I travel the country for work and it is rare to find honest business people 100% of the time but they are there. Jeff at Kent’s is one of them.I was in JAX for work and my RV’s generator stopped working. I called the dealer where I purchased it and they really couldn’t offer any help, then I called my extended warranty company to see if they could recommend a repair partner with no luck, and then I called RV Fast Fix LLC. They were booked into next week and referred me to Kent’s. Jeff spoke with me and he gave me some pointers about extended warranty “coverages” , while walking me through a couple things. It turned out my gas gauge was reading incorrectly, saying I had gas, when I didn’t. Filled it up and it’s running like a champ! Thank you!!!

If you have an RV and a generator and you ever have a problem this is the guy to call. He makes house calls and his prices are reasonable. His schedule can get hectic so it is not unusual to have to wait a week in non emergency situations.

This guy is great ! We were on our way south to Orlando from NY. My RV generator was surging real bad. I saw his ad. in Jacksonville so I called him and stopped at his garage. Turns out my RV generator was about 10 years older than my RV so he didnt have the correct carburetor on hand. He then took my unit apart and cleaned out the carb., cleaned a bunch of rusty parts, made some adjustments and in short order had it running like new. I would drive the extra distance again just for his expertise. There arent a lot of guys like this around anymore. A very happy customer. Bob

I have known Jeff Kent for over 15yrs now as a Service Manager at a local Rv Dealership to now a mobile rv service owner and he has ALWAYS been my GOTO GUY on Generators. He is the Gen.Man in Jacksonville,very Honest, very kind, and reasonable ..MoJo Mobile Rv Service...😉

I called Kent’s to have him come out and assess my problem with my gen. He did a couple of procedures And then stated he would have to come back and remove in and take it to his shop. He never returned or called. Not the best Business practice !
