Made an appointment within a day to find a wig! I went in after having severe hair loss and knowing nothing about wigs. Pat was so great at providing me so much information about the different types of wigs and how to care for them. I have been so stressed about having to buy a wig, but Pat made the experience stress free and helped me with the many different styles and colors until we found the perfect one. There are not enough great things I can say about the ladies here. The atmosphere and the care was wonderful. I was blessed by being fit into the schedule on short notice and was treated so wonderfully. I left there feeling amazing and will be going back. They have every possible style I could want. The owner, Janet, was absolutely wonderful to work with during a difficult time through my chemo journey. She made the process so easy and comfortable. She is a good listener and has a great eye for color and style. She really wants you to get what is best for you versus a big sale for her. I really felt like I was in caring hands. The wig we selected will make me feel like me again when the time comes!

Im looking for a human hair wig and well prepared to spend money but just the fact that there is a $50 consultation fee I will NOT be visiting the store.So much for being a so called reputable buisness serving the community. 👎👎

Just to be clear the name of this review should be in my name, JoAnn. I made an appointment with Janet and she was terrific! She took her time, listened to me and worked with me on what I wanted and needed. I bought a topper and she styled it to the cautious side. Good for her because after wearing it for a few days I had a better idea of what I wanted in a style. She was happy to make another appointment for me, styled the topper just like I wanted it and Im very happy with it. Then I decided I wanted a wig. Again, she was patient, understanding and I really appreciate her professionalism. Yes, their hair pieces are more expensive than what you can get them online but the personal help and knowledge has a price. Id go back to her anytime.

Poor customer service. Rude. I wish I had known you needed to make an appointment before coming in. I felt very unwelcome, so its probably best I take my money elsewhere...ESPECIALLY since the wigs were way over priced. Oh and make sure not to touch anything. (As for her response, Thank you for such a classy response, assuming your wigs are out of my budget. I guess I didnt look like I can afford overly priced wigs. Your assumption lead to you losing a potential customer. The way you treat people speaks volumes for your wigs. To put it simply. There are MANY other establishments with much better quality in product and customer service.) Enjoy your evening.

The owner only lets you in if you make an advanced appointment. She charges the customer 50 dollars for a so called consultation fee just to try on the wigs. She tells the customer that the 50 dollars goes toward the purchase of a wig . I bought a short style bob, Raquel Welch synthetic lace front wig. .I thought it was a beautiful wig and asked her the price. She said 300 dollars. It was 315 dollars after she added taxes. She said it will last for about a year .Its only been 3 days and is already beginning to look stringy and dull and tears easily when brushing or combing . I will be lucky I if it lasts for 2 months! She was the opposite of warm and friendly and seemed in a rush to take my money and get me out of her shop. She didnt even bother to thank me.The wigs are overly priced and poor customer service.

I made an appointment and was graciously welcomed. I sat in the chair a bit fearful as a line up of wigs in the type I wanted was placed in front of me. She went through each wig explaining the type of hair ,the construction,and then the price. As it turns out wig #2 was the choice and she fitted on my head. All this time my back was to the mirror. When she turned me around I was silent for a a while and then the tears stared. I yelled oh my god,its meI had chemo 12 years ago and the new growth hair started falling out. She returned me to what I used to look like. I am so happy I am going back for another wig!

Janet was amazing! I had 6 rounds of chemo and although I did the cold cap, I still lost a lot of my hair on top. I bought a very nice wig “topper” online, only to find out I couldn’t wear it bc of the clips. I needed options, but didn’t know what would work best for me. I made an appt with Janet, happy to pay the $50 fee (which was applied to my purchase). She spoke about the options best for me, and spent some time trying different wigs on me. I settled on one that was similar to what I had before I had to cut my hair (and lost so much of it). I walked out being “me” again. If your confused or new to this whole wig thing, I highly recommend Jeans Wig Shop. It’s worth the time and the $50 (if you don’t buy anything) to get the expert advice and top quality service.
