I waited over a month and a half for the appointment with Dr. Desmaris because she was supposed to be amazing. About a week before hand, they canceled my appointment because she scheduled two surgeries for that morning, and were not sure that she would get out in time. I offered to wait if she ran late during surgery, and they told me that that was not an option. That if she ran late I would just lose my spot. I have never been to a doctors office where this was their policy. I understand that C-sections happen, but the office staff gave me no option other than to wait for another couple of months, or reschedule for a day that my sons school was closed (and couldn’t bring him into the office) . If you need to see a doctor within the next half year I do not recommend this place. They seem to be too busy to appropriately handle new patients. As my PCP says, “the best doctor is the one that you can actually get into see.” I don’t think this is one of those.

Making an appointment was a breeze. I didnt have to spend an enternity on the line waiting to talk to a live person. Within a minute I was talking to Amanda. She was very sweet and I made the appointment quickly. Thank you, whoever staffs this medical office. You actually are staffing enough people so I can get help quickly.

Wonderful caring doctor. Shes always very friendly, informative, and caring. She delivered my first child and everything went so smoothly I couldnt have imagined a better experience.
