The tech who arrived, Conner, fixed my problem very quickly and gave me peace of mind with his knowledge. Omg where do I start. These guys have gone above and beyond to help me in my new home. The came out last minute and connected cable wires. The owners (Marcus and Peter) personally called me. The guys that came out were polite and extremely knowledgeable. I am so very impressed that I have lots more work for them. Thank you team Vilano electric!

They don’t really get a star or deserve a star owner is so rude he has no customer service attitude. He is just down right RUDE SO as the company the customer service lady was nice. And my husband had to call him to ask when he would be doing the work and he the owner was rude of course but he’s an as- But they did come and do the work at first he quoted a price of 1400-1500 k so as they did the work I noticed that he had to teen kids doing odds and end work that was crazy but they took half the money then would come back and take the pole. And they did and then couple of days later the owner came to get rest of the money he stood out at the door without calling or anything just showed up so I finally came out he said I’m here for rest of the money I went back in and got money and gave it to him and he walked off and turned and said hey I need another 100 I said no he quoted a price of 1400-1500 luck I gave him that after to words back and fourth he left. Thank god I would not have anybody do anything with them I only did cause I was in a bind. Suck as company

Amazingly helpful! You will not get someone who will tell you need $500 worth of work, if it can be fixed for free, it will be! Trustworthy and smart!
