I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. I initially started seeing Dr. Kennedy but she went on maternity leave and I was transferred to Dr. Robinson. I have an ankle injury from 2 years ago that never healed properly. Dr. Kennedy had me do stretches and also ordered an MRI from Baymeadows MRI. It turns out that the MRI was incorrect but thats on Baymeadows, not the podiatry clinic. Regardless, Dr. Kennedy told me to follow up if my ankle got any worse or did not improve. I called several months later because the swelling became worse. Thats when I was notified that she was on leave and I would have to see one of her associates.Dr. Robinson did not leave a good impression. The first visit, she injected my ankle with betamethasone, which did not help my ankle at all. She said at that visit that the ganglion cyst which was seen on the MRI would likely be too thick to aspirate, so she would not attempt to do it. However, that went out the window on the second visit and she attempted to aspirate it with a large bore needle. She injected with lidocaine, but the area was still very sore and bruised. The aspiration was unsuccessful, too. She injected the area with betamethasone again - again it did not help.Dr. Robinson and Dr. Kennedy both recommended that I get orthotic inserts for my shoes but I was unable to due to my HMO insurance not covering the cost. Neither of them recommended physical therapy until Dr. Robinson realized I was getting upset about treatment not working and I really did not want to go through surgery. She referred me to PT, but I had enough of the non-working treatments that I started seeing a new podiatrist at Southeast Orthopedics.After treatment at SEO, I was given a new MRI which revealed a pseudo-ganglion cyst (no fluid to aspirate), 3 joint effusions, hindfoot valgus, and posterior tibial tendonitis. Unfortunately, the podiatrist felt that his treatment was insufficient and he referred me in-house to the orthopedic surgeon for surgery last Wednesday. That is the main reason I am writing this review because scar tissue was found in my ankle, which was removed, and a bone spur on my tibia was shaved.Due to the lack of good care I received, I would not recommend TFC to anyone - least of all, Dr. Robinson. I will not be returning.

The entire staff is so Professional, helpful and kind. Dr. Robinson is excellent. She provides a terrific combination of efficiency, understandable information, professionalism and knowledge, all with the kindest bedside manner. I wish we had found her months ago!!

Hands down one of the best doctors ! Dr. Robinson was so patient and kind even though I was a nervous wreck. She was extremely thorough in explaining everything she was doing and the aftercare. Her assistant JD was very sweet and an overall great assistant! Overall all the staff were great and it was a great experience!

I’d been in pain on and off for almost two months making it hard to stay active. I’d previously seen another podiatrist only to be sent home with a suggestion to just buy another pair of sneakers.Dr. Robinson and staff were all friendly, thorough and by far gave the best experience at a dr’s office.Specifically, Dr. Robinson not only educated me on what was going on with my foot, I left with a full treatment plan and plans to follow up. In one day, I felt better. The pain is gone. I know what I need to do to support myself by using my treatment plan at home but most importantly, I feel fully supported and know things will continue to get better for my foot because I have an amazing podiatrist in Dr. Robinson. I sincerely thank Dr. Robinson and staff for the great experience and plan to only use this podiatrist for any future needs.Being in pain isn’t fun. Even for the toughest among us. I didn’t realize how much I was tolerating until I felt better after getting the much needed help from an amazing podiatrist, Dr. Norshae Robinson. She’s the best! Thank you so much! Total Foot Care was an excellent choice for me and my family for all of our foot care needs. They have a great staff and they shows a lot of respect and consideration for the wants and needs for their patients. Total Foot Care also shows a great sense of urgency that I truly appreciate coming from their Doctors and staff members.

The staff is generous as well of the MD Edward and Robinson which she made the procedure a breeze and it did not hurt as much which she explained everything as she was doing it.Would definitely recommend this for anyone.

Dr. Edwards took amazing care of my grandmother! She followed up personally, making sure my grandmother had her follow up appointments with another specialist, and checked up on her after her procedure. The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly and thorough. We have not had this great an experience with a doctor and office staff in years - if ever!!
