Got told about this shop directly after I had my car pulled from Superior Automotive due to lack of professionalism. Once that happened I was personally sketched out by any auto repair, but for the fact that my truck engine was broken down to the headers. Lowe’s Automotive understood my circumstance and ensured my vehicle would be operable again. It took a little over 3 weeks of hard work and true skills to finish a job that someone else took 3 months to do! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone I know or even don’t know. You will get the best quality and professionalism from this shop. I guarantee it!

Charles was amazing at the front desk. He gave us a good price and assurance on the suv being fixed and fixed right. Ave and Eric where awesome mechanics in repairing my SUV. Top notch service and.nice people 10/10 would recommend.

Had my truck towed to this shop, service was very customer friendly. The mechanic gave several solutions for the fuel pump issue I was having and the parts were reasonably priced I believe from talking to my brother who is also a mechanic back home in Texas. Labor hour charge was reasonable as well. The staff made sure to contact me every time there was an update and it was within good timing. I would recommend this smaller shop and will be using it in the future just hopefully not sooner than later.

United towing services to the rescue.Recently had an issue with my truck breaking down in Jacksonville. Called my insurance company and was given an eta of 60 minutes. 12 minutes later Mr Terrell Glass Called and let me know he was 6 minutes. Mr glass was extremely professional and went above and beyond to give me some tips to trouble shoot the issue and then get my vehicle home. I can not over emphasize the professionalism and knowledge Mr glass had. I hope to never break down again but if I do my first call will be to United Towing Service

Recommended by United Towing, I sent my ‘06 Chevy here. Replaced my alternator and battery within a couple days after car died. Reasonable prices and from what I can tell so far, very good work. Truck is running better than before.

They did not have my appointment on file when I showed up. Which was discouraging. Also resulting in a longer wait time, because they had to get the parts as well. They were very disorganized. I went to get new tires today which was a few weeks after having my car worked on here. Only to find out two of the lugnuts had been broken which would have been fine, had they told me. But no,this was a surprise to me. They just screwed them on barely hanging on to the threads. They have affordable prices, but the service shows that. I would not recommend this auto shop

Please save your TIME & MONEY. This place is unprofessional, overpriced, and just not worth the headache. I went in due to my truck making a squealing noise and for an oil change. They first tell me it was my bearings then quoted me over 1,000 to repair. They told me they would give me a call back the next day to let me know its done. No call, so I call the following day. I speak with someone who apparently got the vehicles mixed up and was giving me wrong information then got an attitude and passed me on to someone else. I was then told it was not my bearings but my differential and I thought okay cool lets get it fixed. Again they said they would call but I had to call them after a couple days. They tell me they found a part should be in Monday and will be fixed that day. Again no phone call so I call Wednesday to which they reply the part wont be in until Thursday. I say whatever hopefully it will. Then I get a call saying the part didnt fit and they can look for another part or have me take it somewhere else. I ask them to keep looking. They call me a week later saying the other part didnt fit and told me to take it somewhere else. So I came and paid an outrageous amount for an oil change & diagnostic. When they come to bring me my vehicle they said the battery is dead and that it was dead when I first brought it in. This information was NEVER relayed to me so it seems hard to believe. Me biting my tongue told them to have a good day and I left. My vehicle is an old Ford f150 I understand parts are hard to come by for my vehicle but this is the worst experience Ive had at an auto shop. Total time almost 1 month and also my fault for being dumb continuing with these people.

Extremely overpriced anywhere in Jacksonville is cheaper than this place. 360$ just to replace a starter 100$ to check to see if the starter was bad. I called another business and they would put in a starter for $180
