I was very impressed with the team from Munson & Bryan. I used them for residential work and they completed quite a few items in a short period of time. Prior to work being completed Joe came out and walked the property to understand my requests. The crew of 3 showed up on time and worked within my scheduling constraints. They were professional. They were knowledgeable and successful troubleshooting issues in my 80+ year old home. They were respectful of my home: they all took their shoes off without being asked! For the work they did and the time required (none of it was padded, these guys really worked) I found the cost very fair. I highly recommend them and as I am responsible for Facilities at my job, I will use them for commercial work as well. Well done!

Have used this company for many years for our business locations. So we tried them with our new home being built. They went above and beyond! Very responsive, courteous, innovative, at a extremely fair price.

Seems like they dont care who they put behind their work vans if theyre smoking out the van full of weed or going up to the pawn shop in the middle of the day but the owner gets mad when you point out there are better, more professional options. Dont waste your time reaching out to the company and just call the police so their work vans can be seized. I wish the owner would had responded to my phone call better than me having to come on here to make my point on his Google Review. Owner seems like the angry, vindictive type who just cares about an imaginary amount of stars when he should have just as much passion about managing his people. So what if youve been around for so long it can all go away from poor management which it seems this business has a culture of poor everything from poor work ethic and all the way up to poor supervision of employees. This is an ambulance chasers wet dream with this company where a work van comes into a small parking lot at over 10mph and tries to squeeze between multiple vehicles and a vehicle backing up, all just to pawn a DVD player for $10. Are your employees that hard up for $10 or just in a rush to spend that $10?

Its too bad Munson and Bryan choose to have Rush Limbaugh as their on-hold phone background music. I chose a different vendor.
