs and helpful in decision making. I think New Leaf stands above other vape stores due to it being its own brand and sets a higher standard for that and other reasonings. Customer service and knowledge of product(s) keeps me loyal

These guys are the best I have been to many different New Leaf locations but I travel at least 25 minutes just for this location alone. Chad by far is THE COOLEST person ever and Im so excited every time I go and hes there, its never a dull day with him there.

Parker walked me through everything I need to know about the product. I have tried to quit menthol cigarettes a lot of times. This place gave me a vape pen worth over $30, I only had to pay for the liquid. The only catch, you put your cigarettes in the trash before you leave the store.I cant wait to say Ive not bought cancer sticks sence Dec 26th of 2017.

The employees all are amazing. They no most of thier customers by name and take time to answer all questions and will let you sample every one of thier many many flavors. I have been a regular for around 3 years now, I have been to almost every other vape shop in town at one time or another but none come close to the service and commitment to helping thier customers quit smoking.
