Service was to repair ground wire that was accidentally cut. We called Mr. Sparky for a quote on same day service and was greeted professionally by Britney who scheduled the same day tech visit.The electrician, Austin, arrived early to give us a quote, and he fixed the job on the spot. He did an amazing job so quickly and at a great price. We were happily surprised! Expectations exceeded.

He took care of the problem for which Id requested service and then dealt with something else Id forgotten about when I made my request. He made it all look easy but it isnt or I would have repaired it myself. Im grateful to Wayne and Mister Sparky. Very pleased with my service from Mr. Sparky. Perhaps I was lucky, but they were able to schedule a technician for the next day, which was great given how busy contractors are these days. They installed a new Tesla wall charger, diagnosed and repaired a faulty circuit, replaced four receptacles and deleted some exterior devices. The whole process from scheduling to paying the invoice was as easy as it could get. The technician was on time, clean, conscientious, competent and fully prepared. I did sent an email with detailed pictures and descriptions of the problems to the person that scheduled my repair, which ended up being very helpful for them to bring what they needed and minimize the need for a run to the supply house. They technician said they keep try to keep commonly stocked items on their trucks, but obviously they can only stock so much. Anyway, I highly recommend Mr. Sparky for your electrical service needs.

The office was also great because they called to let me know they had taken my phone # down wrong and that was why tech had not called when on his way. They let me know he was almost there. Corey was very thorough in his inspection of our house and very professional is going over everything that we want to get fixed and upgraded.We decided to Hire Mr Sparky to take care of all of the projects we needed addressed. New outlets needed to be added to a back porch, installing 5 ceiling fans, install new exhaust in bathrooms, installed new vanity lights, installed new light fixtures in dining room. Corey and his assistant did a great job. They were very knowledgeable, punctual, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them and will call them in the future if I have any electrical needs.Cory and his assistants did a great job for us. We had a lot to do from installing 4 new outlets, changing 6 ceiling fans and 6 light fixtures. They were very thorough and we found their quality of work to be top notch. These folks are top notch. Estimator showed up on time. Jeff was very professional and attentive. He understood the job that needed done. I needed an aluminum wire remediation and they delivered! Was estimated 3-5 days. They completed in two days. The only complaint that I have is the cleanup could have been a little better. Not a deal breaker though. The mess was minimal. Thank you fellas!

I had them come to my house for a quote and a young man named Austin did it. He was very nice. Polite. He even quoted me 2,000.00 for two outlets dedicated lines to be put in. He was so nice he even told me not to waste my time with other estimates. Thats not good so I called three other places and all three other places quoted 500 bucks for the same job. Scam

I actually Googled several electrical companies because I needed one familiar with fireplaces. Mister Sparkys reviews looked good, so I called them. Brian was the first Technician that came out. He was very professional, assessed the situation and said that it was certainly a job they could handle. A second appointment was made to complete the job. The guys arrived within the window of time we agreed upon. They completed the job and cleaned up after themselves. Tony and his partner were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will certainly add Mister Sparky to my list of go to contractors.

Was quoted around 900$ for a job that we were told would take less than an hour.So naturally we turned that absolutely outrageous estimate down and found a different, highly qualified, professional company.Thankfully we did. The job ended up costing us 120$ and took about 25 minutes. (10$ in materials)So Mr. Sparky was off by quite a bit to say the least. Name a profession that gets paid $800+ an hour.. Doctors? Lawyers? Professional athletes..?I would highly recommend staying away from this company..

We had a broken weatherhead due to Elsa and her tornado spawn. We spent so much time being told by other electricians they had no time. I called Mister Sparky and Donna was an absolute gem! She scheduled us for Monday but told me shed squeeze us in today (Friday) if she could. She did. Ultimately, we had another electrician that managed to JUST beat her to the punch. I will preface, they may cost a little bit more than other electrical contractors. That being said, you pay for what you get. The service they provided to my home is fantastic. They came to my home to add a ceiling light and a box. They added the switches to that room and ran the cables to get it all to work. They made a small incision to the ceiling and covered it up at the end of the job so, it looks like the light just came with the house! Absolutely fantastic job. Quick and well done. I will be using their services in the future. Extra props to Brandon Hoeffer, my technician. Give that man a raise! He was the figurehead of your company an exuded a presence of professionalism and got the job done quick.

Austin arrived just inside of the 4hour window they stated on the phone. We explained our problem, Austin was very knowledgeable. Gave us a few solutions and even dumbed it down for me(knowing nothing about electric work). Austin worked very clean fast and helped us choose the best option for our price range.

Mister Sparky came out to look at putting in a transfer switch, turns out I didn’t even need one. There was already wiring for a generator hookup. I was very appreciative of Bryan’s honesty and not trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. He did install an internal surge protector for me and troubleshot a light for me. Great customer service and professionalism!!!

We had brandon come out to check on an outlet issue that we had. He was so nice and professional. We needed to find a grounded outlet and were told we didn’t have one but within 30 seconds of him being here, he found one. I highly recommend mr. Sparky and brandon with them.

GFCI outlet kept tripping, making a loud banging noise. The red reset button was stuck, broken. Mr Sparky electrician, Bryan, texted and let me know when he was arriving. He showed up on time. Bryan had a new outlet in his vehicle and tested the outlets on the line. Once he replaced the outlet that was tripping and not resetting, then both outlets worked.

I needed an outlet over my fireplace. The job was a little more difficult than usual, because of how the fireplace is placed (in the corner). Frank Bowman and Tia came to my home and were quite professional. Initially, I had another company come to my home to give me an estimate; but they gave me some outlandish process they said that they would have to do to accomplish what I requested. I dont think that they wanted to do the job. However, Frank and Tia got things done professionally and timely and they cleaned up after. Ill be using Mister Sparky for all other future electrical needs, for sure. Kudos to Frank and Tia for doing such a great job. Would I recommend them to others? YES!!!

Had them install a light fixture around Nov/Dec of 19’. No show for first two appointments so they gave me 10% discount when they showed for the third one.Electrician had to cut a hole in drywall and run a wire to the nearest switch, to install a dining room light. He did a good job.The three stars is because the cost to install one light fixture which took a total of about 1-1.5 hrs cost a WHOPPING $1,000. I kid you not. Luckily they didn’t show the first two times so I had the 10% discount and the total came to around $900.

I called them at 915pm Thursday and had someone on site the next day . Brandon with Mr Sparky was right on time, very knowledgeable, polite and respectful. Not to mention, he was able to diagnosis the issue and fix it right then and at a reasonable price.I will use them again and recommend this company to every body.Thank you for great customer service!

I had a complete rewrite of my home completed. Mr. Sparky’s team removed all the old, hazardous cloth wire and replaced it with modern safe wiring through my entire home in three days. The holes in the plaster walls were minimum and only took a couple of hours to patch up afterwards. A rewire of my home seemed like it was going to be lengthy, painful, and expensive however it was anything but that. Me. Sparky offers financing on repairs which made this large job doable for my budget. I cannot recommend this company enough and they now have a loyal customer. Mike and his team were punctual, polite, and exceeded my expectations.

Giving them a 4 because original inspection failed in 2018 and follow up was not done.However, in 2021, while our plumber tried to get an inspection, it was discovered. Another electrical inspection was ordered for the next day by Mister Sparky. It failed, but someone arrived to correct it within the hour. It passed.Grateful for their making it right that very day!
