I liked everything about my experience at CNS Healthcare. The front desk receptionist, nurses, lab technician, and doctor all treated me very well. Dont do it!! You get trapped there for 4 hours at a time. They are slow, nothing good comes of this place!!

They really keep track of your health when you are a Guinea pig for them. And the extra income is great. I feel safe doing these studies because they keep track of your health and you can quit at any time if you dont like the side effects of a drug.

Who is screening these calls. I called answering an ad- I was asked NOTHING- was scheduled to come in. Sat for 30 min- finally got called- walk-in to persons office she asked one question—- disqualified-!! Cmon ppl. These are crucial moments- Avoid a person wasting their time and exposing themselves to a virus This is NOT A JOKE- let me know if you need any personal to do the screening. I can cut that wasting time by 70%.

The staff is very profesional and the doctors are very good. They explain you very well the process and help you for your condition with medicines and prescriptions. I will be back again to another study

I absolutely love these folks. The doctors are excellent and very caring, the consultants really care and become like family. Even the front desk people are super nice and want your day to go well. I have been turned down for several studies but they always explain why I was turned down. If you need help with an issue they are studying I would definitely check them out. Super good experience.

I complete migraine studies here. The Study Coordinator is AWESOME!!!! She makes sure I understand everything, helps scheduling go great, professional, kind and patient focused. I enjoy working with everyone at CNS. I would suggest to anyone who qualifies.

Ive worked with CNS off and on for over 10 years. Ive completed less than a handful of studies over that time. They were great with being supportive, helpful, and thorough. If I had questions, concerns, or issues during a study they were a phone call away or took my concerns during a visit seriously. I always felt, and still do feel, part of a family there.

Wasted an hour of my time when told that I could not take part in a study. At a lengthy conversation with an intake nurse and there was no issue and after holding me hostage for an hour was told that they missed something. Very unprofessional.

HORRIBLE !! WAIST OF YOUR TIME. The RN Leanne seems like she needs to be a mental hospital psychiatrist not a trial lab nurse. Be prepared to be question about past relationships and things not remotely related to the study that nobody has the rote to question you on. I quote from Leanne herself !! how many babies mamas do you have ? I think she needs to be drug tested not the recipients of the trial. Clearly she has her own marital issues or mommy daddy issues somethings is def wrong.Staff is Amazing though and sweet but I will be calling the company that is issuing the trial also. I have been a pleased and willing study subject for CNS Jacksonville, FL ,doctors Joyce, Joshi, and Rommel for several years now. Have always been treated with the utmost complete professional friendly and compassionate care from them and EVERYONE there. Although it is a bit of a traffic travel inconvenience, has always been worth the drive. They have helped me greatly with smoking cessation and depression, and Dr. Joyce and Leigh Anne have gone above and beyond professional clinical expectations to help me out.I have virtually no health insurance and CNS has exceeded anyone’s expectations for me as they will for you as well….and...you GET PAID to participate...AWESOME…!!!!

Ive been going to CNS Healthcare for several years now I must say that is a very professional and very knowledgeable doctors coordinators RNs and lab techs their attention to the studies and the subjects are superb they take care of all of their patients like they are their families and I would like to mention Dr Joyce and Dr Rummel and coordinator RN Melissa at the CNS in Jacksonville Florida for doing such a great job every time Ive been involved with them they all deserve Rewards

I scheduled an appointment to be part of a study. I was even called the day before the appointment and discussed my appointment with an employee of this joke of a company. The day of my appointment o drove 30 minutes to get there, waited 30 minutes in the waiting room to find out they were no longer accepting people into the study. This company is an absolute joke. The lady acted as if they did nothing wrong in not informing me prior to wasting my day. Absolutely unprofessional.

You go in there wanting help with your issue and they dont even care, but they are good actors they will act like they do and they are fake and phony. It is shown and how they treat you at first the staff is very nice and courteous to you.And then after you are in there for a while then everybodys attitude changes and then they start showing their real selves to you. At first I started off with Melissa and then they started moving me from person to person and each person was dreadful. Also, you can tell which people in their hate their job just by the way they interact with you.One time I heard two of the younger girls in there one with blonde hair and the other one with brown hair making fun of some of the patients appearances which was totally unprofessional. That place is run like a circus one time they had cats in there which was unprofessional for a doctors office, because some of the patients could have allergies. And then one day it was a holiday and all of the workers had all their children all in one room crying and screaming it was like a zoo. My overall experience was awful mainly because the people that work there had very bad bedside manners.How they treated me and when I kept telling them that I was having side effects to their medication over and over and none of them cared. They responded by saying oh maybe it will go away in a week but it never did and I kept bringing it up, but they would brush it off. Their depression medication made me extremely nauseous and sick with severe abdominal pain. Never again would I sit there for hours and hours for them to treat me the way they did one lady herself probably needs to get drug screen because she kept saying crazy things to me . At first when you go to the study they give you money three times a week equaling 250. And then after that they move you to the next phase of the study thats when they only give you a 100 dollars once a week. I dont know if it was worth it from all of the side effects that I got and feeling like I was going to die. I think I went in then came out worser. And be prepared to be asked the same question from their werido psychologist over and over the same redundant questions that are really ineffective. And some of the women that work there wanted me to do their job for them like count My own pills when they were supposed to do it and some of them said they didnt care if I took them at all and some never counted them. The best one in there that is courteous and very professional and shes been the same way since the beginning is Belinda. They need more people like her working there that make you want to come back and make your experience very pleasant. Whoever runs that Jacksonville particular area needs to see what is really going on in that place.They are paying these people and theyre not even doing their jobs right and some of these people are nurses.I cant believe they actually went to school for that it doesnt even seem like it in some of them dont even know basic math and they were asking me how to count the medication.

It was a very nice quite atmosphere warm and inviting service the workers were very courteous with great sence of doing thier jobs correctly and sufficient. But when I was in the back they were rude telling me I couldnt be in the research because I was on meds already and I told them that 4 days prior to the appointment but they told me to come in any way and thats what made the whole thing stupid they shouldve told me that over the phone more Im not saying every body was at fault just the 2 ladies that told me to come on in knowing if I was taking meds I wouldnt qualify for the research

J. Mark Joyce, MD WAS THE WORST PERSON TO DO ANYTIME OF WORK WITH. HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I FELT UNCOMFORTABLE DURING THE WHOLE TIME. THEN BECAUSE I WASNT ANSWERING THE QUESTION HOW HE WANTED ME TOO. HE DECIDED TO CANCEL THE TRAIL THAT I WAS COMING FOR. IT WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME AND ME HAVING TO SCHEDULE THE VISITS AROUND WORK. I WILL NEVER GO TO CNS FOR ANYTHING AGAIN!

Im posting this for my other half he has been a client for several years and I will say the medication does help him but this is the second time he has had to be without it & his next appointment isnt until the 18th of November. Now hes going to be very sick without it. I understand yall get busy but he also needs his meds.
