Agrees to a time. No call no show. Called the office the lady who answers the phone (Mrs Fisher) tells me to wait until he decides to show up.

Came over for a free quote on remodel work. He was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Acted like he wanted my business and was more then willing to accommodate. Price was more then I hoped but willing to pay for quality work and treatment.

I called and spoke with the office manager on Friday concerning some electrical work that I needed done in my garage. She informed me that she would need photos so that Keith Fisher could properly assess what needs to be done in order to give me a quote for the job. One of my concerns that I specifically expressed to her was the lack of reliability from previous electricians and that I didn’t want to repeat that experience with anyone else. Needless to say, this is Wednesday and I am having to call Her back because I never got a response back from her. Her response in the beginning was that she never received the photos even though she responded to my email on Friday that she DID and that she would show them to Keith. Now, I can’t speak about Keith but his office manager is totally unreliable. Therefore, I cannot recommend him based on this. It’s too bad because most people that have managed to get him out to their home had great things to say about his work. Perhaps Keith should hire someone better qualified for the office management job.

Had an appt with them and never showed up. After two hours of waiting attempted to call with no answer or reply to voicemail message. Still have not heard back. Do not recommend

I called this morning not knowing if I had an electrical issue or an appliance issue and Keith offered to come out and take a look. He looked at the electricity and both appliances I was having issues with, he was able to fix one even though it wasnt an electrical issue, and he didnt charge me. I have never met a more kind and professional man and we will be calling him for any and all problems in the future.

Half of the outlets and some of the lights in our house stopped working one day. We had waited to get the electric fixed for several weeks, expecting the repairs to be super expensive. Luckily to my surprise, the repairs were a fraction of what I expected them to be and Keith and his crew got the issue fixed within an hour. They were very professional and courteous and worked with our schedule. We will use them again if ever we have an issue.

We have had horrible issues with another electrical company in the past and with still having unresolved issues I called fisher electrical and the man who answered the phone listened to me tell him what was going on and told me it had to be simple. Spent 15 minutes on the phone with me and talked me through such an easy mistake made on my part. So glad theres good people in this world not out looking to make a quick buck.

I had an emergency and he came right out. He fixed the problem right off and charged a fair price. I recommend him because of good service

Great company! We had Keith come in and give us a quote on Monday, he was out on Wednesday morning early to complete the job. They were quick, kind, reasonably priced and the job was done right the first time. We will use Fisher Electric again!!

Called and scheduled an appointment, the day came and I received no call from the company and no one showed up. I tried calling them 3 times the day of to get an update and nobody answered. Waste of time.
