Although all contractors are very busy, when I spoke with Phil by phone, I explained what we needed. Another electrician had been here a few days earlier to explore why a GFI circuit was not working. He said that we would have to pull a new line from the main circuit box to the GFI outlet in the upper master bath. That would cost thousands of dollars. In addition, the drywall repair and painting would be hundreds of dollars more.Phil had an electrician here the next day to investigate. He found that we could tap into a nearby outlet. The following day, he returned with another electrician to do only minimal demolition, and fix the problem. The cost? Less than $400!!!Our drywall/painter will be here this week, to make it as good as new.Phil and the electricians were timely, courteous, professional, helpful and tidy in their work.They are now our go-to electricians.

The employees work very hard and get the job done

I met with Johnny after he gave me a quote to do some much needed work on my new home. I went over a few additional items I wanted done and he took notes, and I asked for an updated quote with the additional work listed as well. One week later, I hadnt heard back from them. I called and he said he had been busy and would get me the quote as soon as he could. Fast forward 2 more weeks, I hadnt heard anything back. I called again and spoke to someone else who told me theyd get in touch with him and give me a call back by that afternoon. That was over a week ago!Either they cant/dont want to do the work and refuse to just say so, or have absolute terrible scheduling/note taking practices. Either way, were going with someone else who actually wants to take my money! I consider myself a pretty loyal customer to someone who treats me right, so they definitely lost a lifelong customer with that move.

Moore Electric came out to my office and solves the mysterious electrical problems I was having with my sign and overhead can lighting. I couldnt be happier. I would highly recommend them.

Dangerous driving and rude workers

The man who answered the phone said they are only servicing existing customers, so if you are a new customer dont waste your time calling.
