I have a family member who has infusions at a different facility. She can’t believe how smooth and efficient my infusion experience sounds. One thing I see why it works well is that Bridget, who makes the appointments and sends notifications etc., works right on the floor where the infusions happen so she knows the patients as actual live humans and not a voice off in the either somewhere.

This infusion center is the best I have ever been to. The staff is extremely professional, caring, friendly, polite and efficient. Bridgette was so helpful when I needed to get an appointment within a short period of time and always called back promptly when I had questions. Drew was very welcoming and took care of me with great compassion. Thank you to the staff for making my visit a comfortable one. I also found the atmosphere to be much more pleasing than previous infusion centers I have been to where they were much larger and more chaotic. Highly recommend Borland Groover Infusion Center.

My appointment was with Harvey Philips, he’s also the doctor that did my procedures and I will certainly use he and them again! Very up front but great bedside manner! Borland Groover has been around for years and their reputation proceeds them! Great experience even though not a fun one, overall I give them a 10 on the rating scale! DavidB

I have been going to the Infusion center for 5+ years (time to celebrate) now and everyone is always professional and extremely pleasant which provides for a more comfortable experience! Pilar, Drew and Bridgette are the folks I have the most contact with and they are excellent!!! Thank you to each!!!

Borland Groover is a class act. Dr.Hoffman is a rara Avis indeed. He listens attentively, uses humor appropriately and is able to deliver somewhat negative news with a genuinely compassionate tone. He is an empathic expert and I’ve not run into many of those in my 75 years. Ms. Mary, his major nurse is another individual who is genuinely concerned with excellent patient care.

Drew, Bridgette and Pilar(sp?) are by far the most welcoming staff at Borland Grover. They are all super professional and make you feel very comfortable throughout the whole infusion Offering water, snacks and a blanket. Bridgette will personally call you to get all your insurance information correct. Thank you for all that you all do especially during these tough times!

Today I had a colonoscopy and my results were excellent. The staff is very professional, thoughtful and compassionate. I want to thank each member of staff that cared for me.They are the unsung heros of our world.

The staff and dr. were great! The girls checking you in were not friendly and were very short and unhelpful to an older woman in front of me who was confused as to where she should go.

Endoscopy procedure was completed today. Arrived early to compleye necessary paper work. I was called right on time to begin the procedure. Was on my way home 1 hour after being called to begin the procedure. I was impressed with the efficiency and friendly, cheerful attitude of the entire staff. These procedures are not something I look forward to, at all, however Dr Scott Cooper and his team were great and made the experience as tolerable as it possibly can be...and I mean that as a serious compliment.

Everybody was exceptional at there jobs. Couldn’t have a better group of people.

As large as this group has expanded in the past few years, it is unbelievable the professionalism and one on one experience we have had with Dr Kohm and especially his nurse Katherine. We are always seen on time and they give you all the time necessary to answer questions and concerns. Katherine is caring and returns calls as soon as she is available. Wish my husband had left mayo along time ago. Mayo hurdles you in And you are very fortunate if they return your call the same day. Futchs
