I have never had such a great experience at an urgent care. From the time I was greeted to the time I was discharged they took such amazing care of my Baby. The nurse Emily and Dr Rodriguez were so kind and did absolutely everything they could to make sure my baby was ok. I can’t express how thankful I am for these amazing people.

My son jammed his thumb with the car door. It looked terrible. I took him to Nigh Lite and Dr.Rodríguez took care of him, she was great and very careful. The nurse Emily was very nice and always looking for anything that my son can need. The receptionist AK was extremely helpful and helped me a lot since I don’t have insurance he offered me the Clinic plan, which gives me peace on mind. It is good to know that I can take my kids to the doctor whenever they need it without worrying for not having insurance.

We visited this pediatric urgent care while on vacation. I choose it because of all the great reviews and was not disappointed. Super friendly staff. Beautiful, clean offices. Dr. Rodriguez was so sweet and friendly. Put my mind at ease so we could enjoy the rest of our trip. Definitely would recommend to anyone visiting the Amelia Island area.

Although the wait was longer than expected, it was worth the wait! They were so nice and very welcoming. My baby was apprehensive but they did everything they could to make him feel at ease. They took the time to really listen to my concerns and addressed them quickly. Thank you for all of your help, making me feel validated and heard, and most importantly making my baby feel better!

Just tried to take my son to the Beach location for walk-in care due to a fever with cough and rash, but the check in process for non COVID 19 cases is ridiculous! Do not advertise that you take walk-ins if you are going to have people reserve a time upon arrival. Its false advertising!!

Just left the office for my 3 year old! I’m extremely pleased! The receptionist Kayann was extremely friendly, patient and helpful. Had a great nurse (Emily) and Dr.Adam was awesome! I usually don’t write reviews but they deserve it. Great customer service, and they value your time! I was in and out! Highly recommend!

This is our second experience with night lite and both times we felt very well taken care of. Both times we had nurse Emily - she was so great with our nervous toddler (and nervous mom). You can tell she’s passionate about what she does. Dr Adam took the time to speak with me and my partner on the phone before the visit since we both couldn’t be present for the appointment. We really appreciate the time he spent talking to us. He’s also great and putting both parents and toddler at ease. Also appreciated the receptionists Kayann and Alison - so patient and accommodating. Night Lite is a high quality practice which is such a great resource for us - a family with young kids. We also appreciate all the Covid precautions. Thanks for all you do!

While it is nice to have urgent care available in this area, this location is severely lacking in professionalism and customer service. Receptionists are rude and doctors have zero bedside manner - I feel this should be important whenever working with children, regardless of what type of clinic you work at. They all can act this way because there are not many other options available and patients will always need their services. Waited 2.5 hours for a quick Covid rapid test and called to get an updated estimate of wait time and was told “about 5 more minutes”. Waited another 45 minutes and called again. When I asked for another time estimate, the receptionist was extremely rude and annoyed that I was calling again. It wasn’t the wait time that was an issue, but don’t lie to me saying “only 5 more minutes” and then respond rudely to me when I’m only asking for another update. If you’re not sure how long the wait is going to be, don’t promise anything. At least be polite, honest, and professional. I took my daughter elsewhere.Initial call was just after 11am and their call to finally get us seen was after 3:20pm. Rude staff and a 4 hour wait…no thanks!Only go here if you have no other options. Otherwise, stay away!

I’ve brought my son here twice. Very friendly and caring staff. Doesn’t take all day and great facility. If you ever need urgent pediatric care, I highly recommend 🙌

Dr. Rodriguez was awesome! Emily V., RN she came Right in and did her thing with my child I felt so comfortable I saw she did eye contact and everything also Dr. Rodriguez did the same as well she even took the time and sat with us. Ja’Lisa & Wanda the MEDICAL ASSISTANT/& X-RAY was Great they both came in and listen showed very high quality of care I truly appreciate all the staff for everything. AK the Receptionist was awesome soon as I walked in I loved it he made me felt so welcome and showed excellent work ethic, also takes his career seriously with the kids as well! I thank each one with a BIG HEART OF LOVE

