Brought my son in because he was throwing up all day he also was also congested this Doctor walks in doesnt even read my sons chart and basically says he just needs honey and walks back out. Bro did you even go to medical school?! 😒

I have never been more disappointed with a doctor at Wolfson’s (or in general) I brought my 6 month old daughter in to the ER because she was having trouble breathing (even after being on antibiotics and nebulizer) This doctor was unbelievably rude and made my family feel like we were unconvincing him. When he came back in to tell me that she tested positive for RSV (after telling me before that she was fine), he wouldn’t answer any of my questions. He was interrupting my questions to tell me that all of the information that I needed would be in the discharge papers. The nurse that discharged us was very helpful. This is third child and I have only been to the ER at wolfsons twice, But every other experience has been great. So, this is not a bad review on the hospital, but the doctor specifically.

I took my 5 week old baby to the ER after discovering he had a fever in the middle of the night. The entire experience at Wolfson and the care we received was exceptional! Each person we encountered, from the check in desk to the nurses, to Dr. Hartwig all took excellent care of me and my baby. They explained each step, procedure and option thoroughly, so that I was able to make thoughtful and educated decisions about my baby’s care. Dr. Hartwig’s confident, yet caring bedside manner was much appreciated!
