One star is way too many for Carmen. Shame on you for hanging up on my medical insurance two times. They didnt put the doctor on the list. The doctor did. You are very unprofessional. I see why you have a 1.9 rating.

Dont know what all of these people are talking about. Everybody has always been so polite to me. The conversation are interesting and the advise helps. I love going here. Word of advice to people, dont BS him. Tell the truth and be up front and honest. Dont try to scam. He is very good and intelligent.

By far the best Dr. I have been to for actual help.....instead of just giving me meds and sending me on my way, he actually gets it and is very very straight forward. If you are looking for someone to buy your bs, I can see where people would think hes rude because he knows his stuff and again, actually helps.

I dont know where the good reviews came from but this was the worst doctor Ive ever been too. Hes callous and impersonal. The receptionist is snarky as all get out. Sometimes there are little dogs there. People have allergies, its a doctors office. As someone with anxiety, this was not the place for me. No one there seems to care.

We were going to Southern Grounds and accidentally parked in a space that belonged to the doctor’s office. The signage was hard to see. It was a complete accident and this angry woman came out in the rudest tone possible told us “You can’t park here,” and started going off. It was so inappropriate and made us feel embarrassed. Her way of handling it was so unnecessary especially during the pandemic when life is already so bleak without extra help from her. Can’t imagine that she even cares about her patients— maybe she does if you’re spending money that pays her but I wouldn’t trust my healthcare in her hands for a second after what we experienced. Oh and the doctors office parking lot was completely empty, probably because she’s built a reputation for rudeness for the office.

From the office staff to the Doctor and the dog in the office, it was the worst and most unprofessional place I have been. The two ladies in the office are rude and combative, and the Dr already made up his mind before I even arrived but berated me about issues he had written down, which were wrong but refused to accept my answers unless they lined up with what was written. Go to anyone else but him he should retire and take the horrible woman and dog with him

Honestly after having many interactions with pyschs etc since the age of 13, in my opinion dr Sanchez was extremely diligent and attentive. He seemed to know exactly what was going on. The receptionist as well has been very accommodating and I very much appreciate their hard work and understanding. The level of empathy and compassion especially in a situation which may not be so comforting to express; was received in again my opinion and my experience, amazing. Thank you !

I had a horrible experience with all of them. The secretary is very rude and unprofessional. Dr. Sanchez refused to fill out any paperwork for my shorr term leave because according to him he does not have the time or make any money doing so. Another time I went to my schedule appointment and he did not show up because he went fishing instead and I was never notified. He also charged me $115 just to do a simple letter. Never again!

I did not have any such bad experience with his office. The receptionist was so nice to me, we talked about a lot of things because I was early for my appointment. Dr. Sanchez was wonderful to sit down and talk with and he is very knowledgeable. I dont know what everyone else is talking about he is awful and his staff is. I had a great experience. I was there for an evaluation for bariatric surgery.

I dont know the company or have been there as a patient. But i am a worker for a different company that delivers to this business. I delivered a order to this office and the receptionist for this office was so rude to me after i asked her was the doctor himself going to come and sign so i would know if i was getting a tip or not and she starts to get attitude because i asked, so i left and talked to my parents later that day about what happened. My dad told me later that day that he called to speak with her and she was even more ruder with him she even went to as far to tell my father that quote on quote her words I DIDNT KNOW THAT EVERY TIME JIMMY JOHNS DELIVERY GUYS MAKE A DELIVERY WE ARE SUPPOSE TO TIP THEM. To be honest i dont write reviews but i had to write one for this company simply because the receptionist called corporate on me for calling my parents and expressing how i feel and my dad calling her. I just want to know do you act this way when you go to a restaurant do you tell a server that your not going to tip them....

Receptionist is extremely rude and difficult to talk with. The doctor never returned any calls when having reactions with medication. The doctor judged you immediately without let you explain your symptoms. Honestly, this place made me feel they were only interested in charging you for the service without any real interest in help you get better.

This doctor made me feel uncomfortable by asking unnecessary questions which is unprofessional right off the bat. I didnt know what to compare him to since he was the first psych I was ever seeing. The receptionist has lost her mind as well, she needs to be replaced ASAP. He also never returns any calls so please dont make an appointment with this doctor, you can find someone much better and worth your time.

Avoid this at ALL COSTS! After several sessions with Dr Sanchez being 25-35 minutes late every time, I jokingly told him next time Ill arrive 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and be on time. He said You must understand this is a dictatorship. His receptionist Carmen is the rudest liar of a woman Ive ever had the displeasure of knowing! She told me she left a detailed message about a medication question I had for Dr Sanchez (she never did leave message) and was very short and rude when I called their office to inquire as I hadnt heard anything for a week.

The office employee Carmen is offensively impolite and unprofessional. I could not set up an appointment with Dr. Eduardo Sanchez because she would not let me!! I tried setting up the appointment, she said she needed my insurance information and that she would call me back when she checked eligibility. Three weeks later, I call back to check with her and she says she is too busy and that I should look for another doctor. I asked politely to schedule an appointment with Dr. Eduardo and she insisted that I find another doctor and that I do not need to be seen specifically by him. Unbelievable! Not only is she intentionally cutting off business for this doctor, she is rude, lazy, and a liar. I would not trust this office with any confidential matter when someone like this is in charge! Beware!!!!Someone please wake up Dr. Eduardo!! He is not going to have many patients if he continues to have this kind of staff in his office.Please, do yourself a favor and make an appointment elsewhere. Like Carmen says, there are other doctors in the city, why bother with unprofessional and uncivilized people when pleasant and professional people are waiting for you some place else.Have a great day!