I took my child to the San Jose office Friday 09/04 because he had little bumps all over his body. He was examined by the doctor and I was told it could be 3 different things and was told that he could return back to school. I asked the doctor for a doctors note and was told I didn’t need one he is cleared to go back. On Monday 09/07 I called their office asking for a doctors note so that I could take it to school, the receptionist told me I could go on the portal to retrieve it. I logged in and there was no information pertaining to the visit listed in the portal. So I called back today 09/08 asking for the note and was told they would be emailing me the link to the portal and it should be on there. When I checked the website it was showing information on his twin brother and not him, so I called back and was told someone would call me back but they never did. So I reached out to the office on beach Blvd (I normally take my kids to this office) and was nicely greeted by AK, which I then explained the situation and he gave the phone to his colleague which she gave me the username and password to the account with no problem ! I tried the password but it wasn’t working, so I called back and asked if I could speak to who I just spoke with because I think I may have written the password down wrong, the receptionist AK then rudely tells me that I’m calling the wrong office, so I then stated the woman from his office just gave me the password, and as I’m talking he rudely puts me on hold and transfers me to the San Jose location. I HAVE NEVER had any issues until now and I will be making a formal complaint. I have been getting the run around ALL NIGHT just for me to FINALLY log in and find that the notes are STILL EMPTY with no record of the reason why I came in along with the note I needed for school! All that is listed is his vitals ! I am highly disappointed all for my child to miss school YET AGAIN because I now have to take him to a different facility so that he is able to return to school!

Thankfully we had a very positive experience here. The only tricky part was calling, as the line didn’t connect the first several times. Once we were there in person, everything went really smoothly. Super nice nurses and doc.Updating this review for our second trip here (bummer to have to go again… but another great experience with staff!)So thankful for Dr. Rodriguez and the excellent team (Shauna, Chanel, & Wendy)! They were so helpful and positive when my 5 year old cut her chin and needed stitches. It was an awful and traumatic situation that they guided us through. We talked about ice cream flavors while the doc stitched and ended the visit with high fives and a treasure box grab! My daughter is so PROUD of her stitches now. Whew. THANK YOU Night Lite!

On a Saturday youve got an office full of medical workers doing their best. It was a 45 minute wait in the parking lot but we were in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. Everyone was upbeat and positive. Much thanks to Dr Rodriguez, Emily V, JaLisa, Chanel, and AK who were all doing the best. Thanks!

Dr. Joseph was very attentive and kind. There will be a wait but the staff tries their very best to accommodate everyone safely and quickly.

DONT GO HERE FOR URGENT CARE. They no longer provide urgent pediatric care. They have turned into a covid testing site for money and dont care about providing urgent pediatric care. Waiting for an hour and a half past my daughters appointment time was enough. Thank god I didnt end up wasting hundreds of dollars at this heartless facility.Edit To respond to Business Owner: You claim you do walk-ins and thats exactly what I did at 12pm. Doors are locked and entry was not allowed and was told I needed to make an appointment at which the earliest was at 5:46pm so excuse me for actually waiting 7.5 hours to try to get into your facility. You dont care about anything but money and have turned it into a covid testing site.

Kayann was really nice and took us in right away. Nurse Emily and Dr. Rodriquez was very nice, helpful and patient with my son. They explained everything they were doing in full. I would definitely recommend this office.

I have been here 3 maybe 4 times and every time it has been really great service. The wait times are going to be a little long now especially with school back in session, take it easy on the staff because they’re working hard. We saw Dr. Rodriguez and as always I’ve seen her every time I’ve been she’s extremely nice, patient and listens to what you have to say. She gave my son a popsicle after doing the Covid test and that made him happy. The nurse Nikki was super friendly, she came in and played a movie for my son while we waited in the room. Last but not least the receptionist AK was outstanding dealing with phone calls and being friendly to everyone. I called and asked about something I was confused about and he had no issues helping or when I had to use the drive thru for sonic he double checked where I was in line and told me I had enough time to go grab some food. For how crazy and busy this place was on a Thursday night everyone was holding it together making sure everyone was going to be seen. I hope we won’t have to come back anytime soon but if we do I know we will be taken care of. Thank you Night Lite Pediatrics!

