On August 11 2021 I took my friend to this practice for a laser procedure. The appointment was at 2:30 pm, we arrived early, the receptionist at the far left was very rude. She complained because it took my friend 20 minutes to fill out the forms, my friend has arthritis in her hands and has trouble holding a pen. Receptionist doesn’t realize the people she is so rude to pay her salary. The woman definitely has no business working with people, she is an unnecessary liability to this business. We definitely do not recommend anyone patronize the business. It is not hard to find professionals that do the same thing and appreciate your business and don’t talk down to you. I wish I had this woman’s name, I would certainly post it so everyone would know what a hateful person she is. Stay away from these people.

We ALWAYS have gotten excellent care here . Whether it was for an emergency or just routine care . My family is very happy with the treatment we’ve always received at this clinic. I highly recommend them.

We went here as an emergency. They were very compassionate. The opthamalogy tech was very professional and the Dr. Was also. We appreciated the quick response to our problem.

The lady who answered the phone was rude and sarcastic. I just hung up on her. If you’re going to be rude to potential clients, you need to be fired. Not very good for business!
