They will try to charge you for a cleaning when your insurance says its fully covered.

Saw Dr. Daryl today. Both he and the office staff were great. Office was clean and prices are affordable for those without insurance. Appointments are easily set over the phone with quick replies from the office. Pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be back for future dental work and with as many referrals as I can give.

AMAZING job by the entire staff!!!! I am a firm anti-dentist goer! I get scared beforehand and have to talk myself up for about a week before my appointment. Im sure the staff could see my anxiety because my trembling hands and fidgety legs. They were so sweet and helped me calm my nerves by just talking to me through the process. Dr. Smith was the BEST! He was careful, he anticipated my twitches, and read my non verbal signals. He could see if I was feeling even the slightest bit of pain and would stop to help me out. I wont go anywhere else!

After many weeks of calling with no answer or return call from leaving voicemails, I was finally able to reach them and schedule my son an appointment today. He was treated very poorly with nothing but rudeness. Upon arrival him and his father wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged until minutes later by demanding a name. He was then escorted to the back and was assisted by someone with the skills of a beginner student. After some time of getting nowhere with my 11yr old, she asked him if he’d like someone else to help him. He happily said yes. My son informed me that the second person to help him was nice and seemed to know what she was doing compared to the rude lady. This is the only reason they get two stars, because I appreciate them switching out the student dentist. By the way this was a new patient appointment, giving my son and his dad an overall bad first experience. Next time I will be sure to be present with my child.

Dr. Smith is awesome. Him and his entire staff. Ive been a patient for years and now I take my daughters.

I love Dr.Daryl hes the only dentist I have ever been to that when he numbs my gums I dont feel like Im gonna pass out from the pain. I am terrified of dentist. He makes me feel relaxed and comfortable in the fact that he knows how anxious I get. I really appreciate him taking his time to keep me calm.

Dr. Smith and his staff were absolutely amazing. They are professional and make their patients feel at ease as they perform necessary procedures. This is truly the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. I am not at all anxious about my upcoming appointment. Thank you

Old and outdated dental equipment with needed much improved bedside manner. Front staff was friendly and efficient, but the dental technician could not have been worse. Very rough and did not communicate well from the start taking X-rays. Like she had a bad day and was taking it out on me. For the first time in my life, I felt pressure to pay for a “special” treatment for my routine cleaning because of my gums(gingivitis)?? 70$ extra even with insurance. They refused to do the regular cleaning that is covered by my insurance and would not cost anything. When checking my teeth, this was almost unpleasant. No water pic and kept mouth open without regard to dry lips or the need to swallow. It was as if you had to do it quickly or loose your opportunity. Dentist was pleasant and better than the assistant.The only reason we went there was because this is the closest dentist to us with our insurance and we had to pick a dentist.My wife got the “special” proceedure cleaning. She said it was one of the worst cleaning experiences she has had.We found an amazing dentist close by this one we have been using for years. Access dental care run by 2 brothers . They charge 100$ for the cleaning and there is no trauma involved . Never going back and would recommend no one goes here either.

I wish I could give this man less than one star. He did a filling on my tooth, which turn to an abscessed tooth in less than a few months. Before he began doing the filling, he commented that the cavity was much deeper than he originally thought, but still continued to do the filling. He never gave me the option of having a root canal, nor did he mention I might even need a root canal. Long story short, I ended up in the hospital for 3 days accrued a $15,000 hospital bill and had to pay $1,600 for a root canal. I have a $15,000 medical bill and a $1,600 root canal, plus I paid him a few hundred dollars for the filling that he negligently performed; these bills are most definitely because of this one mans negligence. I would never recommend Daryl Smith to anyone!

Dr. Smith and his office associates have been great in the past. I really liked them because they dont pressure you into getting things fixed that dont really need to be fixed. TODAY, I had the most awful dental experience of my life and it was for a routine cleaning. The other Doctor was not good at all. I am pretty sure he scraped any enamel I had on the back of my teeth off, didnt floss me, and no rinsing. To top it all off the machine that squirts the water kept losing a hose. The nurse tried to tie the hose back on with a piece of string at least four times. Also, my lips are all cut up. It took 45 minutes to do a crappy job. Personally, I will not go back. I am not on the Obama Plan and still have a choice when it comes to healthcare. I am going to try someone with a little newer equipment and better back-up doctors.

This experience took place a while ago, but since it is still affecting me to this day, I decided to leave a review. I went in because of severe tooth pain, and had to have a rear molar removed. The dentist removed my tooth, but during the process my tooth broke into pieces, with some of them being below the gum line. The dentist told me that as time went on the pieces below the gumline might breakthrough and give me pain. He said that if that happened, I could return and he would remove the pieces for free. Time went on and eventually the pieces did break through, and they did cause me pain. However, when I called the office to talk about having them removed, I was told that too much time had passed, and that I would have to pay for new x-rays and exams, plus the cost of having the pieces removed. I passed and decided that I could live with it. One of the pieces he left behind must have had a cavity, because what was occasionally annoying before, is now agonizing. I have to have the pieces removed, but will seek a different dentist. If I have to pay for x-rays and exams anyway, Id rather do it somewhere else.

Dr Smith is the best, i trust him with my dental care 110%.

I have to say that prior to going to Dr. Smith approximately 8 years ago, I was SO TERRIFIED of the dentist I only went ONCE when I was 11 and ONCE again when I was 22. BOTH times they told me I had SO much work that needed to be done and they were so cold & abrasive that I would end up sneaking out of the office and NEVER returning!I first went to Dr. Smith with an abscessed molar that I suffered with over the weekend..he did an emergency extraction for me. He could sense that I was SCARED but walked me thru every step and continued to ask if I was ok. I LOVED THAT! He put my mind at ease! Since then, unfortunately, Ive had to have a few more teeth pulled and every time (to this day) hes so pleasant, friendly and comforting. THANK YOU, DR. SMITH for making an already horrible situation SO MUCH easier to deal with. You and your staff ARE THE BEST! Ill NEVER go to another dentist!!

I had a very bad abcessed tooth that needed to come out. I didnt have an appointment but they saw me right away after i told them i was in a lot of pain. The front office staff were very nice. From walking in to walking out the whole thing only took 35 minutes at most. Dr. Smith is a very nice guy, very professional and didnt make me feel bad for needing a lot of work done. He didnt try to sell me on services even though i needed a lot. I usually have very bad experiences at the dentist office but this went great and im back to work the next morning!

ALWAYS have an early appt for me. ALWAYS professional, courtesy and friendly. Very nice atmosphere.