Night lite pediatrics has always been a place I recommend to friends and family who seek urgent care needs for their little ones. Last night my little one started a croupy cough. I called the office to let them know I was on my way. I brought his twin brother in to be examined as well since I know they are so nice to share their germs :) When I called the staff was nice and when I arrived I was welcomed in with professionalism and a positive vibe. The medical assistants were great as well as Dr. Rodriguez! Wendy, Driana, Shawna, Heather, and Dr. Rodrigez were awesome! I love that they received prompt care and the meds they have in office. It’s nice to get a dose of a medication in the late hours to get us through until pharmacy can fill the next day. I also got a nebulizer I could take home. Thank you so much for providing phenomenal care to my babies! Keep up the great work!!

The care received tonight was amazing. They make sure they keep themselves and the patients safe. Ak and Bree were welcoming and wanted to help. Dr. Caitlyn and Nikki made my son feel very comfortable. I appreciate the help of everyone including Wendy and kendricks.

Very poorly run business for children. Just stood in the pouring rain to read a half typed, half hand-written sign on their door about their COVID procedure, which is to register outside on your own phone (luckily I did this before I left home). Could give no rough idea whatsoever of wait time. So sent to the car to wait for an undetermined amount of time. Thought I would try to bring my son to an urgent care specializing in children. Care Spot it is! They are consistent, professional, and share their wait times.

So I have used nite lite pediatrics in the past and this by far one of the best experiences! Ak greeted both my kids and made them feel extremely comfortable, usually people just acknowledge the sick kid only. So I appreciate him interacting with my son and even making it known he knew sonic (my son was wearing a sonic outfit). When I was leaving I asked him to verify my insurance to pay my copayment and usually some will be like they will bill you later he took the time to check for me! Lacie was very friendly and made my daughter very comfortable. Now for Dr. Rodriguez! OMG she is the sweetest. You can tell she has a passion for kids. She wasnt just in and out. She actually interacted with both kids and even made my daughter smile. My daughter took her medicine no problem from them and told her it taste like popsicles and that was a win! Lol When we was leaving Neel interacted with my son and when my daughter showed her his beads he compliment her. Now wendy was the mvp!! My daughter came in because she had been throwing up and as we was leaving she was like her take this throw up bucket for the car ride!! Yessssssss wendy!! I highly recommend.

Cannot recommend Night Lite enough! I’ve used them for my son several times now and have always had a great experience! I’ve used them for a Telehealth visit when my son was younger that was very thorough. Most recently I’ve had to get my son a covid test and the receptionist Briana was nice and informative. Dr Brown was able to address an issue my son had before we even got into the room! Someone who definitely knows their stuff which really put me at ease. The nurse Niki was super kid- friendly and even got my son several stickers which made his day! No little kid wants to get a covid test but I will always choose to take my son to Night Lite from this experience! Thank you guys so much!

Horrible communication. Called and confirmed that they offer the covid pcr test. Arrived and confirmed that my son MUST have the PCR test. Doc came in, again I mentioned that my son is having a procedure and that he MUST HAVE the PCR... got the results and they did the WRONG DAMN TEST. Now my child cannot have his much needed procedure done

I took my two year old here the other night and the staff and doctor was phenomenal! Thank you Dr. Rodriguez, Amy, AK, and Wendy! My daughter is back to her normal self thanks to you all

2 weeks ago, Saturday Aug.21 my son and daughter got fever, colds and cough, so we decided to go here and be checked and tested for covid. We saw Dr. Rodriguez, she was so nice and sweet. You can really feel that she cares for her patients. She assured us that everything will be okay. It was our first time here and we had a great experience. Nurse Emily and technician Shawnna and Jalisa are very nice too. I will definitely recommend this urgent care for those families with kids. Instead of going to Emergency Facilities if not really emergency, you can be sure that you will be taken care of here. Thank you Nite Lite Pediatric for all you do.

My wife made a 7:55pm appointment for our 3 year old and 5 year old to be COVID tested. They sat in the car for over 2 hours and then another hour in the lobby. This is unacceptable. I understand COVID is taking a toll on the healthcare industry but this cannot be accepted. If you cannot honor appointments, don’t take them. Just call yourself a true ER. Had she known there was a 3 hour wait, she would not have forced our kids to sit through that wait

The wait was not long at all and once we were back in the room we were out within 15 minutes. Everyone was friendly and we got what we needed to help our daughter. No complaints here!