RUDE and not Understanding at all. My daughter is 18 and has a sever anxiety disorder. Talking on the phone is not something she is comfortable with so I am helping her try to re-establish care here in Jacksonville. When I explained a little about her past and that I needed to get her re-established the woman said she would need to talk to my daughter to make the appointment. I explained that as long as my daughter didnt have to ask questions she would be able to make the appointment and explained that her disorder makes it hard for her to talk to strangers especially on the phone. The woman proceeded to tell me that she would need to get over it. I asked if I could give her the insurance and other information and my daughter could just get on to schedule the appointment, no. Then I was told this office wasnt for us. This entire conversation took place over speaker phone with my daughter listening and when I hung up my daughter felt a little hopeless as we have been searching for providers that will take new patients and our insurance for a month now.I wouldnt even waste the time to call them. If this is how they let the admin talk to people, they dont care about the patients.

If you take time and read any reviews you will notice a trend in awful treatment from the receptionist Carmen. The way she behaves is unethical. She will actually talk over you so you can not speak and say well have a good day and up hang up on you with dismissing your reason of call. With many people seeing a psychiatry doctor are ussualy in a trauma or getting out of one. Patients are being vulnerable and seeking help. Patients should never be treated the way Carmen conducts herself. If Dr Sanchez cared he would fire her.

This guy is dangerous, he is too quick to diagnose and then load you up on drugs. When he is convinced he is right, he is impossible to have a conversation with. The month of services of costly and damaging mentally. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. And yes, front office staff (Carmen) is very rude. They are all just difficult.

If i could give zero stars i would. They answer the phone hi can i help you overly rude. Do not waste your time.

I cannot recommend this physician to a single person and actually urge you to not to see them. His office staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. He has made multiple offensive and inappropriate comments to me about my choice of vocation (homemaker) and my weight. He has tried to give me additional medications (lithium) even when my current medication is working fine. This past week I had my pharmacy submit a request for authorization to refill my medication since it was out of refills. Three days later there still had not been a response so i left a voicemail on the medication line with my name, DOB, name and dosage of medication and the pharmacy information. No one called me back so I called the office to speak with the receptionist the next day. She was incredibly rude and insisted they had not received a request and that I had not left a voicemail. She then stated, i dont know what you want me to do I dont even know your name or what medication youre talking about. She then put me on hold for 15 minutes, came back and said she would contact the doctor to see about a refill and to see if he wanted a follow up appointment. She never called me back and when I called at 4:40 the phones were already going to a voicemail. Today she called me and said, Amber your prescription is ready we sent it last night, and literally hung up before I could say a thing. I called back and she got incredibly hostile with me. When I said I assumed the doctor wanted to see me since there was again no refills authorized on the new prescription she said thats correct. I informed her I had contacted a new psychiatrist and would be seeing them. They would be sending a request for records. she then said to me, Ok great we will go ahead and cancel your prescription. You can get one fro your new doctor when you see them, and hung up on me again. I called back to let her know that thankfully I had already filled it the night before and her response was literally, well lucky you. She is literally the rudest most unprofessional receptionist I have ever come into contact with. That combined with the questionable practices and recommendations from the actual psychiatrist are completely unacceptable. They clearly are not interested in improving mental health if they threaten to withhold medication based on spite. Dont waste your time on this practice. They dont have your best interest at heart and may even hurt your mental health rather than improve it.

I had been a patient here before twice. the first time was an absolute mess. dr. sanchez prescribed me medication so powerful i couldnt eat for days, then ended up needing to go to the hospital bc of severe stomach acid issues. when i told dr. sanchez what happened, he said thats not one of the side effects and proceeded to say i fabricated my stomach issues. i weaned off the mess and dropped him. the second time i went back after i got a full psychiatric evaluation so i could be prescribed medication properly. he did not care about this full evaluation a team of doctors did on me. instead, he over-medicated me yet AGAIN and caused me to have severe nausea and constipation. when i contacted the office, Dr. Sanchez told me it was because i had to be on other drugs, which i wasnt. that was my last time dealing with these people, they dont want your help, they want you to cut them a check. DO NOT WASTE ANY TIME HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET BETTER HELP. THIS DOCTOR DOPES YOU UP AFTER ONLY A 30 MINUTE SESSION AND THAT RARELY EVER WORKS OUT FOR ANYONES BEST INTEREST.

Refused to even see me because I am a legally registered cannabis therapy patient( low THC, high CBD for my otherwise untreatable seizures and muscle spasms). So if you are prescribed cannabis as well, dont bother. Look elsewhere. Also, very rude message left.

Poor customer service. Receptionist was very rude. yelled at me with a hi tone of voice saying I could not be seen being that I was 10Mins late. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone of color I felt mistreated because of the color of my skin.