Horrible Service, wait outside over an hour, then when the doctor came to the room immediately he proceeded to do the covid test to my kid , he didnt ask what his symptoms was, he assumed he has covid and that it. My Son is fully vaccinated. This Doctor didnt bother to check his throat, nose,ears NOTHING I had to tell him if his not gonna do it and he told me that wasnt necessary because he has covid symptoms 😳 Seriously my son already had the covid and plus he has the vaccine. My question to them is they are NoT any other sickness any more? They could test my kid for streptococcus now I have to bring him to a real pediatrician. Dont waste your time and money !!!

You have put lives at risk!!!! You told me my sons covid test was Negative over the phone but the patient portal says positive!!!!! I myself have multiple sclerosis and his sister has autoimmune neutropenia!!! Someone better contact me back I want EVERY MANAGER, OWNER, ADMINISTRATOR I DONT CARE SOMEONES GOING TO ANSWER FOR THIS!!!

Dont waste your time if you can help it!! Very rude and unprofessional staff! I called yesterday to find out about a rapid covid test and told the man that answered the phone that I had tested positive and had been in quarantine for 10 days as well as my family so he told me to go online at 830am and reserve arrival times for my children to be tested to confirm they were negative and could return to school. I had arrival times of 445 and 450. I called to let them know we arrived at 430 and the lady said she would check them in and call when we were able to come inside. We sat outside for an hour and a half and finally received a call to ask questions before they could come inside. I explained that I had tested positive and wanted to get the children tested just to confirm they were negative so they could return to school only to be be very rudely told I should have brought another adult to bring them inside for the test that I wasnt allowed inside to spread covid. I explained that I was not told that when I called and what the man told me and then they proceeded to tell me I didnt need to get them tested at all and if they did get tested whether they were negative or positive that we would have to start the quarantine process all over again. I tried to explain that we had all been quarantined for the 10 days and I needed the negative tests for them to return to school but the lady on the phone didnt want to hear any part of anything I had to say and just kept saying well you arent coming inside. You have to go find another adult to bring them in. I even explained that online it says they preform the test carside and only allow the patients inside if they are having breathing problems then they are sent to a covid room for treatment and she proceeded to say well Thats wrong and thats not what any of our clinics do! If thats the case you should correct the website as well as inform your staff when people call asking questions about having a test done. If I was told yesterday that there was a problem with me bringing them I could have tried to find someone else to bring them instead I sat outside and wasted almost 2 hours for nothing!! Again AVOID IF YOU CAN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!!! And FYI I am fully vaxed and No longer have any symptoms, and the only one I did have was loss of the sense of smell which led me to get tested.

The staff at Night Lite Pediatrics on Beach Blvd is beyond amazing. I can not say enough good things about AK, Parris, Wendy, Shawna and Dr. Rodriguez. You can tell that they not only love what they do, they care about what the do and the people they help. These people are true heros!

Wouldn’t be returning! My kids and I were among the first in line to be tested, we STILL waited over 3 hours to be seen. After I went to check in on the status of our visit I was encountered by one of the receptionist who treated me and my kids HORRIBLY and I was threatened with the police and the dr DECLINED to see my kids when it was all over. I was a new patient with an antsy 11 month old and the wait time never bothered me it was the lack of professionalism by the staff that really did something to me. This was the MANDARIN location

This Place is One of the BEST for a NUMBER of Reasons, starting with the after hours care for Our Kids. I Drove All the way from Waycross, Ga because this place and the staff are so phenomenal!! I Needed my child to be seen right away and Night Lite Pediatrics answered the bell. Everyone was Warm and Welcoming, from Wendy to Kayann, up to Dr Rodriguez. Even Nurse Emily was Uber Nice to both myself & my child. I Admire the fact that they dont expose you to the possible illnesses the other kids are experiencing, so they have you wait in your car until its your time to be brought in and seen. Thats GREAT...Imagine your kid interacting in the lobby with a child much worse off & contagious. Believe Me this location Knows what theyre doing & i will certainly be returning if the need warrants it.

The doctor and front desk ladies here were super nice. They took care of us right away.. definitely recommend this office to anyone and the hours make it convenient for anyone.

Great experience. Dr. Rodrigues and team took excellent care of my daughter and turned the day around for us.

I visited Night Lite Pediatric Urgent care center today. They were very responsive on the phone as well as professional. I filled out the online form and drove right up. I loved that we could wait in the car. We waited until our time arrived, went in and everyone was very polite and courteous. We got in and out promptly. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the wait.

We brought my little girl here after she slipped and hit her chin and needed stitches. We arrived at 9:30pm. The door was locked and the 17-page registration had to be completed online before entering the empty waiting room. The receptionist at the front desk had her earbuds in, saw us standing there, and never bothered to acknowledge us. After 10 minutes she came to the door and asked us to go to our car to complete the paperwork so that customers had room to enter and exit (2 patients were exiting the building). That was when we decided to leave and take our daughter somewhere she would be treated with care and respect. I completely understand and respect COVID restrictions. But using COVID as an excuse to be rude, dismissive and irresponsible should never be tolerated, particularly at a pediatric urgent care. This place was ridiculous.

1000% would recommend bringing your child here in need of care!!! Dr. Rodriguez, and Emily were absolutely amazing and helpful. I will forever bring my kid here when she needs urgent care!

I called to ask a question about if my insurance would be accepted and was met with hostility and annoyance. Guess Ill find a different place.

Doctor did not want to see my daughter who was congested and struggling to breath because it was closing time. He refused to provide me with his name and suggested I go down the street to Wolfson Hospital. He even threatened to call the police on me. The staff tried to be as helpful and accommodating but they were afraid of getting in trouble by the doctor. If there is a rather large, hairy, poorly groomed doctor on then I DO NOT RECOMMEND seeing him.

2 hour+ wait!! TERRIBLE. They make you sit in the car with your sick children

Good evening, I visited this facility because my son was not feeling well. As soon as I entered the facility, one of the young ladies working at the front desk didn’t even greet me. All she asked was for my I’d and proof of insurance. I presented my sons insurance along with my I’d. Felt vey out of place and very discontent. Never coming back here until she goes away! I feel sorry for the families who go into this facility and don’t have a thick skin.

Absolutely loved our experience at this urgent care. We were traveling so we just had to go off of online reviews, and Im so glad we did! Even when checking in, the front staff were SO friendly. We saw Dr. De La Torre, who took great care of my 6 year old daughter. Amy D, Kittrena, JaLisa, Kerise, Cenice, and Chanel were all amazing. We left laughing, even with a broken wrist! Thank you so very much for everything you guys do. Also the place was very clean, nice touch to have cartoons in the rooms.... my daughter didnt even want to leave. Great place!

Very prompt and professional. Dr. Del la Torre was great with my son who is on the spectrum, and with a little cajoling, he was able to get both a strep test and a COVID test done with my extremely anxious 11 year old. I especially loved that he directed all his questions to my son and let him attempt to answer himself. They were conversing for a bit as if they were the only two in the room. Would highly recommend Dr. Del la Torre!

This is by far the superior COVID testing location in Northeast Florida. They offer rapid walk-in testing and results come on the same day. Everyone who works here especially Kayann, Kendrix, Mel B, Emily and, of course, Dr. Rodriguez have no parallels. 10/10

The only urgent care Ill take my kids to. Staff is always so nice, not super long wait times, and they always get quality care.

After waiting 40 minutes in the ER, with no end in site, I called Night Lite Pediatrics. They were very nice and at first they couldnt tell me how long the wait was. I explained that my son hurt his foot and might need an xray. Since I didnt know how long wed be waiting there we stayed at the ER. Night Lite called back and asked what kind of xray he needed and said it probably wouldnt be as long of a wait. So we took a chance and left the ER. We were there 40 minutes. In and out. Staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing that was time consuming was the online registration. If my kids need after hours care for minor injury or illness I will definitely bring them back.

I normally do not write reviews however, given our experience tonight we give night lite pediatrics urgent care 5- stars! It is amazing as an urgent care experience can be! We are from out of town visiting family. After about a week of daily beach and pool life- our 2 year old daughter developed an ear infection.From check in - we were given accurate expectation on a wait time; the facility had Covid precautions that made you feel at ease being in the office; the discharge instructions were simple yet detailed- everything was explained throughout the visit. We LOVED Dr. Nicole Rodriguez- very knowledgeable, friendly and great with our daughter.Thank you for your care and attention towards our daughter. With sincere appreciation- thank you.

I Called and told them if they were open and they said yes until 7 to fill out an application and call them when I was outside their office so I Did. Went to the office called them when we were outside and they told me they stopped taking kids at 5 so I made a trip for nothing. Then she said she was going to make an exception put me on hold just to tell me she wasn’t and to bring my sick child tomorrow at 3. Yea my sick child can just wait for as long as they want I guess no rush.

If all you need is a COVID test, go somewhere else. Although health insurance promises a $0 cost share for COVID-related visits, Night Light is adding a non-COVID-related urgent care doctor visit to every COVID test appointment, which means $75 co-pay for me. We didnt receive a doctors visit. We had no need for one, yet they submitted it that way. I asked Night Life to re-submit my previous claim as a COVID-visit, and they did, and insurance did pay it all. But today, when we went again for a test, the front desk insisted we would be charged for a non-COVID-related visit with the doctor and had to pay the $75. We found a different place. Shameful not to be taking advantage of people during this time.

Yesterday our seven month old was running a high fever. We were referred to Night Lite from our pediatrician. However we were a little nervous from our experience at urgent clinics for our own care.We arrived and instantly taken in the back for a temperature check. Then our son was given something immediately and brought to a room. While our paperwork was being processed this all happened. We never waited in the lobby.The assistant, Jason, was outstanding. His fun and jolly personality really lightened the mood. As two first time parents, needless to say, we were tense.Dr. Rodriguez was fantastic! We wished she had her own practice. She was patient, kind, and willing to explain our options. Her first concern was our son. She didnt push any treatment but made her recommendations. Also she took time to be with us. We werent just a number or an insurance claim!!!Then, this is the best part!!!! They have called twice to check on him in 24 hours. We havent even heard from our own pediatrician.For a scary situation and a seven month old with the flu, this couldnt have been better experience.Thank you!!!!

I randomly found this pediatric urgent care driving by one day and I read up on their 5 star Yelp reviews so I bookmarked it for the future in case my daughters ever had any issues. Eventually I had to make my first visit due to my daughter having an injury at school. For her first time, she had broken her arm. Upon checking in we were kindly greeted and immediately taken to get seen. The staff all acted swiftly with so much care and diligence. From the check in clerk, nurses, to the doctor, they were all amazing with my daughter and made her feel so welcomed and like the cool kid on the block. While waiting to get the x-rays reviewed, the staff gave her a delicious ice cream to relax. After she was seen, she was allowed to pick any treasure chest item which truly made her day. Very compassionate and caring staff. Should I ever need a childrens urgent care again in the future during after hours, this would be my go to clinic.Cons: theyre only open in the evenings during the week from 3:00pm to 11:00pm and on weekends from 11:00am to 11:00

This office is wonderful!! My 3 year old fell and busted his chin open, which required stitches. Everyone here was so kind and comforting which we really appreciated. There was no wait. The Physician sang Christmas songs with my son as she gave him his stitches and he even got to pick a toy out of their treasure chest for being so brave. I never thought my child would have a fun time getting stitches, but I’ve been hearing about how fun it was for the last hour. Great office and exceptional staff.

Great staff and service! Denise the front desk nurse was very nice and patient. The nurse and Dr. Rodriguez were phenomenal! Very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. On the spot flu diagnosis which was a first for me. Had to come here as an emergency due to relocation and because my insurance hasnt changed but I do it again even if that wasnt the case. Just make sure that if youre paying with cash to bring the exact copay amount.

This place has saved me on multiple occasions. They are always quick, caring, thorough and friendly. I don’t feel like I’m in an urgent care, I feel like I’m at a pediatrician’s office. They are thoughtful, too, like giving us a printed script in addition to calling it in, in case our pharmacy couldn’t fill it same day. They are definitely my go-to for after-hours emergencies!

Second experience at this office. Like the first time, it was sublime. Check-in (Denise) was smooth. Initial stats (Tyler) was easy. Doctor visit (Rodriguez) was even better than my sons first visit with her. From top to bottom, the team here is amazing. Thank you for taking care of our two year with such patience, grace, and bedside manners!

Everyone at night lite is really wonderful from the RN, the doctor and the front desk. Everyone was so nice. The doctor spent plenty of time examining my daughter (she was there for a bug bite that made her whole eye swell up) and explaining to me what the cause was, how to treat it and things to watch out for. They even gave me a coupon for her antibiotics. I would highly recommend this urgent care. There was also no wait time to be seen which was great!

I’ve visited several times in the past year and every single time the service is superb. From check-in, to nurses, to the doctor, everyone is so sincere and focused on helping your child get better. They also follow up a day or so afterwards to make sure everything is going well. I wish it was a regular pediatric office so I could use them for well visits!!Thank you all for everything you do for the kids. Your dedication does not go unnoticed!!

Well wait almost 2 hours but got results pretty fast

Everyone on the staff are amazing human beings, especially at 10 pm on a weeknight doing everything they could for our baby. Dr. Rodriguez is a human and angel and the nurses were amazing! Our baby loved everyone as much as we did, even after they gave him shots, he went from tears to smiles quick. Our first baby emergency could not have gone better. We were a mess when we got there and they got us calm and taken care of quick. Thank you!

Went for our first time tonight. They made the process simple and you dont need an appointment. Dr. Howell and the nurses were helpful and caring. The office is kept clean with a sea theme. There are tvs in the waiting room and patient rooms to pass the time but it really wasnt that long. I would definitely recommend them if you need an after hours doctor.

My daughter’s left ear had a little green bean stuck in it. We couldn’t get it out and it scared us a lot. When we visited the Night Lite Pediatrics, the staff and doctor were so patient and accommodating to us at 9:30 pm. They worked professionally with a caring attitude and made my daughter feel safe. They considered all alternatives and were able to successfully retrieve the tiniest bean from her ear. One of the sweet things they did was to tell her what a brave girl she was and to give her a lollipop and a blue pony toy which pleased my daughter very much. I would gladly recommend this urgent care facility to any parent in need of their services.

I love Night Light Pediatrics. All of the staff (from the receptionist to the doctor) has been very courteous and professional. They take time to listen to your concerns as a parent as well as fully check the patient. I wish i could find their standards in a pediatricians office. The staff goes the extra mile to comfort the children while giving the best care. Thank you for being simply amazing Night Light Pediatrics.

The office staff and doctor went above and beyond. Certainly surpassed my expectations. The staff was very attentive. We were in and out in about an hour. They followed up with us the next day to make sure my son was okay. They had coloring pages and crayons that kept my daughter entertained. The areas were all clean. I hope I wont have to to back but if by circumstances I need to go, I will certainly go back to them.

The staff were courteous and efficient. I had to fill out 4 pages of paperwork which slowed the process for my daughter being seen but other than that my experience was wonderful. The nurse who checked my daughter in was very kind, gentle and was very approachable. My two year old wasnt even bothered by him at all. The doctor that cared for my daughter is knowledgeable and even supportive of us not immediately resorting to giving medication to my daughter. I sincerely recommend this place to anyone seeking URGENT care.

I have had to come here on 2 separate occasions. Both times my boys were treated amazingly. Its hard to get the trust of a toddler and Tyler got BOTH OF THEM. If I need to come back (hopefully no time soon) I know Ill have an awesome experience. If you dont want to go to an emergency room, go here. Youll be happy and so will your babies❤

Seen very quickly with little to no wait. Avoided going to the ER for possible stitches. Saved a lot of time and money. Very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough staff...Very happy, highly recommended!

Fast and efficient . Everyone was very pleasant , quick at getting to us and getting down to what the issue was with my baby. This was our first visit here and I was very comfortable. I was talked to like a human and my baby was treated as if he was a regular. High fives and fist pumps were had!

Just went in on a weekend for possible pink eye/ ear infection check. Seriously was asking if this place could be our regular doctor. Great staff, & doctor. Cleaner than our reg. doctor office. With stickers all over the walls that kiddos love. Thank you Nite Lite! They also took our Medicaid. Literally such an awesome place.
